This is just a notice encase I forget to PM people I RP with I probably won't be on from the 17th of August to the 23rd(not until evening my time anyway but will be on that day) since I'm going on holiday and unlikely I'll be able to reply if I'm lucky I might be able to post one reply a day but I doubt it :P

So letting you know in advanced, meant to put this up a few days back but forgot

Putting it in your Sig might be a good choice, so people will see when they look at your last posts. Also Member lounge is good for this sort of thing. Enjoy your holiday!

thanks and I don't want to have such a crowded sig (trust me loads of stuff I'd put there and it'd create a sig bigger than some of my replies thanks again

Adding one sentence to your signature will not be inflating it beyond reason, and is much more likely to be seen than a random post in another part of the site. Alternately, you could PM those you RP with, or post in the OOC tab of the RPs you're participating in.

ok ok fine, geez never thougth making a topic in Spam would end up with me being told off and I put it here encase I forgot to tell them sicne busy packing stuff

Oh...

I definitely would suggest OT or the other suggestions in the future. Spam can get a little rougher than in this thread.

The Member Lounge is the place these kind of general absence messages go, actually. Definitely better to directly message your RP buddies or post in RP threads about it, but if you've got to make a general announcement thread then the Member Lounge is absolutely the place to do it.
