Name: The Armour of Hurrian
Pantheon: Relics of Hurrian
Pantheon Head: The Armour of Hurrian
Nation: Dearoth
Personality: The Armour of Dearoth is the center of faith. The helm may house the mind and the shield may protect it all but the armour is what housed the very heart and soul of Hurrian. It is also the piece that connects all the other relics. They mearly lay around it and act through the heart to each other. The truest part of Hurrian's person was embodied within the armour. His courage, his leadership, his Determination and drive.

Title: The Heart of Dearoth, The Heart of the Pantheon. The icon of Courage, The icon of leadership
Entitled Powers: The armour of Hurrian can bestow much upon it's subjects. Most commonly and often it ban bestow courage to the weak and bring great inspiration to the great artists of Dearoth.

Like the rest of the relics the Armour of Hurrian cannot do much more on it's own that simply act as a symbol, occaisionally grant it's followers boons and rewards for service and faith but it's true abilities shine when it is worn by a Dearothian champion. If worn by itself it's power increases greatly and grants the wearer incredible almost nearly overpowering aura of charisma and strong sense of leadership and authority. It has been worn by anyone from war heroes delivering that final and glorious speech before leading his men into victory or a politician rallying the will and drive of the people to spearhead a powerful movement that forever changed life in Dearoth for the better.

If worn with the other relics their combined power increases further. When all pieces are worn at once the wearer gains significant powers to effect the mortal world, Demoralize or inspire entire armies to defeat or glorious victory. The combat skill to step into an entire Platoon of enemy soldiers and emerge gore soaked and alive. And other great gifts or burdens can be bestowed by the wearer of Hurrian's Relics.
Gained Powers: N/A
Misc: http://postimg.org/image/z0crhgqjt/ that is the image for the complete set of Hurrian's relics when worn. There are more pieces than just the four listed now. These are the primary relics and the most iconic that were chosen in the ancient days of the city. But other possessions of his have smaller followings, mostly made up by the people as the years past but some are under consideration for official recognition. If the people find inspiration and comfort in another symbol then there is no reason to deny it. Also this give me an opportunity to introduce new relics to keep things fresh and interesting on my end and maybe everyone elses.

I will assign faith and landscape description later.

@Ollum
Glad to see you joined. Everything looks fine. Remember to include a grid point for the city landscape.

Alright.

I'll be putting the second post together tommorow. You guys probably want to start the RP soon too, so I can get the first IC post up as well. Simply put, I'll start things at the aftermath of one of the invasions. Some enemy troops will be scattered about for you guys to wail on and use your powers if you want. Or you could benevolent as heck and vouch for them to settle down in the area and make their own city. Probably shouldn't attack other players that are there, since you're surrounded by a bunch of other gods who would just as happily see you dissapear too.

Anywhoo if you don't feel like that or have something planned, it can be assumed you didn't go to defend against the overseas empire for that bout, and you can do whatever in your city.

Sound good?

Grid Location: H5

Dearoth sits in a pleasant landscape. The city itself has expanded much and there are many smaller villages and townships that swear fealty and gain protection from Dearoth. The landscape itself has is a paradise of rolling green hills and lush fertile farmland. There is a great lake to the west that is home to a fleet of fishing craft. There are forests near Dearothian territory but none in the immediate vicinity around the city itself. To the north sits a single colossal mountain. The area around the mountain has proven rich with Resources like Copper and silver and tin and limited but workable amounts of coal. And plenty of quarries for stone. The silver comprises the vast majority of coinage within Dearoth. While the copper and tin give the City the means to produce vast amounts of bronze.

Their reliance on this metal because of it's abundance means they have by necessity found ways to temper and treat the Bronze to bring just that much more strength to the metal. Though expiditions and scouting have revealed that new metals may lay within the mountain itself. These less valuable metals may put Dearoth at a bit of a disadvantage in comparison to come cities but the will and pride of the people more than make up for it.

To the south and east lay the vast aboreal landscapes. Dearoth has done as much as it can to take as little wood as possible. This may have led them to not having quite the reserve store of wood they may truly want. And ample Game But because of their decision there is more than enough lumber for them to take if emergency situations demanded it. Though talk of new lumber camps being constructed are on serious debate after this latest invasion from the mysterious Empire from across the ocean. They were defeated once but they would return stronger, They always did. And the extra lumber might just prove to be a necessary evil.

As for faith Distribution.

175-per Relic and 800 to Dearoth itself. (this may change between now and the IC. I am still debating numbers in my head)

Here's the grid as it stands

You can always change it IC by having your people and deities migrate or whatever, but it's good to have an idea of where everyone is. Like if Lordargh wanted to invade Dearoth, there'd be some distance involved. Not to mention Dzjessok is in the way, so unless they had passage, they'd also have to go around. YEAH NEAT RIGHT. Anyways I'm working on everything now.

Thank you very much. Starting off as a literal neighbour to another city is going to put both of us at an awkward disadvantage. I think the other player would agree with me.

Oh right.

And just in case the logic didn't get through to you guys, favor invested in your city stays in your city even if you're driven out.

Posted. Kept it short and simple.

Feel free to NPC the Galvinians (that name for the EVIL EMPIRE works, right?), or ask me to. They don't have any physically defining traits, though as you can expect their miitary uniform color is black.

Maraketh wastes no time increasing his worship base. Also in case you hadn't figured it out, in Arelia (and any other lands Maraketh will own), knowledge is sacred. So much so, in fact, that burning books is a crime, and burning a unique book is a capital offence and punishable by death.
