Just so you know I'm going to make the Psi Lab a terrible and debilitating place to be. I really think XCom didn't show enough of that side of things so I want to shed some light on what it might be like.

Go for it. I support the notion of PSI-training as torture.

Are we rappelling down to the LZ or did the Skyranger land? I thought we had to clear the LZ first?

It's a new thing in Enemy within, sometimes the team rappels down from the skyranger

If you look at the last couple posts Urukhai explains in his post that the Skyranger won't be able to land until they clear the LZ. Then in Vladimir's post Nic has to rappel down but right after that in Geoffry's post the Skyranger has landed but then in Halvtand's post we have to rappel again so I am confused. Also I have played XCom since it was an MS-DOS game in 1994 when it was called UFO Defense and I've beaten XCom: Enemy Within three times good sir.
Edit: The Firaxis development team never actually worked on The Bureau: XCom Declassified, that project was tossed between other parts of the 2K Games family.

Okay editing.

Nic didn't rappel, he simply hopped out, which is why the Titan armor caused the pavement to crumble, due to the weight of the armor and the height of the drop. I'm a fan of 'suprise attack' xD And I figured since the Skyranger can't land...what says we can't clear the LZ?

(Sorry for double post) But, urukhai, if I post something that you didn't want to happen, just tell me and I'll be more than happy to edit the post.

I am def a screwball. Just....Just let me be a retard for a second while I get my things together. Also, we were shot at by mutons, can we see said mutons or are they gone now? If what i do now is not good, just note that I had no clue about this bit.

I didn't know for sure, so I had Nic blind-firing in my post.

I was thinking of doing the same, but I had already done a post in which I got onto the battlefield, so I couldn't just say. 'Stan fires a bunch the end' So I decided to go with this. But I await the GM's reply.

Sorry about the delay, yes you can see the mutons. Sorry, it was my fault for not being clearer

Oh wait, I have a big question, is stuff like Midora's post okay? Adding enemies to the game and giving them set AI or whatever? Or is that a nono?

It's good, so long as the enemies are appropriate to the over all mission type (So in this case no Sectopods, Muton Elites, or Ethereals)

*suddenly eight sectopods fell from the sky promptly blowing everything up, three Ethereals followed close behind two muton elites guiding them. The Ethereals mind controlled three of the xcom soldiers. Who then shot their friends killing them. The end*

honestly with that line up, the Ethereals are just overkill, along with 5 of the sectopods
