@Tanderbolt: You can be the group's A&R manager. Sung-min Choi could have worked with one, or multiple group members before Amenity Entertainment picked them up. He'd protect the group's interests and insure AM Entertainment doesn't take advantage of them. Perhaps that's how he landed a job with AM.
