*Season Information TBA*
Within an alternate dimension parallel to the one we know, there exists an alternate Earth very similar to our own with a uniquely distinct difference: it is inhabited by numerous superpowered individuals - a planet absolutely brimming with both superheroes and super villains alike. And at the very heart of it all is a massive megalopolis called Utopia City that serves as the headquarters for the majority of this Earth's heroes and villains. Here in Utopia City, nearly each and every day is a battle between the forces of good and evil. The normal, non-powered citizens of this city have adapted to their environment and have learned to rely on their heroes often even when it comes to the most mundane of tasks. Due to the large population of supers residing within Utopia City, the city's government has established a law requiring that all superheroes must obtain an official license in order to continue their superhero lifestyles. Most superheroes comply while others turn to villainy instead. The superheroes that exist now in Utopia City work hard every day to keep the world a safe place for the non-powered humans.
However, some superheroes don't find the need to work as hard as others. Enter S.U.P.E.D.: the Super Union of Powerful Earth Defenders. This peculiar team of superheroes is officially recognized as the strongest heroes alive today. In those tasks and challenges where other heroes have failed, S.U.P.E.D. succeeds with flying colors. Even against the strongest of super villains so far, given enough time, S.U.P.E.D. has managed to defeat them. They truly are Earth's most powerful defenders. However, there's one glaring issue regarding the members of S.U.P.E.D.: they aren't exactly role models when it comes to being heroes. When the world needs help from S.U.P.E.D., its members need to be appropriately compensated for their work and this usually comes in the form of large sums of money. Despite their "superhero" statuses, the members of S.U.P.E.D. are mostly in it for themselves and their needs above all else. They may not be the bad guys but they sure are a bunch of assholes, at least that's how most normal people and other superheroes view them.
But while S.U.P.E.D. is loathed, their reputation for getting the job done is unrivaled by any other individual hero or team. Time and time again, S.U.P.E.D. has proven itself capable of accomplishing the "impossible" - a term used by superheroes who are consequently not members of S.U.P.E.D. But as time goes on, super villains seem to get increasingly more powerful and difficult to deal with. How will the world fare when, one day, a threat arrives that will prove to be too much, even for the members of S.U.P.E.D.? For now, at least the world can rest easy knowing S.U.P.E.D. is there to defend it (for the right price anyways).
