"Of course I'd have to kill him too, he is far too infatuated with her. He'd probably die of heart break though, which I think would be much more amusing to watch. While I do enjoy watching the life leave the eyes of the living, I find nothing more enjoyable than to watch them slowly crush themselves under emotional hurt. It makes taking what is left all the more delicious, all the tiny broken bits. He was like that before, you know. Just slowly crushing himself, but then he met her." Flauros gripes. "And as for my 'distaste' for humans, that is only a given. I refuse to bow my head before an utterly flawed race that is barely out of its diapers. And as for that woman's blood. I would not know unless I drained her completely dry. A bit too messy for my tastes these days..." He watches silently as Ra picks up one of the cats that had gotten too close, he offered no real reaction, even as the feline leaped from his arms.
"Cats are the best company one could ask for. They are self-sufficient and do not require constant care, but are there to snuggle and listen to your woes and troubles if you need them to be. They are nothing like humans, despite what you say. Because while they do die and are reborn, they are never exactly the same cat... As to where when some humans are reborn they are merely the same thing over and over again." Flauros shakes his head. "I do not pick favorites among my pets. But if you do harm one I cannot promise you that you won't have cat guardian's warding off your dead, as you know, that is part of their job."
"I do not involve myself in the affairs of mortals because of their stupidity for power. Power is a dangerous thing that many abuse." The demon casts a downwards look towards Ra, narrowing his fire-brimmed gaze.
Gin seemed pretty happy to be set down once inside the room. Quickly his form changed, back into his cloths and everything. He offers a rather hopeful grin towards Effy. "Sorry about that... I slept here quite a bit and I was out like a light once the cats got back around me." He mumbles, his face now somewhat red. "I hope it didn't... freak you out too much. I don't normally change shape when I sleep, I hate it when he does that." Gin mumbles, waving his hands a bit at the cats staring at Effy. It took a few moments but eventually many of the felines looked away from her and began to go back about their normal routine. But there were still several who stood still, some staring at the doors, others staring at the walls and ceiling... almost as if waiting for something. They were quite on guard it seemed, prepared if anything. "Was Flauros mean or anything...?"
