My idea was that the tenets of Apartment building 128 were different from others. Doors opening in the middle of the night with no one there, strange people coming in and out of the main office. Something was going on and you knew it but what were you going to do the world was hard to live by you were happy to get a place here. It's a lot better than some roach infested motel.

We would be playing tenets to the building who are strange. You want to know what the office manager is doing but do they really want to find out?

Thinking of making it 5-8 people so characters don't get hectic and beyond my ability to list.
