Kirby.

His ability to inhale at a superhuman capacity and then copy the abilities of anyone he inhales/swallows giving him insane adaptability or produce a helper with the abilities of the inhaled enemy which effectively gives him a friendly version of the enemy or simply spit it back out as a flaming star. And there's the fact his lack of skeletal structure allows him to bypass many problems a normal body possesses (e.g. he can fly/glide due to how light he is and his inhalation ability).

And this is just one. A Universe's worth of Kirbies would be unstoppable.

Plus everyone else in all universes. You do realize how many overpowered creatures and people there have been made ever right? The Doctor has literally no place to cower, either.

I realize how many OP character's there are.
But the Doctor is even more OP. :P

No. It has already been proven that if you shoot the Doctor while he's regenerating then he can actually die. Also, what is he going to do about the Ents?

But he can't fall into the bottomless pit without dying and it takes like three hits to kill him.

If you're referring to The Impossible Astronaut, then technically that never really was the Doctor - just that robot thing with the tiny people inside disguised as the Doctor. We never actually saw the Doctor get shot while he was regenerating.

So really that's still up for debate.

Meh, but the robot was based off what would have happened. And it wasn't the robot until the Doctor intervened.

Well no, the whole point was that what they showed the first time was the robot all along. When the Doctor realized he was going to die, he arranged the whole thing with the people who controlled that robot - and his fake death was what Amy/Rory/River saw in the first place that set the whole story arc in motion. The past technically never changed, unless you count the temporary unraveling of time itself when things did deviate from what his companions originally witnessed.

Wibbly-wobbly-timey-whimey. :3

Oh, I see.

The characters could still kill him every-time he regenerated, eventually he wouldn't be able to regenerate anymore and he will have lost.
