I have a habbit of rambling in incorrect grammar,punctuation, and spelling, and doing it all the time, and let the nazi's clean up after me.

Yeah, this.

Pretty much all my behavior whenever I criticize myself could easily be considered "unhealthy" and I certainly can't say I particularly enjoyed those parts of my life, either.

I was being sarcastic, actually. Introspection is a good thing, and it isn't necessarily self-criticism.

Not really, if I was as active as I used to be rather then 50 % of spam, I would be covering anywhere from 95-98% of spam right now.

And i dont think this is part of the "problem" but i Actually enjoy criticising myself and others.

Thanks Kaga for the advice but tbh i don't think this is a phase. But then people in phases never think its a phase so i don't know

I didn't expect it to be a phase, either. ...For a while I thought it was a periodic cycle and it was just "normal" for me to spend a night crying myself to sleep every once in a while.

But thankfully I got out of that rut. I guess all I can say is that you never know what the future will bring.

Introspection is confusing and tiring and tends to make one like themself less. Why would I do that when I could be doing things I actually enjoy?

That being said, I can see it working for some people. I have quite a few friends that are very self-reflective and they tend to give the best advice.

I try to balance the three things I value most in myself; kindness, honesy, and a sense of humour. The problem comes from the fact that I'm only comfortable enough to be funny with a hadful of people, too often I'll make a group laugh at the expense of the person thete I'm closest to. It's something I need to change in myself.

I find it difficult to stay mad at people because I always forget what made me angry in the first place.

Because of this I consider myself to be a very forgiving person.
