Knowing the amounts of war and environmental degradation mankind has done, he believes that if they are controlled, the problem will be pacified. One metaphor he uses for the Homo Sapiens species is like that of a young grub, constantly demanding nourishment. His misanthropy is further fueled by Harbinger's desire to install peace and order across the world. Another of Harbinger's agenda, due to his awareness and knowledge of human outer space ventures, is to make sure that no alien species comes into Earth or no human comes out of Earth. "We will be doing other sapient species a favor." In short, a benevolent dictatorship is Harbinger's ultimate goal.
Biography: Awakened to be a harbinger for his kin, he has taken steps to help found and cement the "Church of the Neurax Worm".

Appearence: Last known Picture of Operative Brewer Note the Ammo count is from US SOCOM Drone without the face mask and Tac helmet Lance has Golden Blonde hair and Hazel eyes but other than that his face looks pretty average he wouldn't stand out to anyone really.
Personality: Lance is a cocky soldier cocky because he made it to the top of the food chain and he knows what he's good at he is also really talkative unless on a mission then he takes on a very serious demeanor
Biography: Lance was born in Oregon to a military family that held military tradition as a part of it's everyday life and Lance grew up with that, when the time came and his brother was old enough he joined the rangers, when his sister was old enough she joined the navy. But when it was Lance's turn he had no idea what to do and decided to try out a college ROTC class, when he graduated the class he went into the Army and became a Ranger eventually being noticed by the ISA for his skills in Intelligence gathering and recon.

While in the ISA Lance was used in countless operations in Mexico and Afghanistan, as a matter of fact it was his team who intercepted Osama Bin Ladens messenger which gave SEAL team six the required information that was needed to take out "Big Papa." But when the war on terror and drugs slowed down and things began to heat up in the states Lance was recruited to collaborate with a FBI task force on infiltrating and gathering intelligence on the Neurax cult.
