She hummed in thought. "Sure. Why not?" She said to him before handing him the peel. She then stood up stretching, the radio in it's original place. She fixed it.

Dexter smiles and throws away the garbage and walks along with the Doctor to her TARDIS grinning. "How about Christmas anywhere? As long as its in the past I will be happy." He says wanting to see a time gone by, to experience a Christmas in the past. It had already happened but he wanted to see it first hand. No wonder she got travel jitters. He knew he would if he had the entirety of Space and Time to explore.

She thought a second before nodding with a bright smile. "Sure. And I have the perfect place for ya!" She said with excitement before she ran away from him, to the TARDIS, not looking behind her. She then, once she entered, ran to the console and began piloting it to where she wanted to be. "Come on Dexter, hustle!" She yelled to him.

Dexter laughs as he hurried up his pace, entering the console of the TARDIS, closing the door behind him once he did grinning. He was really excited to go into the past, somewhere only dreamed about for humans.

The TARDIS then began traveling. And it was a bumpier than usual ride. The Doctor ran around trying to pilot the TARDIS to some kind of calm. "Hold that lever down!" She yelled to him while pointing to a seemingly random lever as she ran around the console trying to control the situation.

Dexter went to hold down the lever remaining as calm as one would in a situation like this. "Holding it now." He said looking to the Doctor for any other commands she might have.

She barely glanced at him before she spoke her next command. "Well, hold them both down." She said before using her hand to motion towards another lever on the other side of the console from where Dexter was.

Dexter just rolled his eyes and did as instructed anyway, stretching his body to get to the other lever on the opposite side. It's a good thing his body still remembered how to do gymnastics. Otherwise, this stretch would be painful.

"Oi!" She said to him as she continued her ritual of running around like a mad woman. Which she actually is. "I promised you a time machine and that's what you're getting. Now, you've seen the future, let's have a look at the past. 1860. How does 1860 sound?" She questioned him, speaking in one big breath. Slight pauses between what could be described as sentences.

"1860 sounds great." Dexter said with a grin looking forward to it. He had said anytime in the past after all. And now he was getting exactly what he wished for.

"Do you know what happens in 1860?" She questioned him with a grin. She paused before she spoke again, not even letting him respond. "Neither do I. Let's find out!" Before she threw down a lever and the TARDIS gave one more violent lurch before stilling. The Doctor breathes hard from adreniline. Her eyes wide and a grin on her face. She loved the violent rides. She then glanced at Dexter. "You alright?" She questioned him.

Dexter stood up from the violent ride. It was only the second trip, but he'd get used to it. "Yeah I'm fine. I know you said that people wouldn't question the clothing choice, but still. I think I'd like to at least fit in. So where to?" He asked curiously. I mean why not right? Everyone dreamed about not only going to the past, but also not sticking out like a sore thumb.

She looked at Dexter, her eyes wandering over his choice of clothing before nodding. "Go out there dressed like that, you'll start a riot, Dexter." She said before pointing to the corridor behind him. "There's a wardrobe through there. First left, second right, third on the left, go straight ahead, under the stairs, past the bins, fifth door on your left. Hurry up will ya?" She said to him quickly before adding a slight amount of attitude to the last part in order to show she was serious. Before turning back to the console.

Dexter playfully rolled his eyes but did as instructed and after a missed turn...maybe or a few, he found the wardrobe. But only after he discovered a thing that could automatically take away the black dye in his hair a curious look as he applied it, wondering what was going on. But as things with the Doctor were hardly normal anyway didn't question it. But he did want to impress her. And almost by thought a bunch of clothes and shoes that would work for the era showed in the beginning.
"Well...that's new. Are you perhaps sentient?" He asked and got a happy sound, like a purr or a him in reply and nodded in slight understanding and got to it. It took a half hour to get the buttons right and for the black to get out of his hair.

"Don't laugh!" He demanded his blonde hair all messed up finally deciding on Contacts in the last second cause glasses weren't a big hit here. He already felt three ways rediculous.
