Ok Nightshade's in. Visitor, For the most part it's pretty good but in this verse if a magic-user resorts to human sacrifice and outright murder with his magic, he doesn't stick around very long. Also the government does have Army Sorcerers as well so the scale of his jobs should be kept on the Corporate end for more believability. Also he needs a concrete reason to be associated with the League. And from now on let's cut down on the anti-heroes :P

Hello!
I changed the price of the Mysteria to losing his own magic in the process and his story to a simple escape from employers who want their pawn back.
And from there originated the reason for his affiliation with the League. He's ready to help them out, as long as they are willing to protect him from former employers and their goons.

Name: Rasplavleniye [Goes by Rasputin or Ras for simplicity sake, will also answer to 'Rassy']

Codename: Meltdown

Age: 5~

Gender: Identifies as Male

Place of Birth: Chernobyl NPP Zone of Alienation, Ukraine

Affiliations: The League
It's possible that he was once affiliated with the Russian government, but he doesn't remember it.

Occupation: Local Radiation Sink! not officially 'occupied', but he does have a lot of engineering knowledge, a strange imagination, and in depth knowledge about radiation of many types, including solar... He's probably the one to call if your Reactor is about to meltdown.

Appearance:

Powers:

Skills:
Liquid stealth - That is to say, the ability to go unnoticed by virtue of most of his body being a liquid and being able to hide in places few would think anything could hide, or even right under their feet.

Past skills? - He has Engineering and scientific knowledge from... somewhere, he doesn't really know where it came from but he has theories. He's not a super genius or anything but he can hold his own. He has minor knowledge of hand to hand combat training, and basic information on various weapons, mostly of russian design, but not enough to be considered properly 'trained'. He also has extensive knowledge related to Radioation, nuclear science, and other forms of energy, which has only expanded further since he awoke 'living' off of those energies.

Equipment/Resources :
A Special Suit created by Doctor Henry Nguyen - It helps him to refine his energy processing, allowing him to produce more focused and powerful Radioactive projections, as well as re-absorb the expelled energy at a superior rate, minimizing risk of collateral irradiation. It also compounds the protective nature of the fluids around his core by further containing his radioactive energies, minimizing loss and ensuring against any unwanted leakage making him dangerous in the long-term. The Suit is durable enough to shrug off small arms, general debris, and some explosives, Though it also 'contains' his P.M.A.R. Fluids, thus restricting the use of such in combat unless the suit gets damaged.

Musical Device - A Small, water-proofed, solar powered, digital recorder/player that he keeps full of a rediculous variety of songs... He has a powerful liking for music, and seems to be affected by it in unusual ways depends on the type of song, and when one says variety, they mean it... He listens to everything from classical to dub-step, as long as it manages to excite him.

Weaknesses: As the antithisis of Heat, and likewise 'energy', Cold reduces the heat stored in his body or his fluids, causing him to need to expend extra energy to keep up with his usual out-put. He 'can' be frozen, but it's very hard to do so, and it is not fatal so much as forcing his core into a hybernative state that conserves what energy it still contains for later.

His Psycho magnetic field can easily be over-powered by stronger magnetic fields, with effects from greatly disrupting his ability to control the fluids around his core to out-right stripping it, causing a blast from stored energy releasing before his core goes into hybernation to avoid unleashing all hell around him, which coincidentally causes it to stop producing the protective fluids and greatly hardens it's outer shell.

Psychic attacks are a point of uncertainty, he doesn't have any out-standing psychic defenses, but his 'mind' is of a completely different structure from humans... It's not impossible to affect him, but one may have to find the right 'way' to affect him.

His fluid body is, just that, fluids, he is quite limited in how solid he can make it so far, a rubber like consistency is the best he's managed, and while this is good for physical interaction, it provides little defense in a fight against super powers. Bullets and the like may not harm him, but many things can easily 'remove' some of the fluids beyond his range of Psycho magnetism and force him to chase it or produce more, thus expending vital energy to regenerate, and the more energy he expends the smaller and weaker he gets.

His main defense is being tricky with his Vital core, if it is removed, while it is quite dangerous to do so, it also causes him to go into a defensive hybernative state that hardens the core while containing the energy remaining within to prevent a meltdown, but renders him virtually useless outside of psychic communication.

Psychological Profile: Ras shows extensive examples of ignorance and inexperience, though this is understandable being that he'd only been 'alive' for a few years, yet despite this he has already developed a strong Moral compass, or seems to have at least, has a habit of approaching many, new, non hostile things with a child like curiousity. Occasionally he shows a unique sort of wisdom, and tends to interpret things in unexpected ways, he learns quickly, but it's also possible that he could be manipulated unwittingly if he's not careful, for which reason he often 'is' careful about new people he meets, Though he seems slow to 'trust' fully, he doesn't hesitate to give a new person plenty of chance to earn it.

Biography:
Excerpt from Interview with Jennifer Chen after first encounter in America.

"I was discovered in the remains of one of Chernobyl's Reactors, shortly after the Event I heard was called 'The Awakening', an Oddly fitting since It seems that it gave me life. I don't remember what, if anything, took place before the awakening, Though I do have unusual pieces of 'experience' with things that still surfaces from time to time, mostly related to Maintenance and consequences of nuclear power technology... moving on...

when they found me they thought... I don't know, perhaps that I was some strange artifact created by the awakening, That may not entirely inaccurate ultimately, But it seemed that I had been in hibernation until they touched my core, which seems to have been responsible for waking me up. Unfortunately the results of waking up a living nuclear core were...not pretty. It took a while to first start producing this Protective fluid to hold back the excess Off-put, I have since worked a lot on more quickly switching between hibernation and production to minimize exposure time if it ever happens again.

Of course, I had no memories at the time, I didn't know what I was doing, or what I was It was only later I realized how remarkably lucky I was to have encountered a Hermit couple living 'near' the zone instead of soldiers... They were remarkably understanding of the state I was in and didn't seem to fear once they realized I was just 'there' and not attacking, and I actually learned how to speak there, verbally I mean, I could already 'think' at other people, but They helped wake up the rest of 'me', morals, preferences, emotions, gave life to instinctual memories I had... I managed to hide out there for almost a year before someone less local found out about me and, well, I'm sure you know what happens in some countries when words reaches a less than benevolent government official that some potentially exploitable creature has been found

I spent the years since wandering the world, appearing occasionally, but mostly avoiding people... I was kindof unhealthy to be around while I was less experienced in keeping myself 'contained' so I tried my best to simply stay out of the way, to watch and learn about or from people... Until I heard about the League, A group of... people and 'creatures' of different kinds working together? It seemed too good to be true, but it was worth the uncertainty to chance not having to live with quite so much Solitude

It was a bit... troublesome, to get over-seas without causing an incident... I had to 'abort' several attempts to sneak aboard planes, a boat worked better eventually and it wasn't hard for me to get 'noticed' by the League once I was here... And now Here I am, I know it's not much detail, but I really don't have much memory to apply to it outside of theories, and I'd rather keep those quiet until I know more."

Mind If I tweak MC's Omni magic a bit? Make it so that it can copy special abilities as well as spells? It can't copy passives like speed or strength, but something like say... Laser beam eyes, he can copy.

Maybe he get's the ability to work them into a spell but outright copying I don't think so. Also it should take at least a little more effort since he has to create a spell rather than just outright copying it.

Well thats exactly what he'd do actually. Just wasn't sure how to word it without it sounding weird. Like say someone's attack is shooting a charge accurate blast with a gun or something, he'd hold his staff like a gun and do the same sorta thing with a spell instead. Also remember, while he can 'copy' it, unlike the person using it, he isn't 'skilled' in using it, just that he can. And like I said, he can't copy 'passive' abilities, which a vast majority of super hero powers are.

If you play DOTA, its sort of the same thing Rubick does with his ult, now that I look at it.

If not, just say so.

    Name: Zaphkiel
Codename: Zaphkiel goes singularly by his true name
    Age: Timeless
Gender: Genderless, referred to as male
    Place of Birth: Heaven

    Affiliations: Heaven
    Occupation: None

    Powers:
As an angelic being (and at that, mechanical), Zaphkiel forgoes the need for basic sustenance; he requires no meals, liquids, air, or sleep. His mechanical body suffers no pain, and his forged mind is built to lack the capacity for fear. In addition his supernatural form displays a much greater fortitude than mundane humans, able to survive conditions such as extreme cold or heat or live after receiving normally fatal damage as from a bullet or blade. His body is not indestructible to mundane attacks, however, and he is less tough against supernatural effects, especially pure magic. Being associated with holiness, Zaphkiel is adept at the task of hunting down entities considered evil, demonic, or otherwise, able to deal out punishment with greater efficiency than other supernatural entities dissociated with holiness. He can call upon heavenly powers from above, or mete out his own as light-based attacks capable of unleashing incredible destruction. Unlike the Archangel Michael, however, his abilities are less indiscriminate, having the miraculous effect of leaving the innocent absolutely unharmed no matter how fierce his attacks. Structures, unfortunately, do not enjoy the same benefit. Additionally, innocents with associations to darkness or "evil" (such as demons with good intentions) do not gain the same protection.

Zaphkiel's presence naturally soothes the minds of individuals who look upon him, though it is not capable of utterly pacifying fairly angry individuals; after all, the two emotions can occur at the same time in one individual. Particularly angry (or similarly negative emotions) individuals will still feel angry, but at the same time sense a distant happiness. So to does this aura cause the mundane to think twice about striking him or doing something counter to his wishes. His touch, while not as strong as other supers, can slowly heal the afflicted, or at the very least ease their pain.

While the rest of his body is made of steel, Zaphkiel's wings are fleshy, made of soft feathers and bearing powerful musculature. With them, Zaphkiel can take flight indefinitely (having nearly limitless stamina) at speeds up to 100 mph. Zaphkiel has the ability to return to Heaven at his discretion, though his time there functions at a much faster pace than in the real world; staying too long may result in him returning to Earth all too late.

Zaphkiel also benefits from increased innate strength, as well as speed and reaction times. His strength is such that things like cars can be tipped over with ease, though heavier objects require a bit more strength out of him. His running speed is only just greater than that of a decent sprinter, being quite heavy and lumbering on legs for an angel.

Lesser known powers Zaphkiel possess include an innate knowledge of all monarchies of the world, their histories, and the people presiding over them. As an angel of the Thrones, he embodies the very nature of ruling, and therefore absorbs all knowledge pertaining to said subject. Additionally, Zaphkiel has the peculiar ability to speak for the mute, to speak to the deaf (not telepathic), and to be seen by the blind.

Zaphkiel's "hands" appear solid, semi-transparent with greenish-blue auras. Made of "hardened light", Zaphkiel can morph them into any shape he wishes, though they have limited size. Commonly, he converts his left hand into an elongated beam of light, capable of cutting through metals like butter. By his will, he can call upon a shield to materialize before him whose structure is indestructible to the mundane (but still extremely resilient to the supernatural). Between the prongs of the shield, light barriers can form during combat to maximize the protective coverage.

Being made of armor itself, Zaphkiel does not 'die' but rather becomes incapacitated if his limbs are separated from his chest piece (his torso holds his soul, not his head). Regardless, his mind will remain awake, though incapable of doing anything until he is reassembled by someone with supernatural forging powers.

    Skills:
Zaphkiel is an adept warrior, capable of wielding melee weaponry with extreme efficacy (though is particularly good with swords). Though slower in movement, his attacks are professional and fierce, put exactly where they need to be, when they need to be without fail. His memory is also perfect, being capable of recalling even the tiniest of events hundreds of years into the past. Nothing slips past him, and debts will always be repaid. Zaphkiel is also excellent at keeping track of time, able to discern the exact time without a watch somehow, possibly related to his great memory. Some individuals believe he simply counts every second in the back of his mind 24/7.

    Equipment/Resources:
Though technically it is his own body, Zaphkiel's armor is practically invulnerable to mundane weaponry, capable of shrugging off the attempts of a civilian to penetrate it with a common blade or firearm. Especially powerful mundane weapons, however, can present a danger; things like large explosives, artillery, and high-powered energy weapons have a chance of breaking through his armor. Supernatural attacks such lightning bolts or firebolts (just as an example) encounter Zaphkiel's armor as if it were what mundane armor is to mundane weapons. His armor can be melted, punctured, or cut in (in extreme cases) given a sufficiently strong supernatural attack. Demonic powers are especially potent.

    Weaknesses:
Zaphkiel's body is incapable of regeneration, succumbing to sufficient damage without hope of returning to normal without an angel (or superhero capable of unnatural forging) to help him. In addition, demonic entities benefit from increased attack damage upon Zaphkiel (though, to be fair, the same holds true vice-versa), putting him at great risk but high reward against the entities of Hell (or whatever the culture calls their underworld-esque residence).

Comedically, Zaphkiel is about the worst person you could take along for a stealthy mission; his armor is clamorous with every step, and he cannot dispel the naturally abundant light his body gives off. In the dark, Zaphkiel is a spotlight, easily seen even from afar.

    Psychological Profile:
Despite being a fabricated entity, Zaphkiel does not sport the common "robot-like" lack of emotions that others do. As far as anyone is concerned, he is a fully emotional being capable of expressing love, anger, sadness, joy, among others. The only emotion Zaphkiel lacks, however, is fear, having said emotion removed from his soul upon his creation. Boredom, too, is something people rarely see in Zaphkiel, though most attribute this to his extreme sense of patience and consideration. As opposed to other archangels, Zaphkiel is strangely tolerant towards others, almost to a detrimental degree; he will speak about evil individuals with respect regardless of their offenses. Regardless, he is beholden to stop them by whatever means necessary, despite his apparent lack of spite. In truth he holds plenty of distaste for certain individuals, but chooses to remain upright and calm, his mouth clean of obscenities or anger.

In battle, Zaphkiel is fearless, valiant, and driven. Being quite genre-savvy, Zaphkiel is not easily tricked by individuals attempting to exploit mercy, and will apprehend criminals with nary a moment for them to explain their actions. In this sense, Zaphkiel can 'jump the gun' quite often, being an individual designed solely to apprehend and punish anyone who even remotely breaks the law. While not overzealous, this can get Zaphkiel into trouble when his punishment seems a tad bit too strong for the crime involved.

    Biography:
When the prospect of angels rebelling against God came into fruition with Lucifer's actions, the heavenly host sought to replace the servants of god with a more obedient task force out of fear for their lord. The entities known as the Ophanim were forged to serve as the protectors of God's throne, and thus were similarly known as the Thrones. Zaphkiel was one of these fabricated individuals, made to serve God and protect his ruling state with utter compliance and a lack of rebelliousness or desire for power and fame. For an eternity, Zaphkiel served there in heaven, unmoving in his profession.

However, as the Awakening unleashed itself upon Earth, the appearance of demons and similarly evil entities became well known, and the heavenly host recruited its members to aid humanity against the opposing forces. Zaphkiel was but one angel sent to their aid, along with others such as Archangel Michael, who bestowed his powers upon a mane name -fittingly- Gabriel. Unable to exercise such powers, Zaphkiel offered his true body in service upon Earth, rather than granting his powers for use as Michael did.

For years Zaphkiel specifically targeted the archenemy of Heaven, slaying and banishing demons wherever they may be. Eventually Zaphkiel came upon an incident in which a young girl in Germany had come under duress of a demonic possession; one so far gone that he could not hope to vanquish it without killing the girl herself. Such cases were always difficult, and why he always hesitated. He could not discern if the afflicted persons were suffering, or if they were even still there. Thus far, Zaphkiel resorted each time to slaying the poor innocent, and subsequently killing the demon in the process. But here, faced with such a young lass, his hesitation was even stronger. The demon seemingly remained inactive within her, allowing the girl to remain 'normal', but in truth holding complete control over her already.

The demon would only truly show its colors if Zaphkiel had left her alone. He would, of course, do no such thing. Zaphkiel resolved to remain with the girl under hopes that as long as he remained in her presence, the demon would not dare take over; if it did, he ultimately would have to return to his old tactics. Such an event has been explained to the girl several times before, and she has complied, understanding of the issue at hand.

The girl accompanied Zaphkiel, having told her parents of the situation. The angel needed to venture elsewhere, but for her to remain herself, she would need to follow. After a few years together, the girl recommended Zaphkiel forgoe his lonesome work and join the League, being a big fan of the organization herself. If she were to remain there, he could move without her for longer periods of time without fear; there were other holy individuals in the League to help, and possibly, to get rid of the demon where Zaphkiel could not.

    Name: Abraham Gene

    Codename: Golem

    Age: 22

    Gender: Male

    Place of Birth: Boston, Massachusetts

Affiliations: The Gene family, ExxonMobil (minor), and fight clubs in downtown Boston.

Occupation: Unemployed - bah, working? That's for the middle and lower class. He did a bit of vigilante work at some point though.

Appearance: Abraham is imposing; he is 6'4" tall (standing higher than most people he'd ever meet), athletically fit, broadened shoulders and he carries himself in such esteem you would think that nothing could touch him. In addition to his height, he is muscular. Not just in his arms or abdomen, though - he is the type of guy who you'd think did a full body workout (albeit not a devoted body-builder). These aspects, along with his uncommonly thick bones, contributes to his weight. As an African-American and Caucasian mix, his skin is a dark caramel color, generally untouched by acne or blemishes, but covered in scars and scrapes from various activities. Among his collection includes a bright, whitened stripe across his thumb - and if you hadn't known better, you would've thought it was cut off at some point or another. Others includes scrapes and burn scars all over his hands and a couple on his arms and legs, which appear to be nothing more than rough housing mementos. A notable one, however, his one that stretches across the right side of his abdomen, down his side. That one he laughs about and claims it had occurred during a knife fight.

He doesn't have thick, full, lips (although they are not notably thin) and the structure of his face appears to resemble that of a Caucasian man, though this is due to his split heritage and the interracial relationship of his parents. He has thick eyebrows and lashes frames his intense amber eyes, and his black hair is dreaded all the way down to an inch below his shoulder blades, but most of the time is held back in a loose ponytail gently tied back by two dreadlocks. Otherwise, his hair would've framed his oval face and drape over his broad shoulders. He is described as a fairly attractive individual. If you've a preference those of dark skin, or if skin color does little to determine your attraction to a person, you've probably checked out Abraham at some point. He's tall and strong with a charming disposition and demeanor, holding himself in such a way that exudes confidence and invokes envy. Abe is, in most respects, a dreamboat... and Abe he knows it! So predictably, he likes to utilize that to his advantage - as well as a reliable asset.

He has very little in the ways of facial hair or body hair. He has some subtle, night unnoticeable stubble across his cheeks and chin, and is as such nothing remarkable. In fact, the lack of body hair seems to do more for his attractiveness than there a lack of being, considering how his muscle tone shows with greater emphasis and without any obstruction (aside from clothing, of course). His tone is remarkable in comparison to the common man his age; barely a pinch of fat in any one place of his body. This of course contributes to a portion of the justified arrogance he reveals. His walk has swagger and his smooth voice bears a light Boston accent, generally not using many forms of slang. He's actually rather articulate.

He doesn't have one particular outfit that he leans towards - he has many of them. The style may change from a punk vibe, to relaxed, sometimes classy, sportsy, whatever. He generally has a jacket though, usually a denim jacket or a leather one, or a black pea coat if he's feeling particularly hipster that day. He usually avoids shorts. The kind of jeans or pants don't really matter to him, but he tends to shoot for jeans that are baggy around legs but tends to tighten around his waist, providing comfort and usability. His shoes are boots, almost always boots. Steel toed, faded out, around the ankles, much like that of combat boots. Though it may change according to the situation - sports often call for sneakers, and a fancy outing requires more refined dress shoes. These he has, which were custom made for his feet. But mostly, Abraham goes for clothing that is relaxed and easy to move in. V neck shirts are a common occurrence in his wardrobe, long sleeved shirts are too. A belt is always seen around his waist, and he never wears gloves.

Powers: He is, if you watch Avatar, what you would expect from an earthbender and more. He has the capability of manipulating rock and even the ground itself, and many of its variations, to his will. He can form it as he deems necessary, and wreak havoc as he pleases. His range is as far as the eye can discern and his power is as strong as his ferocity. The many different forms and bodies of stone and earth he can mold can have an influence on how the rocks are manipulated, and he can carve and shape it as he pleases. He can shape the stone so that it can be worn around his body, whether it be armor, a weapon, or giant fists. He can erect giant pillars and spires from the ground as long as there is enough stone in the vicinity to fuel it and as well as rectangular walls and shields - even domes. He can disconnect these from the ground and send it flying through the air or skidding across the ground and crush the target behind the thousands of pounds of force its impact generates. As Abraham is able to mold stone, he can, if he so chooses, reconstruct damaged structures or sculpt a brand new structure entirely.

Stone Embodiment: Abraham can morph his whole body into cold, hard stone, or selectively morph different parts of his body. This also cause his body to become much denser, heavier, and durable, allowing him to pack more power at the trade-off of speed. Given his power of stone manipulation, he still retains enough mobility to keep himself moving, though his speed is severely hampered and he lacks the kind of agility he'd usually have. It's like going from motorcycle to scooter. On top of packing a lot of weight behind his punches, the ability to manipulate stone helps him packs tons more power behind his monster hay-makers and grants him super-strength that can compete even with the strongest of superheroes. Abe's wit has helped him think through the different aspects of his power, and so he recognized that, when stone, his own body can be altered as he pleases. This said, he is capable of changing the shape of his own body to serve his purpose - whether it be changing his hands to hammer or blades - the latter being particularly frightful, given how a pointy thing being made of stone and the size of a grown man's arm is being lunged straight through your body, and if you survive that, congratulations asshole! You now have stone sediments coursing through your bloodstream. Speaking of sediments, sandstorms are not beyond Abraham's ability. Although they are not a staple of his preferred fighting style (weathering them down to nothing, which is the preferred method of his good friend Valery), his sandstorms can be quite dangerous - why? Because he can deconstruct stone into jagged and razor-edged shards and grains of sand, you impetuous pisshead. Way to go running head on into the equivalent of a dryer filled with razor blades and sandpaper.

Like many superhumans, Abe has a couple of secret weapons, none he'd use lightly. But should the situation ever call for such a measure, he can go stone form. Which is cool in itself, right? Well, from there, Abe can begin an exhaustive process where he takes in the stone from his environment into his own body before his size and mass proliferates into that of a massive golem - easily as tall as telephone poles. While his standard stone embodiment stands as it is as being extraordinarily durable, turning into the Golem leaves him impervious to almost all physical attacks, attacks on his biological system, and allow him to deal devastating strikes to his foes. But the real epiphany is that there isn't a real set limit. The process is exhaustive, but should he ever be able to keep going, he can take in as much as stone as is provided to him and reach colossal levels that'd compare to (or perhaps even dwarf!) the Greek titans - though this is, to the fortune of his enemies, restricted by his stamina. It is in his Golem form that his power is nearly boundless, and as such, provides more strength behind the changes to his environment that he is capable of instilling. Those spires he could erect before become miniature mountains, and the defensive walls become sheer cliffs. These he can launch with such power that it can utterly shatter a person's body were they not the most enduring superhuman! However, as a golem, he lacks mobility. He can make huge, massive steps, but at a super slow pace. Everything about him is slower, but should he hit somebody, they're in for a world of hurt.

He has a unique ability he has recently been able to work out - regeneration. If he gets a cut, chops off his thumb, he can turn part of his body to stone - or his whole body, if he wishes - and manipulates stone to form to his original body, and revert his body back to normal, so that the stone thumb that replaced the prior one becomes a fleshy part of his body. Quite literally, he can make replacements. However, there is still the case of the utter soul-wrench pain that comes with dismemberment. Regeneration isn't an easy process when you're under such a large amount of pain and stress, and it is a somewhat slow process given how what stamina Abraham has left is being put into regrowing a limb whilst under agony - there needs to be stone around that he can take into his body and replace the limb. What'll be left is very obvious scarring (such as the scar on his thumb) that shows this, but the body part is otherwise fully functional. It is an ability that took a great amount of time to get working, and it takes a good deal of body memory, as well as contorting his limbs into different shapes. So these are not abilities he did little work to earn. He practiced extensively with his power to fully understand the ins and outs of it. After all, the power is a part of him now. And its each person's responsibility to explore themselves.

Skills: Abraham was provided many opportunities during his life, so as such, he was able to build up quite a set of skills. When it comes to athletics, he's in a niche of his own: He has taken martial arts - krav maga, an Israeli art. He had actually worked his way up pretty high, but due to abusing the teachings he had received there, he was refused any further services before he could become a black belt. That aside, the actual self-defense training has managed to stick with him to this day. He always did participate in sports like soccer, football, basketball, and basically anything that was competitive and could get his blood flowing. He was a gymnast for a short period of time, and ran track. In his spare time, when he was unable to participate in athletics, Abraham worked to gain a fair measure of musical talent and managed to carve himself a little place in stringed instruments: he's had lessons in guitar and transferred that over whilst learning the ukulele, and just a little practice on a friend's bass. Abe is incredibly practiced in his superhuman abilities, and knows how to implement them well - he derives a great deal of pride in learning how to utilize his abilities to their fullest extent. During his practice, he learned a few tricks that he keeps up his sleeves.

Equipment/Resources: He doesn't have much in the way of equipment. He foregoes the stigma of wearing tight costume and would rather ride the glory train in his own clothes. Hell, with such confidence in his own abilities, Abraham figures there's no need for toys to fight people with. Though in some cases, he does pack a big old duffelbag full of concrete bricks as a supplement, and perhaps to surprise his targets should he ever feel especially froggy that day. That said, he has his own resources. He can call up some pals from Boston who was part of the same fight club as he was for some favors, and he is the deranged son of a director for a multi-billion dollar company - so that ought to have some perks.

Weaknesses: Let's be real here: Abraham is a physical juggernaut locked down tighter than Alcatraz. If your aim is to dominate him via fisticuffs, you're gonna get wrecked. Though while his defense is awe-inspiring and his power terrifying, he operates rather simply. In a fight, he generally runs off of instinct and his training, and krav maga was made for street fighting. In more serious fights, he gets a form of tunnel vision that, while bad news for his target, makes him narrow-sighted and easy to predict. A clever opponent may outsmart him in a fight. Or perhaps your power is psychic in nature. In fights, his mind is a flurry. If a power allows someone to mess with his mind, he'll go nuts or shut down. He has very little defenses against mental attacks beyond his own conviction and - should he fall into it - being blinded by the seething rage that fuels him. It's a berserker mode that puts him in one train of thought, and while useful against mental attacks, everything around him is going to be messed way the hell up and he is going to feel like shit when he gets out of it.

Or perhaps this isn't a fight we are talking about. Maybe it's social interaction, or maybe a diplomatic mission. While charismatic in the sense he can play a fun guy very well and get people to like them, he isn't nice. As such, he doesn't like leading people. He is a piss poor leader because he doesn't really like people a whole lot. Maybe individual people, but as a group, Abe just doesn't like people. So he's a poor leader. And maybe if you catch him in a mood, he's poor at making friends. Or perhaps he's just judging you by the shoes you wear. Either way, he makes enemies easily, and has the audacity to not even consider them worthy of calling them an enemy. He's extremely arrogant that way. He'll blow a diplomatic mission if he feels he's been slighted and he isn't much of a tactician. He just has two gears - stop and go. That said, he can play the charm just right if he has the proper incentive. Just cross your fingers that he doesn't get offended. His brand of "justice" is a very controversial one, and while he can identify the difference in moral right and wrongs, his punishment is usually severe. Abraham sees it as justified.

Psychological Profile: Outwardly, Abraham is charming, forward, and proud. A peculiar mixture of relaxed and energetic are what makes up his disposition. He's talkative in the right crowd and has very many stories to share regarding his hijinks, adventures, and miss-happens he has experienced throughout the extent of his life. He is exceptionally charismatic in that he can put a smile on your face or instill a fear in your mind when he wants to. He knows how to sweet talk his way out of different situations. However, Abraham his also incredibly arrogant and borderline narcissistic. He is the type of person to view another as far beneath him and rarely sees another at his own level. This is a given, considering the fashion in which he was raised and expectations of others he has been accustomed to. He expects others to listen to him, do as he requests, or he sees it as some sort of challenge. He has a large presence and a forceful voice, coupled with charm, people tend to see him as a leader, and further, he isn't stingy. He can pay you back rather handsomely if you do him a favor or if you get on his good side. This being said, he isn't very frequently refused and so his ugly side isn't seen as often one might expect.

His allegiances often align with those that provide him the greatest benefit for himself, or is of greater influence than, say, a person with little control over the great machine. That said, he can be regarded as selfish, preferring to think of himself before others. This is obvious in politics. He doesn't consider himself a Republic or Democrat. Moral values don't mean terribly much to him. But being in the high upper class with his father, Abraham is more likely to vote for a candidate that benefits him. Those candidates, in result, usually tend to be that of the Republican party. He doesn't give a damn about religion, and immigration is a mixed bag, as it can prove both beneficial and detrimental to some aspects of economy; mostly good, so he doesn't really care about your ethnicity. Any other moral issue that the rest of the country struggles with doesn't bother him. He considers himself above another according to social hierarchy, so unless you have a lot of money, friends, and/or popularity, he'll probably overlook you much like a elephant that overlooks an ant.

Abraham isn't past manipulation or playing dirty - manipulation is one of mankind's greatest weapons ever constructed, after all - he'll use you to get what he wants if that's what it takes, and if you're no longer a useful tool, he'll likely drop all communication with you. However, this isn't a common occurrence. He already has so much after all, and any ulterior motives he might have could easily be payed off with a bribe or forced with intimidation. And he likes to play rough. Despite all these tendencies of indirect confrontation, he has few problems with getting the job done himself. After all, he is a born athlete. He's aggressive, competitive, and will do what it takes to win because losing isn't an option in his book. He goes by the nuclear effect: if insulted, attacked, or provoked in anyway, he will retaliate in turn with ten times the severity. This is one of the prime reasons nobody likes to mess with him, Abraham is far too much trouble than he is worth... the cost being an arm and a leg. He's always up for a fight and he isn't held back by any rules when he does.

The ladies are an entirely different story with him though - he is remarkably flirtatious. If you were a woman, and you express an interest in him, you will be assaulted with the most fervent case of wanton promiscuity your unsullied virginity (or otherwise) had ever endured. In any other case, his flirtatiousness spares not a single bosom as long as it meets Abraham's qualifications of attractiveness. This take no prisoners disposition also gives him a confident "bad boy" vibe that certain classes of women find irresistible in one's personality. Given his charming demeanor when around the ladies, he isn't very often refused. When he is, it's almost as if his eyes are trained on that one person. He loves what he can't have after all, and he takes almost a thrill in the "hunt". However, should the neglect continue, there's another side of him that can be seen: his reprehensible sexism. As if the objectification of women he appears to portray wasn't as strong an indicator, consistent refusal will prompt him to apply the label of "prude" to said female. Subtle hints of his sexism can be seen in casual conversations where he seems to imply some extent of inferiority, however, this aspect of his personality is only shown in very specific turns of the conversation.

Innately, Abraham holds much contempt for nearly everything. He doesn't care what the world wants, if it burns or if it strives. He cares solely for himself and, if possible, take out his rage on the environment around him. He has a lot of pent up rage and individuality. His rage doesn't necessarily stem from daddy issues, more from his lack of love for everything else. Of course, his relationship for his family is less than ideal, and he holds contempt for his father in many regards (though mingled in is some respect). These feelings are deep, deep inside him, and it is these feelings where he is able to harvest his ferocity in a fight. But on top of that are layers upon layers of a persona he has chosen to portray himself as. A mask that is so esoterically weaved and layered over these feelings, that he can hide it from even himself at times. It became a persona that he actually connects to and feel everything it is supposed to feel, and this persona runs so deep he may as well have created a new person.

Biography: Abraham was born to a very wealthy family with black father and white mother. His father is a director of an oil company, so that said, they were extremely well off. The mother left early on leaving not much of a mother figure to be around aside from the maids that were paid to service the family. Aside from that, there isn't much to be said about his early youth, especially since his powers had not yet developed. He was provided with an extensive education, regularly encouraged to do well in school so that he may excel much like his father, his father, which, never really had the time to behave as a proper parent to the boy, so he was mostly raised by weak-willed servants. This, predictably, can lead to some peculiar growing up patterns.

When Abe was five, he got a little brother. A half brother, in all honesty, but brothers nonetheless. They grew up together from then on. As soon as Abe was old enough to get into sports, he did, and he found it exhilarating. The adrenaline and competition meant everything to him - he wanted to win, to be the best, and feel magnificent while doing so, as though he were on top of the world. He didn't received much support from his father, who tended to just look at him and expected improvement the next time around - that's how economics worked, after all. Unfortunately, it was twisted into a vicious cycle and it eventually developed a sense of dominance in Abraham, that he had to be better, otherwise he wasn't good enough. Him and his brother, as they got older, always wrestled. He got into track, played on teams in sports, which was generally football, basketball, and soccer. Of course, some of these routines couldn't continue when it rained or if he got sick or even grounded. There wasn't many curricular activities he could do if those options weren't available. So when he was forced to stay home, he managed to pick up a different hobby: guitar lessons. It started simple at first, when he began to teach himself what each string sounded like. As he grew to like it, he was receiving lessons.

There's the natural progression of events that continued on - he likes sports and music, and was more or less a wealthy child that pursued the hobbies of generally of a class of lower citizens. His father wasn't fond of his son's aggressive temperament, and perhaps a top of the line martial arts instructor could help calm him down with some discipline while still giving him a hobby he'd like. It received these classes when he was fourteen, and at first, they didn't seem to do much good at keeping him down, but as time progressed, he seems better at keeping control of that temper. He was disciplined. However, when it came to sparring, he was ferocious and aggressive and sometimes had to be restrained. Perhaps other activities are necessary? Among the various solutions were, firstly, an outlet where he can learn to socialize properly with others. This is where he learned about his fondness with girls and how to be the charming devil he was always meant to be. And secondly, a way to expend his energy without directing it at another person. So for a very short period of time, Abe was a gymnast. While all the acrobatics were cool and fun, he figured he could learn that on his own without wearing an uncomfortably tight unitard.

His powers began to develop when he was 16. It was an incredibly scary experience for him, seeing how he reacted with stone and all that. He was a dirty little secret for a while before he could control it, and it was a secret that stayed strictly between father and son. Apparently, the father knew something of the meta humans, though didn't quite drop the bomb on him about it... and although surprised, he wasn't traumatically shocked by the knowledge of his son being one. It took a while, perhaps a week or two, of consistent tinkering to learn how to mess with the power, to at least keep it from activating by accident. Enough so that he can continue his regular life. He continued his active life as he would, but now with something else to practice on the sideline. He had a double life: a normal one, and then one as a meta-human, where he would practice his abilities when he wasn't doing anything else. And he soon began to realize that it was actually a pretty god damn awesome thing that he could do. Something that made him unique and set him apart! Something that could also be used to assert dominance. This pride and cocky attitude got a pretty secure hold on his life, his confidence affecting him in somewhat unpredictable ways. His sparring in martial arts was once again aggressive, and he got kicked out of the dojo when he was 17 for breaking the sternum of another student with a single punch, as well as knocking them ten feet back (it was at that point he learned how to solidify the bones in his arm for a more powerful blow). This of course pissed off his father.

Life drastically changed when Abe was 19, and they learned when a shooting occurred at a theater killed Abraham's brother and one of security guards that escorted him. His father drank, and Abe, well, essentially became the devil incarnate. He was consumed with rage; wrath and other deadly sins took over his life. He fell out of loop with his usual self. He spent his time in the bad part of town in an alley, unbeknownst to his father, learning how to use his ability, and then beating people with it. Of course, these people were thugs and other crooks of that nature, making Abe a guy that resembled something of a vigilante. When spending his time there, he also learned of those street fight circles you can win and get paid for, much like underground boxing. Naturally, Abe didn't care about the money out of it, it was an outlet for his aggression and anger and he took advantage of it. There being no rules, and ghettos not being a stranger to superhumans, he was allowed to use his power. They didn't quite expect Abe's power to basically be made for close fighting.

Shit hit the fan when Abe was doing one of his vigilante stunts and killed a man that was raping a young boy, and all of the commotion grabbed the attention of Abe's father, who was unaware of all of Abraham's delinquent behavior meanwhile, which caused him to pull Abe out of prison (he was 20 then), and give him the loudest lecture of a life time. This of course brought to much attention to the family on the press, and he sent his son away to live on his own for a while (with a fair amount of money to live on should he be out of work). A good place to go was the center of superhuman heroic activity, in Chicago. Abe went to live there, hoping maybe the League would help to temper his son's behavior, as well as discipline him so that he isn't so willing to resort to his abilities so easily. Though honestly, Abe earnestly disagrees, and believes that his power is a part of who he is and that he should embrace it, not hide it. That being said, he's still going around town performing vigilante work. Perhaps there might've been a decrease in criminal activity since he's been there, maybe a couple less cases. Maybe because there are scarier things in town than the League. Lately, though, he suspects the League might be on to him. They might not know him or have seen him, but he suspects they're beginning to better predict the patterns and trace him down. So partially to eliminate suspicion, he intends to join the league. "Partially?" You might ask. Yes, partially. Abe is also interested in glory-hounding. Remember? He's competitive.

The sheet is very very good but my only concerns are with powers. His first two abilities are pretty damn potent already, I'm not convinced the latter three could be included without making him overpowered, if he was just like an Earthbender from Avatar that wouldn't be a problem but as his abilities stand so far I'm pretty sure his is literally the most powerful person so far and as such I believe the last three abilities can be taken out or limited even more.

Also if he's going to turn into stone there should be weaknesses like perhaps extreme heat or water eroding his stone, things like that. As a Superhero RP there's going to be a lot of Physical confrontation so he can't literally be somebody nobody could physically challenge like the sheet says. Also since he's such a gifted athlete I suppose his gymnastic prowess bleeds over even when he's stone making him a lightning bruiser which considering his physical prowess already is problematic. I could buy him being more light and acrobatic out of stone but in stone he should more slow and lumbering to balance things out.

And he'd need some kind of reason to be associated with the League no matter how tenuous.

Other than that it is a fine sheet.

I understand the beef with the powers, I was kinda pushing my luck there. As for being slow and lumbering, that was something I had forgotten to add. He trades mobility for defense and power, and I can't believe that was something I forgot to add given how that is Abe's key Achilles' heel (which is important to note, since we have, what? Three speedsters?). And erosion is definitely a key factor, but I figured to myself that goes without saying - so I didn't think it was something particularly noteworthy to add on to the sheet. But given how anyone can interpret a character or power in different ways, yeah, I would assume it might be something worth mentioned. I apologize.

Fire itself probably wouldn't bother him in his stone form or golem form unless it was stuff that can melt down rock. Water would slow him down even further to a snails crawl, but if you push him in a river he'll sink like a rock. Or if it's shallow, stand there. He has enough weight where the current wouldn't realistically wash him away unless there was like high-power rapids down a mountain slope.

As for the different parts of the power, I am going to say that this isn't the first time I have used Abraham. But the petrification is an all new thing that I thought of and went, "huh, I wonder if I can get away with this". That is something I am utterly fine with having not be there. Anyways - the Golem form is never something that Abe would use lightly. In fact, in all the times I played Abe, it has been used twice. Once, where it turned out to be useless (the siren ending the match - it was one of those "now, to show you my ultimate technique!" siren rings, fight ends "God damn it" moments), and the second time where it was used against an entire horde of supervillains with a couple of teammates on his side (even still, Abe and friends nearly got their asses handed to them). Both times it took two-to-three posts for him to build up and actually get stuff done. I'm not bad, I promise. He Who Walks Behind can vouch for me, he's a buddy of mine (obligatory shout-out).

The history and the stroking of my own ego out of the way, going Golem is exhaustive. The petrification is even more exhaustive, and that's only when he goes Golem, and would probably be even rarer than actually going Golem (and it's a maneuver that happens at his touch, so only the most oblivious would probably be affected - at that point, he could probably just crush them with his fists [it's also a super slow-acting process and isn't very applicable to most if any fight scenes]). As for the regeneration, he isn't spared from any of the soul-wrenching pain that comes with dismemberment, and given how he has to use his power whilst under that great amount of pain and stress, it isn't a fast or easy process either. Again, I don't see it being applied very often. Maybe he gets shots in the arm, which he is going to recover from anyway in due time. I can't imagine dismemberment happening very often, unless we decide to plan that together. Most of the time, the random mutilation of characters happens in those super dark roleplays, and this doesn't seem to be one of them.

Abe's reason for joining the League is glory-hounding. Money, fame, things to make him feel like he is top dog. That sort of thing.

All of that said, I am willing to compromise should the explanations above not suffice enough. The initial intention was to touch upon everything "stone manipulation" and turning into stone would be able to cover, and I forgot to include some of the weaknesses and drawbacks and limitations that comes with it. To which I'm very sorry. :

It's fine we all miss things. Thank you for your explanations they alleviate my concerns for the sheets as long as it's made clear Golem and Regeneration are high-cost. If Petrification isn't going to be used much anyway, I'd rather it be discarded. I just want Golem to be on the same level as say Zaphkiel when in stone and now he sounds reasonable enough.

Just include all the weakness, drawbacks, and limitations discussed and we should be good to go.
