Yeah, but we've been having issues with lag getting entirely rid of people's inventories because it all got blipped out of existence. At least, I'm pretty sure that's the case. It's your call.

Your still at an disadvantage if you die,since you lose your place where you were.

Well keep inventory won't so anything about that. All it does is keep your stuff when you die. I had no idea peoples entire inventories are disappearing.

Actually it would. When die due to lag,the lag despawns the items,right? Keep inventory should let them keep their stuff and not let the stuff despawn

I could get deathchests then. I thought he meant they just disappeared from their inventories. But I want to wait and hear what everyone else wants.

I don't know, I feel like the addons have added a lot and it's nice to have some perks...And I do feel for people who lost stuff to lag. I lost all my best stuff to it once.

But idk about never losing anything when you die. I think the threat of losing it in lava or in some unknown place is part of the adrenaline rush in the game, as much as it pains me. Lag is a different story, but this might be a bridge too far in response to that.

Giygas, if people asking for reimbursed items when lag kills them is a hassle for you, then I say let's do it. Otherwise I think it's too much.

except that time I lost my silk touch pick, I always /f home to get my new one and return it when I come across valuables, never dealing with that shit again

yeah if you have a little bit of armor you have time to type /home. I almost always typo it first, too.

I've lost things due to lag. rip bow.

keep inventory would be fine. its not particularly God mode as you can still die. you just keep your stuff.

if anything though. /back should be. Command if its not one already. that'd be good.

Yeah, fuck keepinventory. Even the death chests thing is lame, because there's no risk of losing your items.

Risk of loss is all part of survival mode. If you want to play without any risk, go play creative.
