The weather showed to be a nice day in Aurora. Though it was slightly cloudy, the sun rays still showed producing a sunset glow. Things in Aurora sure were getting a hectic. Word had spread that the current ship that was flying in was carrying not only fresh 'heroes' but also, Dr. Jack Maverous. The scientist who had given everyone their powers. Maverous had never actually been to the facility of Aurora. He stuck to the labs at another discrete location performing the procedure on others that made them heroes. Many in Aurora finally had a chance to not only see what Maverous actually looked like but also thank him for what he has given them. Many 'heroes' had only ever seen Maverous wearing his 'procedure' mask.

Jack sat in the ship as it flew. He looked to see several other new heroes. Maverous had personally performed the procedure on every hero produced on the Maverous project. He looked the others and smirked. He wasn't sure how to talk to them if they decided to speak up. Jack wasn't very good at making friends due to his past but holding a conversation was something he was bound to have to do.

"Hell Yeah!" Shouted Ink, find hitting the table dining room. It was hard to imagine that this loud and proud girl had once been prone to fainting when she first arrived at Aurora. Today she was happy that she would finally meet the man that helped save her mother's life. Because Ink had agreed to be a test subject, her mother got money for the loss of house help and money to pay for the medical attention they needed. Both of them were in a better place simply because they were healthy, had a roof and food. This in turn made them happy.

Today she was ecstatic to meet the man she owed her thanks. Not to mention she'd be meeting new "heroes".

Iria was leaning against a wall. She wasn't highly excited about meeting the man who gave her control over water. She glared at the ground. She knew she was a fourth generation hero but due to something that happened during the experiment her memories of her whole life had disappeared. She kept her hands clenched just in case she tried to attack him because he was the biggest reason for her forgetting her past. She was a little happy about the new heroes though

Henko sat laying on the ground, with his cat rolling on the floor in front of him. He'd had this cat for years, it was a gift from his mother to keep him company while he stayed at the facility. He pet the cat as it rolled around and waited. He was told that the scientist who gave them their powers would be coming, which he would be thanking.

John sat in the ship, nervous and nauseous. His stomach felt empty, even though he'd eaten three muffins in the past hour. He looked over at the doctor and observed. This was the man who had given him his powers. Interesting. He seemed just like an ordinary scientist. Except for the highly intelligent gleam in his eye, he could have been just any run of the mill doctor. John sat back as the ship flew closer to his new home, at least his new home for the time being. He was still determined to find out what had happened to his parents and his stint with Aurora would hopefully help instead of heed him.

Maverous sighed as the ship came to a landing. The doors opened for Maverous and the new heroes to get off of the ship. Maverous breathed in heavy. "Well this is going to great." Maverous stood up and began to walk off of the ship. The change of lighting made him squint. He took off his glasses to clean them as he looked around. "So this is the facility. Ever actually thought I would come here." A line of security stopped the crowd from crowding the new people. "Hope I find a decent team. I have a rogue that needs to be delt with." He was guided through the crowd by another security officer who was in charge of showing Jack around.

Heneko got up when he saw the scientist get led around by a security. His cat followed behind him as he ran over to him. "Hey!" he shouted to him as he started catching up to him, hopng to catch his attention.

Ink was out they second the ship touched down. She quickly inspected all the newcomers as well as the man who had to be Maverous. She saw Heneko was already a step ahead of her and by the time she was out, a crowd had gathered that she had to push past. "Moooove! I have to thank him!"

John followed behind the other newbies as the ship opened up and they filed out. He could hear shouting on the other side and figured it was for the doctor. He wondered what the facility was like, and more importantly, what the people would be like.

Adam leaned against the wall with his arms crossed, a few feet away from the crowd, head facing the ship, scanning each person exiting. So many people were going insane for 'THE Jack Maverous' the head of Aurora, genius extraordinaire. Adam was there less out of a show of thanks, and more out of a curiosity. And this curiosity wasn't purely directed at Jack either, it was also directed towards the new faces, and the new talents that were being brought into the Aurora facility.

The first person to exit was, who he assumed to be Jack Maverous. He wasn't anything special, surprisingly. He appeared as most people would, squinting as he exited the ship. Even though Adam could feel by the way he carried himself that he wasn't run-of-the-mill he still felt quite normal. Adam squinted, trying to observe him the best he could from this distance. He lacked any sort of muscular build, and appeared as most scientists would. Though, I really shouldn't have expected something amazing. He creates people like us, not like he is one of us so called heroes, Adam thought to himself. He wasn't much of the calculative type, but Jack had certainly peeked his curiosity.

He continued looking at the newbie's walking out of the ship. There really wasn't anything remarkable about these guys, either. Jack had certainly done a good job at hiding any sort of modifications over the years. "Gah, way to wreck the fun of the guessing game," He said, as he walked back into the facility. He'd wanted to guess their powers, but as of late, his chances of guessing their powers were pretty much zero, he was a 3rd generation hero, and when he had joined Aurora, he'd been able to take guesses at almost anyone's abilities. He looked down at his black nails as he strode inside. Then again, I don't give away much either. He stopped walking as he realized he'd had no destination in mind. "Hmm... should I go train, or go to the gym?" he said, brow furrowed, scratching his head, as he pondered his choices.

Jack was prepared to enter the facility when he heard someone shout to him. He looked at the security officer. "Go ahead. I'll find my way around. I'll be around here for awhile talking to some of the heroes." Jack handed the security officer a USB and turned towards the person who called out to him. The security quickly went inside. Jack waved to the one he saw call out to him and made a gesture that he would wait for the person to catch up. "Well this is going to great. Three minutes and people already want to talk to me. I really hope I can hold a conversation."

Ink finally shoved her way past the crowd hopping the fence that separated her from the doctor. She jogged up to Jack excitedly. "Holy crap. Just, holy crap. You're him! But you're so young! I thought you'd be much older. Well not MUCH, just not so young." She was beginning to ramble before she caught herself.. "It's just so awesome to finally get a chance to meet you! I just have to say thank you."

Iria glared at the doctor. She wasn't angry at him with making her into a hero. She was angry at him for somehow making her forget her past.

Lisianthus looked up from the spot on the ground she chose, seeing that Jack Maverous and a couple of newbies were with him here at Aurora. The very same man that gave her the abilities she has now, in order to get some extra money she needed, and the same man responsible for the voices she hears in her head. 'Four years ago I came to this man...and now here I am.'

'Why don't you kill the man that did this to you? It was his fault that you turned out this way...'

Sia closed her eyes and gritted her teeth, placing a hand on her head. "N-Not again...s-shut up..." This was a usual problem for Sia, the voices in her head would always try to have her kill others and putting people in harm's way. Not caring what would happen to those people, since they were just insects in her way. As well trying to make the girl picture how much destruction she could cause with her ability to manipulate the shadows. She started breathing in and out as a way to help try to ignore these evil voices...

Jack stopped as Ink approached her. He listened as she rambled on. "Well I'm glad that you decided to thank me but its not needed. Many people would match rather shoot me for the project. It's nice to know I have your support in all of this though. It lets me know that not everyone hates me." Jack said in a calm tone. He knew there were people who had defect from the project and blamed him for it completely.
