I do have several problems with the CS.
1: you power to make things near you age 100x faster makes you nearly untouchable.
2: due to your characters skin falling off and leaving only bone (assuming by your picture and description) you would be dead. You body physically wouldn't be able to handle trauma like that. The pain alone would cause you to go into shock and die.

I know this is an rp about heroes so it does have fiction to it but it is through genetic modification. If your genes modified to have your flesh fall off then that is a extremely painful death.

Those are my primary concerns.

100x faster okay. i will nerf it to 25x so instead of 1 secound 25 secounds pass XD its not that op actually... because 1 turns to 100 secounds so it will still take a long time to deal any real Damage XD

and by all indications purposes the medication he has keeps him alive not the best existance but alive. due to the trauma of the flesh falling off (underneath the robe is abomination no one should see) he needs therapy to help him cope or he will try to kill himself Generally not all his flesh has fallen off or he would not have wings His chest and torse and head are deformed but not fallen off. so thats why he wears a robe so i hope that clears things up hes in a constant form of necrosis that healing itself it heals faster if damaged...

Bio: Lisianthus first came to Aurora at the age of 18 when volunteered because she needed the extra money. She didn't know what the experiment was about, and at the last minute she wanted out of it. Black markings soon appeared on her body, though the scientists were glad that it wasn't as bad as the ones of generation two. Through different testing, it turned out that Sia can now manipulate the shadows to her will. Though there was one thing they didn't count on, and that was the different voices she would start to hear. Causing her to look insane at times, even though she is usually a sweet girl.
Other: Sometimes, Sia can hear voices in her head that would steer her to cause destruction and pain to others. Sometimes she can ignore and overcome the voices and whispers, but at times it is hard to ignore.

@Charak- even so, the parts of his body that flesh has fallen off of would be completely useless because its just bone. The constant pain also would prevent him from doing anything. With a defect such as (his flesh falling off), he would have been seen as an instant failed experiment and quickly and painlessly killed.

@Bkburke I haven't explained it very well, but it's just the area of the object he touches than can explode

telekinesis to move ligaments in place of muscle
medication of immense painkillers like morphine Mixed with more morphine stops him feeling the pain.
