The lobby was a trashed wreck. Paint hung off the walls in clumps, ceiling panels had eroded from the damp and heavily rusted waiting benches were strewn about the place. Chad started to doubt whether his idea was really that awesome; hanging around at an abandoned hospital sounded great in his mind, but the party premises of the Gods was shabbier than shabby. Still, the show had to go on.

Walking up to one of the benches, he threw down the crate of bud he'd been cradling under his arm. He quickly tore a bottle free from its cardboard prison, and flipped the cap off. The cold liquid felt good going down, and offered a brief distraction from his surroundings. Pulling the bottle away, he finally lit the cigarette that'd been perching precariously in the corner of his mouth. He spluttered as the first drag went down, but quickly mastered himself. C'mon man, there's chicks here, can't be doin' none of this amateur crap.

Chad smiled as he heard Fuyu battering at Chel with her ruler. Those were two weird kids, not that he'd ever go on to say as much.

"Why don't you two just go find a room and get it on already?" He said grinning.

"Still, I don't like people talking about my height or treating me like a little kid. I keep telling them I'm 16," Fuyu said angrily.

Janine chuckled to herself for the fact she had been far from hurry, but had still almost caught up on the people rushing in. She decided not to even bother with any snarky comment about that, she would have whole night to piss someone off, but for now she just wanted to get inside. She managed to get to the entrance just in time for Chel being inside to give her space.

Janine wasn't clumsy girl and managed to get through the hole with ease even when carrying her stuff. As she got in, she just walked few steps before crouching down, going to her bag. "Dust everywhere... should of brought something to put under my arse." Janine said, though it was mostly just thinking out loud as she grabbed a bottle to herself.

Chel gave an unamused expression to Chad before writing in his notebook. "Don't mess with Fuyu or she'll fucking kill you" and showing it to her. "Happy?

John shook his head and exhaled slowly as he ducked under a board and into the lobby. "Holy shit. It looks like someone attacked this place with a fucking chainsaw," John said as he grabbed a beer. He popped it open and took a drink, shining the flash light around with his other hand. He felt weird. As if someone was watching him. And not a friendly someone. "Creepy as hell in here," John mumbled.

Leah was quiet as she watched the fight between her 2 friends with amusement. She sat down on the floor near the bench where Chad was. She looked around the room with a watchful eye. Something about this place seemed off. She just could not put her finger on what. She shifted with discomfort before looking down with her hands, playing with them. It was a nervous habit of hers. And she didn't do it often but....this place. It just made her shiver and not in the good way. She, once again, glanced around her as if expecting something to just jump out.

"Do you guys really think drinking is a good idea? Also, Chad, if you can't smoke cigarettes properly, don't smoke them." Chel said while looking around the room. "Eerie" he muttered.

"Charming." Janine commented at John as she opened the cork on her bottle. "Don't worry John, I'll make sure to slap you around in case you start seeing ghosts." she said, lifting her shoulders before walking further to the room. The waiting chairs looked messy and far from the most comfortable ones... though it was clear without saying that most people didn't seem comfortable going further in right away.

She didn't mind, Janine wasn't picky... she just wasn't much creeped out. She had been on the forest during late hours enough times to not be bothered with the atmosphere. She wasn't one to believe in ghosts or demons or any of that bullshit. Using her leg to kick the fallen chair back on its legs, she half dropped on the chair, a cloud of dust puffing from the fake leather as she couched few times. "Oh for fucks sake..." she groaned, while coughing before taking a sip. "I hope someone brought music along, or are you planning to sit down in quiet whole night?" she then said with a grin, as she took more comfortable position. The chair was for two, and she was curious of who would be daring enough to try...

Chad walked around the lobby, polishing off the first of his beers with practised ease. The circular glow of his torch darted one way, and then that, as he started to read the innate graffiti left behind from previous gatherings. Most of it was just jumbled nonsense, or pornographic absurdities concerning a 'Rose' and 'Dave'. As his light crawled over the eastern wall though, a large ugly black scribble caught his eye. Walking up to it, he read the words aloud slowly.

"You're already dead," he said, and then laughed. "Well, looks like that's it folks, we're goners. Make peace with God and all that."

A slow rumble emanated from deep in the structure, sounding oddly like expanding metal. Chad almost jumped at its suddenness, but then settled. He'd been around old buildings before, his mom was in the property business and he'd accompanied her on several tours. It was just some of the pipework, straining with age.

"Alright, let's say we go find somewhere a little less crack den, and a little more party pad?" He proposed.

"God, Jackie how can you even sit on that? Like, all the dust!" Chel yelled in response to the cloud of dust. "Anyway, yeah, let's go." Chel stood up and brushed himself off.

John smirked at Jackie's comment. "If we see a ghost, I'll be gone before you can slap me," he said, laughing. When that noise sounded through the hospital John immediately looked around. He realized quickly that it was just the pipes or something. Nothing out of the ordinary. "Alright, let's say we go find somewhere a little less crack den, and a little more party pad?" Chad suggested. "Fine with me. How about the cafeteria. Probably isn't as fucked up as this lobby."

Manson ducked his head down while he ran, as though that'd help him run faster. Whilst doing so however, he'd lost his sense of direction. He looked up, and noticed he was alone. He swerved his head to the right, there were just trees, it looked like it was something you'd see from a horror film. He couldn't place it but the trees gave off some kind of eerie feeling, he swore he could feel someone staring at him, observing him as though he were some foreign object. He turned his head to the left and could see the door he had been aiming for. He brushed his hand through his hair as a quiver went up his spine. God, he hated being alone, nonetheless in whatever type of place this is. He started walking to the door.

Manson ducked his head low as he entered the hospital. He gave a crooked smile as he stood up straight "Man, this place's creepier than I thought," he said, glancing around the room, taking in his surroundings. The walls had graffiti all over them, it didn't seem very sinister. Maybe a place a bunch of teens'd bust into for kicks... Wait, that's what they were doing. Even though it didn't look extremely creepy, the lobby still gave him that feeling of being watched that the forest had given him. He heard a rumble coming from within the hospital but dismissed it immediately. Must be the building shifting around or something He thought to himself. It looked like everybody was ready to keep going. Heh, I better watch myself, they could have left me in a heartbeat. "Did I miss anything exciting?" He asked anyone in the group willing to answer.

The inside wasn't any better. In fact, it was five times worse.

Most of the paint had peeled off the walls hinting at the building's age. Sofas, chairs and tables were toppled over by who-knows-what and the ceiling lights were dangling from above. What troubled Dean the most was the dust- he was allergic to dust. And whaddya know? Dust covered almost every goddamn surface in the building, as expected. He took off his sweater and tied it around the bottom-half of his face to shield it from the dust, revealing a white dress-shirt underneath.

Dean glanced at Chad, who for a few seconds looked equally as troubled after taking one look at the run-down place. Heck, it wasn't even run-down. Everything there looked way past its expiration date- even though furnitures usually don't have one, that was how bad it looked.

Chad plopped down on one of the benches that creaked terribly when he did. He pulled out a beer from the pack and took a long swig of it. As soon as he lit his cigarette and started to hack away, Dean chuckled. As usual, still trying for the ladies.

"Do you guys really think drinking is a good idea? Also, Chad, if you can't smoke cigarettes properly, don't smoke them."

"Amen to that." Dean muttered under his breath as he leaned against the wall cautiously.
A few cork pops and lit cigarettes later, Dean had grown worried. Manson was nowhere to be seen. Soon enough, boredom took over. He brushed Manson off and focused on something else that had been bugging him. Since they knew he wasn't planning on getting drunk or getting laid, he questioned himself as to why they even decided to bring him along.

Probably to talk the police out of sending us to juvy if ever we get caught. he nodded his head lightly.

He groaned quietly and he popped his neck. Lazily, his eyes set on the wall across from him.

You're already dead. Oh, woop-de-fucking-doo. Dean's stoic expression turned into a frown. God, everything about this place just screams that something terrible's gonna happen. Why oh why-

"..how about the cafeteria? Probably isn't as fucked up as the lobby." he heard John finish. Dean dusted off his sweater quickly and stayed close to the group as they began to make their way to the cafeteria- wherever that was. They probably wouldn't even be able to tell. Nonetheless, Dean wasn't going to get left behind.

Almost simultaneously, Manson had caught up with them. Dean breathed a silent sigh of relief from the back of the group.

"Did I miss anything exciting?" Manson asked, flustered from almost getting left behind.

"Nope, nothing at all, other than beer." a slightly surprised Chel responded.

"Yep. Few beers and few cigarettes, nothing interesting. We seem to be heading to the cafeteria," Dean glanced at Chad- "so don't get left behind again alright? This place just spells bad vibes." he emphasized the last two words before motioning Manson towards the group.

Well, here we go...

Fuyu stuck with the group, moving out if the dust filled lobby. She made sure not to let go of her ruler. This place seemed really creepy.

"Yeah? Well I drove bunch of ya guys in here and I'm tired of all that. So why don't you do something as a return, find a proper spot from that mess. Then you can circle me from here... I'm in no mood for being pranked." she said, narrowing her eyes towards Chad. She had her fair share of this guys tricks, and this place was made for stupid things he did... Janine didn't want heart attack, or even worse, spill her beer over something stupid like him trying to scare people around here. She personally had came here for the drinks and conversation, not for the 'mysterious hospital'.

Then she took a sip form her beer again. "And it Isn't like this chair is that dusty..." Janine said to Chel. "Well, yeah, maybe it is, but not like I can just shake it off later. If there ain't rats in the room, every spot is good." she finished, looking outside for the moment... gosh, she couldn't believe no-one had bothered bringing in speakers, not even a goddamn radio.

"Musics in the SUV," said Chad, hoping to lift Jackie's spirits. He liked that girl, but no more than any other 18 year old male liked attractive tail. "I'll be back in a beat."

Ducking back outside, Chad noticed that the sun had completely receded. The dark sky was dotted with a few stars, but the moon was obscured, and finding his way back without his torch was a no go. Or was it? He wondered how far he'd make it if he just sprinted blind. Sounded like fun to him, and so off he went. He didn't make thirty paces before his boots caught something on the concrete, and he tumbled over in a laugh-riddled roll. Getting back up, he flicked his flash light back on to see what'd taken him down.

"That's fucked up," were the first words to escape his mouth. He was looking upon a badly burnt doll, with a tattered and soiled dress, and a smouldered face. He leant forwards and picked it up to study it. The first thing that sent alarm bells off in his little brain was the thick smell of putrid meat. He held it closer, and sniffed, and then recoiled. "Fuck me," he choked.

Discarding the doll, he shrugged it off as a previous gathering's strange antics. Probably full of bacon or something, who knew what got into the minds of booze fuelled kids. He shone the light across the to the parked cars, for a slight second thinking they wouldn't be there - but he didn't know why - though, there they were. Not wanting to be outside by himself for too much longer, having found a burnt doll that smelled of rotten meat, I mean that was a horror cliche right there, he sprinted. Getting to the SUV, he fumbled for the keys and unlocked it.

"Hello, Mr. Bingham."

Chad spun on the spot, his eyes wide in terror. Nothing. He shone the light all over the place, scanning the trees. "Who the fucks out there? That ain't funny man."

Normally the prankster, Chad realised he was being had, and ignored what he had heard. There was no telling what dicks had invited themselves to his little shindig, and if they thought they were getting a raise out of him, they had another thing coming. Cracking open the boot, he grabbed a large battery operated pair of speaker docks - and whilst he was at it, he stuffed a bottle of red into his jeans. There was plenty of other stuff in there too, namely food, but he couldn't carry everything and nor was he all that hungry. If someone wanted a snack, they could come out here themselves and play ghosts with whatever fuckwod was out there. Probably Steve, that prick..

The way back the hospital was harder than it was on the way out. His lungs, though trained and tested on the track, were straining with effort, and his feet felt heavier than usual. What was this? Was he scared?.

"Naw, I aint scared," he reassured himself; his light caught a glimpse of the discarded doll but he looked away quickly.

Reaching the lobby, Chad put down the speaker dock and the bottle of wine, and heaved the dank air into his lungs as he recovered from his sprint. After a few seconds, he looked up at his friends.

"There's some guy playing ghost out there by the cars, don't know who, but thought I'd let you guys know in case the prick tried to give you a heart attack," he panted. "Anyway, here's the music. Go crazy."

Some guy out there by the cars...

No. Nope. Not good.

The first thing Dean had picked apart from the time they had arrived was that there were no other cars or vehiclesbesides their own. The hospital grounds held only trees and obscurity. Not a single bike, either. And plus, the hospital, having held maniacs back in the day, was built quite far away from civilization in order to keep the townsfolk at ease. They were basically in the middle of nowhere, and Chad seemed to have spotted someone else that wasn't part of their group. Wonderful... Dean sighed.

He didn't want to think about the possibilities. They were honestly too much for him to bear, and if anything, at least they were a pretty big group with a decent amount of burly people to take on anyone, or anything, that happened to come their way.

Dean left his mind to wander anyway-

He perked up immediately after realizing that some of them still haven't even arrived. That was a good thing because 1. Maybe that guy out there was actually with them- and 2...

Nope. There was just that. Dean held onto that hope and shook away the feeling of dread that had clung on to him ever since he had stepped on to the hospital grounds.

"Anyway, here's the music. Go crazy."

Leah managed to keep quiet while everything was going on. But, she was happy when Manson showed up. She was worried he'd gotten lost or something. Leah had stood up at some point and she was looking around the room they were in. She knew the history of this place and it freaked her out, to be honest. And then Chad came back from his little adventure and said there was a guy playing ghost and not to fall for it. She sighed leaning against a wall. Great, now there is a douche messing with them. This is fantastic.
