Throughout the guild training-grounds hisses and clans echoed due to collision of metal/steel. Seeking out the source, one would discover two individuals sparring. One possessed clawed gauntlets, while the other adorned in massive full-plate armor. Despite not wielding a weapon, the armored man wasn't phased. Patiently awaiting oncoming strikes, to supply a block with the occasional attempt of counter.

Those spectating traded whispers of the man fully armored and known as the Iron-Clad Warrior. This was purely due to his lack of renown. Not only is the Iron-Clad Warrior A newer member of the guild, he has been reclusive and not displayed much of his talents. This has allowed rumors to breed, leading people to believe the Iron-Clad Warrior is weak.

“Hiding behind that armor is all you're good for, isn't it?” Scoffed the challenger, who insisted relentlessly on starting the match. To be honest, only after countless accounts of this individual pestering Iron-Clad, did it actually lead to this. Around the time the man taunted Iron-Clad, A barrage of attacks were performed. Simply as before, the Iron-Clad Warrior blocked all oncoming attacks accordingly.

Nearing the end of the combo Iron-Clad threw his guarding arms into the air, thus launching the opponent upward. Displaying skill in acrobatics, the challenger merely back-flipped into a smooth landing. “I bet you're nothing with-out that arm-” The challenger attempted an attack during the taunt, however Iron-Clad merely slammed his fist upon the challengers oncoming fist. All in fluent motion, Iron-Clad's arm slammed against the mans extended arm and directed a fist into his face. The speed was questionably swift due to the heavy armor for spectators.

Blood erupted from the man's broken nose as he fell backwards onto the ground. Picking up the challenger by the collar of his shirt, several people try to intervene. Before spectators can even act, Iron-Clad tosses the injured man into three people that normally accompanied him. Iron-Clad's voice echoed faintly due to his armor. “Take him to the infirmary. Next time, he should think before trying to get a rise from an enemy who's capabilities are unknown.” The clank and clatter of shifting armor due to movement, echoed faintly as the Iron-Clad Warrior took his leave.

Iron-Clad was headed towards a large yew tree, where he occasionally sat. This massive yew separated the forest and training-grounds. Like many times before today, Iron-Clad walks to the base of the tree and sits. One would figure he is resting due to the recent sparring match. However that wasn't the case, Jin only wished he could feel fatigue again. Raising his arms, Jin allows his palms to rest behind his head, creating a makeshift pillow.

Jinx sat at the edge of the fight on a rickety old fence, munching on an apple as she watched the fight. She was impressed with the new member of the opposing guild, even if he was another competitor for missions. She cracked her neck, watching the arrogant contender be taken away from the stretcher. With luck she could take a visit to the morgue later and convince another soul to become a weapon of choice. She looked back over towards the tall metal guy and sized him up, as being more then just a brute with a hard punch. This guy was swift for wearing such a suit of armor, which could mean intense training or a little magical advantage. She also couldn't help but notice his soul was a bit off. The colour was a light grey and was located at a different spot in the body. Usually the two soul spots on a figure were the head or the stomach. It was rare to find it elsewhere. It was possible though so she didn't fret with it.

She looked around at the people of the town as they began to whisper and cheer. One walked by and smacked his friend in the chest,"I'd like to see him face one of the people in Phantom! Like SteelFist or Tiger. Hell maybe even the Reaper."
The other guy shook his head, "The Reaper would never openly go against him. You barely see the dude, except for the left behinds."

Jinx chucked the apple core away, wondering what it would be like to take on lugnuts. She figured she could bring up a strategy to take him down, but she may lose an arm or limb in the process. They were right though, she liked her anonymous reputation that only the figures in Phantom knew about. She jumped off the fence and sauntered over to the large metal dude. She shoved her hands in her leather jacket and looked at him with a cheeky expression. Her russian accent vibrated through her words as she spoke, "That was quite a fight Steeltoes! It's nice to know that we have such a strong defender watching over our little town. A woman like myself feels a wee bit more safe when the guilds in the area have strong members. A chick can die out there in the big ol world."

Vesper sat in a high branch of the Yew tree in which the large armored man sauntered towards after having completed a fight. Nyx sat on Vesper's shoulder, peering around through the leaves and twigs around her. Watching him as he sat, a thin, dark haired female approached and began conversation. Vesper assessed the situation before climbing down easily from the tree, shifting to stand beside the female, curious of the man in armor. She had watched his fight curiously, eager to see the people she would be sure to see around the Guild. Her long, light green hair whisped around her shoulders as she moved, her yellow eyes peering at the two talking, simply listening.

Vesper wasn't normally too shy, and by now she was used to being looked at. Her white feather like outfit just barely covered her, but she didn't care. She had never been around many people as she grew up, but she somehow felt at ease around these two. Maybe it was her Owl, or the fact she was outside that was keeping her calm, but she was thankful for it nontheless,

"Good afternoon," she said to them both once the girl had finished speaking. Vesper smiled faintly, her voice ringing highly with each word.

The second assassin appeared on the rooftops.

Lysander had caught sight of the first assassin several minutes ago, a hooded man on horseback. Although his figure was hidden by a thick cloak, Lysander could read his body language, which gave away his ill intent. After all, they were arriving exactly as Lysander expected. Lysander gave his horse a prod and quickened his pace. Behind him, the mounted assassin broke into trot.

Lysander had been discharged from the Legion that morning for insubordination. He had expected a full court-martialing, but his superiors had tried to be discreet; Lysander was a known and loved figure in the Legion. He had been given one hour to evacuate the premises of the Academy, where he was boarded. He had taken most of his belongings with him, slung in packs over his horse, Thunder. Lysander had immediately suspected foul play after his quiet dismissal, as the Legion's corrupt leaders would wish to silence him as soon as they could.

The horse was stopped by a crowd standing in the street, marveling outside a store selling fabrics. A shattering tile in the alleyway beside Lysander betrayed the third assassin: they could be known from their tell-tale cloaks. Lysander snapped out of his recollection and inconspicuously looked around himself. The mounted assassin behind him had been caught in the crowd, and was helplessly pushing people aside to try and get through. The assassin on the rooftop had managed to keep up with his quarry on the street, and was keeping overwatch above. The third assassin had begun walking out of the alley. They were in near perfect position.

Simultaneously, the rooftop assassin pulled a crossbow from his cloak, and the assassin in the alley lunged forward towards Lysander's horse. Lysander saw both actions and remained still, but at the last moment before the grounded assassin pulled his blade Lysander leaned over his horse and grabbed him by the collar, pulling him up. The assassin struggled but was stopped instantly by a crossbow bolt, blood spurting from his neck. Lysander dropped from the horse and drew his katana as the mounted assassin galloped towards him. In a swift motion, he ducked the assassin's sword and sliced the horse's leg, causing it to collapse. The assassin tumbled off and quickly regained his footing, holding his sword in a defensive stance. Lysander feinted an attack, and as the assassin flinched he drew his pistol from its hidden holster. He fired two shots into the assassin before him, and turned the pistol to the assassin on the rooftop. The sharpshooter had already notched a second bolt, but fired it clumsily in fear, the bolt clattering harmlessly off the cobbled street. The remaining assassin then dropped the crossbow and fled across the rooftops, too fast for Lysander to aim a shot.

Lysander loosened his iron grip on his weapons and let his arms drop. Beside him were two dead men, a wounded horse, and terrified onlookers, who were either murmuring or running for their lives. Lysander tried to assess the situation: the assassins had failed, but there would be more next time. The Legion would stop at nothing to silence him. He had to lay low.

He glanced at his horse, which was covered in telltale Legion paraphernalia, and his own body, which wore the ceremonial armor of a Legion Captain. He would be an easy target if he remained in his current state. Reluctantly, he stripped off his plates and cape, as well as his greaves, bracers, and boots. Underneath he wore a common tunic. He glanced at Thunder, and after a moment's hesitation smacked his horse's thigh, causing it to whinny loudly and gallop away, taking all of his prized possessions with him. He now had only his weapons and his body.

The crowd was still staring at him in awe, clogging the street, but above their bustle Lysander could see a group of military police trying to force their way through the town. If they caught him, Lysander would be immediately arrested, and this time the Legion would be quick to order his execution. He had to hide, and fast.

From the corner of his eye, Lysander saw a sign hanging from a nearby complex:

“Guild.”

Jinx jumped slightly at the appearance of the beautiful lady just behind her. She turned quickly a little irked that the woman could get behind her without her notice. She smiled regardless and gave the beautiful girl, in some quite racy clothing a smile,"Afternoon as well! It's uh..nice to meet you to. For all purposes necessary my name is Jinx."

She paused turning back towards the town with wide eyes and a curious smile. Her hands fisted in anticipation as the feeling of a fresh death just barely lingered on her consciousness. She wasn't strong enough to sense every damn death in the town, but she could tell that a small group would feed the ground tonight. She had to stop by Edgar's shop before she ventured out into the night. She had a new mission stashed in her back pocket, and this one seemed to be personal in someway or another. She turned back and smiled back at the warrior still waiting for a response. She needed a few more tid-bits before her reconnaissance duty for Phantom was completed. She gave another smile to the girl, who had a certain elegance that she envied. It was probably good to do some recon on her as well, just in case she was a being of large magical presence.

(I feel like a jipped ya with this short post, but oh well have to wait for Ish...P.S. That was a pretty sweet fighting post, I am really enjoying your char!" P.P.S..-sends out a beautiful girl dressed as marilyn monroe, and she begins to sing all sassy like, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU..HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR...BUSYBONES! HERE IS A SMOOSH FOR YOU!" Sadly she then takes off her wig and is a hobo off the street! XD haha but P.P.P.S Have a Great Birthday, Sparky!)

A chuckle bellowed from Jin, echoing faintly due to his armor. "I appreciate the comment. Though, I bet you're not as defenseless as you think." Jin had no idea who this woman was, even if she was involved with a guild. What he did know was everyone had their own inner strength, especially if that strength was fueled by magic or determination. The one thing he noticed in perticular about Jinx, was her pale skin. It seemed almost unhealthy or morbid how pale her skin actually was.

His focus didn't narrow on either of the girls as Vesper appeared, merely staring forwards and using peripherals to do the work. What wouldn't get off his mind, how he became the center of attention for these two lovely ladies. It wasn't until Vesper appeared that he thought, times like these were when he truly dreaded the cards dealt to him in life.

Taking in consideration one of the two females began exchange of names. Jin figured he would be polite and do the same. "Good afternoon to you too. For what it's good for. The people of this area have taken a shine to calling me Iron-Clad Warrior or simply Iron-Clad." Removing his hands from resting behind his head, metal can be heard shifting while Jin stood. On his feet, it was obvious how tall Jin was compared to other two. (Jin's easily a foot and few inches taller then Jinx.)

Now Jin's focus was on both females, eyes peered through the armor he was bound into. Sizing up both the females, hoping their looks alone could give enough hint to their talents. Knowing such a feat would be near impossible to perform by sight alone, he didn't allow that to interfere with strategical thought. These thoughts cross his mind every time he encountered someone, due to his lack of trust in anyone. Instantly upon meeting people, natural guard was taken up to protect himself. From what exactly? Not even he shows insight of knowing.......

(Happy birthday big guy!)

Vesper peered at Iron-Clad for a moment after he introduced himself, her eyes bright and intrigued. Nyx shifted on her shoulder slightly, looking towards the tall man as well as he stood. "'Tis a pleasure to meet you than, Iron-Clad. My name is Athena Cadence Vesper Thannel. But you can call me Vesper. And this is Nyx," she pointed her chin in the owl's direction. She then looked towards the other female who had introduced herself as Jinx, noticing Jinx smiled at her. In response she smiled back a little, her thoughts wandering.

By this time she wondered when she would learn more of the Guild and what it fully represented, as she had just been accepted into it the same day. She shifted her weight from one foot to the other, Nyx following suit. Vesper smiled a little to herself as Nyx copied her movement. She had loved her since the day she received her, and grew to love her more every day. Sometimes she wondered if her and Nyx's souls were connected. Vesper then shook her head, realizing she hadn't been paying attention.

Jinx smirked,"Iron-clad. Suits you!" She looked up at the man and took a step forward brushing some fingers against his arm,"Oculus must be proud to have you. Missions have been filling in quite rapidly, or so I hear from the barkeep. I assume you'll figure that out soon enough." She took a step, back her fingers lowering as she considered what she felt. The material was strong but it felt wrong somehow. She lowered her eyes, in thought only for a second before smiling again,"I should be running though. Business calls. I'm sure I will see you again Lugnuts..and you as well Vesper."

She looked at the girl a second longer before walking off. Phantom said nothing to her about the girl so she figured, that she was harmless, to her guild. She walked quickly towards town passing a few legion soldiers yelling at one another about a fugitive. She shook her head, hoping that the poor bastard didn't get caught so easily. She headed towards the docks, fingering a group of sailors leering at her as they began to pull up fish nets. She shook her head moving towards the edge of town, where a large dilapidated cathedral poked out of a ghetto of brick crumbling houses, rotting garbage and the poverty ridden people of the small city. She headed into the church warily, shutting the door behind her to show a large room full of empty pews, richly stained glass and the images of the holy saints watching her with their forgiving eyes. She headed towards the organ, and began to play a few notes, before a statue of the mother, moved off the wall to show a dark hallway with a soft glow of light far off in the distance. Jinx moved forward, shutting the statue behind her as she moved down the hallway, her hands running over the stone and leftover skulls that adorned the church.

As light began to refill her perspective, she headed into a side channel, towards her bosses office. She was almost at his door when a voice called out from behind her,"Your late, Haven."

Jinx turned, to see a handsome man with soft brown hair, and thick horn-rimmed glasses,"He expected you an hour ago. That cuts into your wages."

She clicked her tongue,"Really that's the first thing your going to say after last night. Huh Alex.."

He looked down at his clipboard,"I think we both know what last night was, so let's not get into it.Besides you're...dead."

Jinx took a step back into the dark, her expression turning cold,"I suppose you are right. I wouldn't want to waste my time talking about past mistakes. Besides you are one of the..living."

She grabbed the door and opened it before he could speak again and turned to see a large bald headed man in a tuxedo. "Victor. Sorry I was delayed.."

He barely looked up from his desk,"You're late Reaper. You know how I feel about tardiness!"

She rubbed her neck and sauntered over to a chair, which she slumped into,"Yes I know.."

When Jinx' fingers slid across the armor, Jin felt nothing. Damned this cursed body he was forced upon, despite being for greater good. Thinking on if he should reveal anything of his personal life. Before Jin could even respond, Jinx she took her leave. Though something about the woman lead Jin to believe their paths would inevitably cross again. Until that time however, Jin would save his questions for the mysterious and inquisitive individual. Now that only himself and Vesper remained, Jin's armor shifted showing his focus direct onto her. "Do you merely suggest being called Vesper? Or would calling you Athena be over-stepping boundaries?" His question echoed through his armor faintly. "Also what guild do you hail from? If any?" Jin couldn't help but feel odd, having not converse with someone in such a long time. Couldn't help but enjoy the idle conversation.

Vesper watched Jinx take her leave before turning her attention back to Iron-Clad, who had asked her a couple of questions, only one which she was sure of. "Most people call me Vesper, but I don't mind being called Athena," she paused for a moment, thinking about the answer to his second question, "I'm not entirely sure yet, I just arrived here today. How would one go about finding out?" Vesper tilted her head to the side as she countered his question with one of her own.

As the armored police broke through the crowd with truncheons, Lysander ducked through the Guild's gate, pulling it quietly closed behind him. He had stepped into the courtyard of the guild, and could see a fighting ring where two warriors were sparring, several bystanders cheering them on, and a girl talking to a heavily armored man under a tree. It appeared to be some sort of fighter's guild, though he couldn't be sure just from what he currently saw. Lower class soldiers in the Legion were known to frequent such establishments discreetly to train on their spare time.
Lysander made sure his weapons were tightly secured to his body and walked forward. Several of the bystanders gave him wary looks, but none confronted him. He sat down on a crude bench made from rough wood and began considering his next move.

Jin's gauntlet lifted, directing the aim of his index finger towards a massive building. "That is what us guild-members call the Head-Quarters, there you can assign yourself into one of the three guild. Oculus, Phantom, or Wardens." Examining the area while speaking he spots Lysander sitting on a bench. Jin's arms lower to a dangle against his sides. Focus not on anything particular, in fact his helmet could be seen scanning the Guild grounds. Trying to remember anything else of importance to inform Vesper of. "If you're wondering I hail for Oculus." Were the last words to echo through Jin's helmet.

Victor pushed some more paper to the side and Jinx crossed her legs,"So what did you find out?"

"He's as big as they say. About a foot or so taller then myself. Bulky to, and that suit is probably ways about a ton. You were right as well about the make. I don't know what the guy looks like but his soul is linked with the armor. I am assuming he can manipulate it in someway to get it to move with him. He is also way faster then what you would think. This guy could definitely give Gunner some trouble, but he isn't brash or overconfident. He's humble, but will deal with shit if you go in front of him."

Victor nodded, placing his ringed fingers under his chin,"What about his background."

Jinx crossed her arms over her chest,"His own personal business. Look Vic, you asked me to check out his stats and I did. As for his personal life, not our problem. Ya know I don't even know why you sent me. I am an enforcer, reconnaissance isn't my thing. Whisper would be of more use to you."

Victor leaned back and smiled,"Whisper had his own mission of a much higher necessity, You will understand my reasoning sure enough but you have some unfinished business that needs to be attended to if I do believe my paperwork. Jason Merata, Serial murder and rapist of children. Take the opportunity and remind this city about Phantom's prowess."

Jinx stood, her eyes turning a sinister black,"With pleasure."

As she exited she headed back towards the headquarters of Phantom. The room was huge and filled with bookshelves, secretaries and the fellow magical beings of the guild. The underground tunnels of Phantom filled almost half the town and some haven't even been found yet. Jinx moved through them with ease, traveling through them time after time. Once she reached her designed spot, she headed up a ladder and came out into a basement for a run-down apartment building. She opened the latch and headed up, and then bounded up the stairs until she reached apartment 22B. She pulled out her keys and headed inside to sanctuary. She stretched throwing off her jackets and shoes before moving towards her kitchen to prepare dinner. She had a long night ahead of her, so studying the target and taking a shower were in her future. The apartment was small with a bedroom, simple bathroom, and an open concept kitchen and living room. The common theme that resonated though was the occupied space of small penguins. Their was a penguin shower curtain, penguin magnets, penguin stuffies lounging on the bed and on the couch. Jinx moved towards the bathroom, scratching the calico covered fuzzball of a cat that remained sleeping on the edge of her couch. She sighed,"Don't have to worry about Alex coming back. Osiris. I know you're right. Never trust a guy who plays solitare for fun. I'm an idiot."

The cat purred in response as she moved to the bathroom and prepared herself for a shower.

Once he was the only one standing under the massive yew, Jin decided to carry out his business as planned. The direction of his path was towards the Oculus Guild housing areas for members. Three buildings were designated for Oculus housing, one for new members, veterans and a third for employees specifically. Of course Jin was walking into the Oculus dorms.

While making way to his room, Jin crossed paths with the Head-Master of the Oculus Guild. Without hesitation the Guild-Master grabbed Jin's shoulder and stopped him mid stride. "Remember what we discussed my boy. You have one week from today. I suggest you make a team of sorts and complete a mission before then." Jin shook off the mans grasp and kept walking. "In due time old man." Were the only words that echoed from his armor while continuing his path onward.

Arriving into his room, he enters a large room possessing a living-room and kitchen combination. Attached to the main room, was a bedroom and restroom. This room like all others in Oculus, were big enough to host four roommates. Due to the fact four more rooms were attached to this one. The building containing this basic apartment, was eight stories in all. Thus this building could house an intense amount of newer members of the guild, which it did. Since Jin was the most recent member to join Oculus. He currently has zero roommates.

Sitting on the couch in the living room of the living-quarters. Jin's peripherals can't help from staring at the never to be used kitchen. He figured if anyone entered his living quarters, like a new room-mate or simply another member of the guild. They would easily tell he never uses the kitchen, could question if he even eats for that matter. The Guild-Master was currently one of the few people who held Jin's secret. Although the Guild-Master of Oculus acts more of a father then actual Guild-Master. So he more then likely possesses countless secrets between his students. All around, the Oculus Guild-Master is a wonderful man and only surpasses his kindness with skill as a Guild-Master.

Lysander jumped at the sound of a voice addressing him. He had been lost in thought considering his next move; it was unlikely that he could stay in the city, for the assassins would soon learn of his whereabouts. He could try fleeing to one of the outlying provinces, but security at the gates of the city was tight due to past encounters with the Plague. As he pondered, he was interrupted.
He looked up sharply and saw a small girl with a white owl perched on her shoulder. She seemed friendly enough, but Lysander found it odd to be approached by a stranger in what appeared to be a rather belligerent guild. After all, the girl did not strike him as the fighting type. He answered warily.
"I, ah, yes. I'm fine, thanks."
He noticed a clear note of paranoia in his voice, but hoped it did not reach the girl. His hand tightened around the hilt of his sheathed katana.

He noticed a clear note of paranoia in his voice, but hoped it did not reach the girl. His hand tightened around the hilt of his sheathed katana.

Vesper's yellow eyes noticed he tightened his grip on the hilt of his katana, and she took a step back gently. She watched his hand for a moment before returning her gaze to his face. "Are you sure? I'm kind of new but I know the way to the Head-Quarters if you need help finding it?" she suggested. She wasn't sure if he was new too, but figured since he seemed a little off, maybe he was and was simply nervous. She knew she would want to be helped in the same type of situation, although sometimes she could be fairly naive. "Uhm, my name is Athena Cadence Vesper Thannel, by the way.." She hoped he would lighten up a little after learning something about her.

Once she was finished speaking, she peered around, taking in details easily with quick glances. There were still two men sparring in the ring a ways away, and the spectators were still being loud with excitement. Despite the noise from guild members around the grounds, Vesper turned her head towards one of the walls that stood fairly far behind her to her left, which attached to the main gate just as Nyx made a high pitched screech, warning Vesper of danger. Her eyes narrowed and everything switched into slow motion, her eyes taking in everything at once, allowing her to calculate her movements easily. A cloaked male was moving towards her and Lysander quickly, and in one smooth motion she shifted her right shoulder and arm out horizontally. Nyx spread her wings open fully, her wingspan reaching just over 5 feet, and moved up into the air above Vesper before swooping down towards the cloaked man, her talons digging through the mans cloak and into his shoulder, tearing some of the skin away to reveal bone and blood.

The man doubled over momentarily before picking himself back up and continuing forward towards them. Vesper quickly moved towards him likewise, her talon tipped fingers reaching down for her blades, unsheathing them from her thighs. The man was nearly a foot and a half away from her as she kicked her right leg out, bringing it in a crescent moon out in front of her, her bare heel connecting with his jaw, an audible crack sounding around her. Her green hair whipped around her shoulders as she moved, watching the man begin to fall. His head lolled back and to the side slightly as he fell, allowing Vesper to take her blades, placing them in an X shape across his neck, nearly decapitating him before he hit the ground beneath his dark cloak.

Vesper peered at him a moment before turning back to Lysander, wiping her blades on the grass and sheathing them as Nyx landed back on her shoulder.

~Jin~

The massive living-room window was poised to grant a view over the training grounds. Occasionally Jin would stand and spectate the matches partaking, or simply use this window to observe the Guild-Grounds more efficiently. While watching carefully he notices a scene erupt near Vesper. From afar he sees her fight, though due to distance it is slightly blurred. Though blurry or not, he noticed the one thing reviling her precision was her speed. Vesper would be one of those individuals in which combat would heed caution. Jin was very good at examining a foe or ally and valuing their strengths. Their weaknesses? He wasn't so great at pin-pointing. Jin would go to sleep, however the state his soul is in prevents him from such luxuries. For now he merely spectated.

Lysander was taken aback by the small girl's quick reaction to the hooded man; in a swift and bloody move, she had slain him mercilessly. There was certainly more to her than he had thought.
He knelt beside the body and pulled the hood up. The man's face was literally blank, featureless and smooth. As he had feared, this was one of the Faceless, a society of assassins that were known to cater to the Legion. It was a miracle they had survived the four attacks today. But it was now clear that the Legion knew of Lysander's place of hiding. He could not stay, and yet he could not leave, for the assassins were no doubt watching all exits. However, it was unlikely they would dare attack a fighter's guild in force. He turned to the girl, who's previously pale and pure frame was flecked with blood.
"Please, hide me!" he deplored, breaking the sense of superiority and pride he had often felt as a soldier. That part of him was gone. "I'll do whatever it takes."

A scream echoed through the streets as a man with dark auburn hair and soft grey eyes ran towards the docks. His breathing was harsh and as his studded leather boots smacked against the sounds of laughing children began to surround him. He screamed again gripping his ears and curling into a ball. The voices grew louder and louder, with the soft presence of heels moving closer. He jumped up wildly moving towards the loan boat when a thick arrow pierced through his arm and a pulling sensation ripped him back onto the ground. He screamed again, before twisting to the side and trying to run down the other side of the dock into the water when another arrow pierced through his legs. He fell forward, his face smacking against the edge of the dock, before he was pulled back. He cried out in pain as he dug his fingernails into the edge of the dock, trying to peel at the wood. He was suddenly pulled back, blood spilling out to make his travel much more slippery. When he stopped. He slowly lifted his bleeding and bruised face to see where the chains connected. His eyes began to widen in horror at the seven small children standing behind a lone woman with haunting black eyes. He began to get to his knees when a small boy let forth another arrow into the man's other limb. the chain was pulled and he fell back onto the ground. He was angry now, and he thrust forward towards the kids when another final arrow proppelled into his upper calf, straight through. He screamed blood beginning to gush from his wounds and his mouth. He screamed out into the darkness,"WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? WHAT DID I DO??? WHAT DID I DO???"

The children spoke in unision, their eyes black as blood began to flow down their small little corpses,"You stole us from our parents. You took away our happiness. We are the remains of the one's you destroyed and this is the day of your REAPING!"

The man turned to the woman with horror coating his expression,"YOU'RE..THE REAPER!"

Jinx nodded, a small smile curving her lips as she lifted her arms, the four children holding the chains moving in opposite directions. The children began to laugh, as the chains began to grow taught and the muscles within the grown man's limbs began to grow taunt. He spit out some blood and swore, as excruciating pain seared through his body. He watched the black haired woman, point to the leftover three children and mumbling something in a forbidden language. Suddenly the pain exploded as a severing tear began to fill his ears. He turned to the left to find his left arm held onto his body by a small piece of skin. He screamed in terror as it was suddenly gone. A loud pop came from his leg as pain wrenched through him and air filled the void. The children who held the end of the chains began to climb up the large poles around the dock, pulling behind them the severed limbs of the man who miraculously was still clinging onto life. They attached them at varying degrees of height, letting the blood flow onto the soft wood in a pattern of leg, arm, arm, leg. The man fell to the dock, the pain so bad that he could no longer utter a word.

Jinx's fingers twitched as she walked up towards the man and leaned down her eyes returning to blue,"I know the amount of pain you are experiencing at the moment is unbearable at the moment but I decided to keep that soul attached for a few minutes to make sure you know that every inch of anguish you are feeling right now, is just the beginning. I have never been to hell, but I can assure you their is a devil. You will be seeing him soon."

She stood gripping his collar as she slid him to the final pole. She lifted him up and slammed him against the pole, and showing off his neck. She stood behind him gripping him tightly as he moaned and groaned in utter agony. She closed her eyes, her eyes going black as the remaining children lifted their crossbows and took aim. She leaned forward her arms straining against the wait as the man looked at every victim he raped and tortured. Tears ran down his face as the children who were once innocent victims stared at him with plain faces. The arrows went off and the body stayed resolute when Jinx let go. She walked around the body and moved towards the children not looking at her handiwork but knowing that the infamy of Phantom should be secure with this execution. She felt the dust of the corpses flutter behind as the weapons fell to the ground. She stood quietly as seven small souls circled her form, then began to fade into nothing. She felt a tear run down her cheek, at the loss the parents must have felt. She fell quiet and began to walk back into the dark, before her emotions got the better of her and the blood began to stink up the area.
