my god... *sighs* Why is Gilbert here? That is not even slightly what this RP is about... it's about a portal that will go anywhere in time and space in our universe, not a parallel universe. And Gilbert doesn't exist in our universe. And the ability to build things without arms is not creative.

Abilities: Since he came out of the television, he has the power to go back into the tv and get information and go into tv shows. His ability transfers to other things too, like he can listen in on any communication systems and things like that.
Bio: He is a living goldfish cracker like in the commercials

Some scientist was trying to transfer things through televisions, and since the goldfish commercials exist in this universe, the scientist pulled out Gilbert from the commercials.This gave him the power to go inside tvs, satellites, even alien communication systems.
Personality: Though shy, Gilbert can be very friendly and helpful.

Obviously accepted. In my opinion, I have never once in my life seen a CS with such detailand description. I'm guessing this character is going to be majorly plot-defining and will take the rails as the leader of the gang
