I would assume it is I don't know where everyone is though and remember air benders are extremely scarce and very far between.

Even if you were a part of the crew Tenzin has, which have no air benders in canon but can be mended to have a few during the intermission, why is he here specifically? There are metal benders everywhere and this is a city heavily based around it's earthen resources. I've stated before that I'd believe that it'd be another unknown air bender from god knows where in some unknown corner of the globe with barely any training. These are the guys who were hunted for over one hundred years. I'd recommend picking another style of bending or go non bender chi blocker instead.

That is a good point, I think I have an idea for a non-bending chi-blocker.

Well my personal preference would be for 3 or more "players", but I don't have a problem with less (never been in one with less, now that I think about it). Also my apologies for not having put up a character sheet yet, been going over a project for my professor for the last week, but at least I got the idea pretty much nailed down in my head.

I rarely express interest in other roleplay, but I do love the Avatar world and I have immense faith in Vance as a GM. That said, I'll have a CS up either by today or Monday. Unless, of course, my notoriety precedes me enough to be discluded.
