I'm also not sure how you expect a tremor in the ground to damage Arty or alter what I wrote in my post.

An unexpected tremor can loose the footing of even the most skilled warriors, though, it has been disregarded in a number of nonsensical ways up to this point anyway. So I may as well let it go.

The only thing Arty needed footing for is the shove off the ground to flip Adrian on his side, and that would be before the tremor hit him. After that, his feet aren't even on the ground. He's laying on his side on top of Adrian's left wing, and he's latched onto him with his power, so his grip there won't be affected. Sure, it'll jostle him, but not enough to cause damage or affect his actions.

yeah Adrian wasn't particularly powerful enough to be in this battle though I did want to test him guess that character was a flop oh well. Im going to remove him from the battle so for all intents and purposes he got killed but im not gunna let him die I like this character to much.

What happens to the characters in this thread doesn't have any bearing on their status in future RP's. every single one of our characters could die here and still be used elsewhere tomorrow. Dragging him to hell isn't necessary in order for you to use him again.

If you'd like, I'd be willing to help you better outline his abilities and give them more definitive strengths and weaknesses. Vagueness in a profile almost never helps in a fight (as evidenced by how Arty handled your magic, since I was basically taking blind shots in the dark as to how it worked and how much damage it could do against Arty's own abilities).

Personality: Drax is one of those guys who just prefers to get a job done and go home, while in between those times socializing isn't in his criteria. For the most part he is laid back unless he has something to say then he'll be assertive to tell them.

Looks: He stands 6.3 and weighs 265 his skin is brown while his black hair falls just over his shoulders, a gotee rest around his mouth. And he is almost never seen without wearing a pair of black combat boots with cargo pants, and a sleeveless vest, with black fingerless gloves.

Power: Biological Manipulation

He's granted the ability to both shapeshift and fashion his body into weapons. Such as turning his arm into a large razor blade that can cut through boulders in a matter of minutes though it changes the color of skin to a yellow brown hue. For use to trick his opponent he can change shape to look exactly like his opponent. The change last for one post.

He has incredible superhuman strength able to lift cars, trucks, tanks, and helicopters, without exerting a lot of energy. This progression allows him to manhandle humans and monsters, he can also punch holes through walls and a two foot steel door.

Like his strength his speed is enhanced and he is able to pass any kind of car.

He can perform amazing parkour feats such as flips and rolls and maneuvers over and around vehicles and debris with little trouble. His leg strength allows him to leap nearly ten stories into the air. Drax can run up sheer vertical surfaces and cling to walls for an indefinite period of time. He is also capable of gliding, by making his mass lighter in the air and ejecting small amounts of mass for further propulsion.

His endurance far exceeds that of a human's by leaps and bounds. His body no longer possesses weak bones or vital organs, rendering him immune to otherwise debilitating injury. This biological change allows him to survive falls from any height completely unharmed. Bullets of any caliber will pass through his body, causing very little damage.

He can withstand direct hits from rockets, hellfire missiles and tank shells, which cause only moderate damage. The superhumanly strong blows of the various types and super soldiers cause the most damage of any type of attack and will damage him. His superhuman stamina allows him to be physically active at all times without tire.

Unfortunately, Alex Mercer is leaps and bounds more powerful than any of the characters here, and you've essentially just copy/pasted his powerset and edited it to be even more powerful. Lifting tanks with ease means be can lift well over 60 tons, in addition to running several hundred miles per hour and being more durable than anyone else in this fight. He's already overpowered for this particular fight, and that's without even considering his shapeshifting abilities.

Nothing any of our characters can do will actually be able to put Drax down, since Mercer survived a nuke and you've basically just copied him and made changes to be even better (and none of us can generate anything even close to the power of a nuke).

All this said, I'm not telling you you shouldn't use Drax in another fight, just that he's much too powerful right now for this fight. I'm not even sure all of us together could take him on.

@Derp: If he writes Drax like a copy of mercer, your flames are just going to tickle.

Yeah I just focused on the fact that GM said any level is permitted unless I got it mixed up from another thread. Either way, I'll make the switch and tone him down.

And yeah. I decided not to have elements and all that complex shit that follows. But my taste varies with elements sometimes I feel like it and other times I don't.
