Either way, that would make them really crazy powerful. Like, really crazy powerful. Like Quicksilver from Days of Future Past powerful. As in he could pretty much kill anyone any time he wanted. The only reason he wasn't a major character was because of his whimsy :|

The character in question can sprint 200 mph and use burst jets to reach a little past mach 1 in a straight line, so it's not quite quicksilver levels.

Regardless, he's still probably a low level high tier because of that immense perception rate.

I could drop it to like 35 times that way it would be to where he could just reat well enough to use the mach speed

The only reason you would have to drop it would be to fight lower level opponents.

Overlord was away from the tree, and Arthur was looking towards the tree. I assumed that Arthur was between Overlord and the tree, that's why i stated that he came up from behind Arthur.

Because Arthur turning his attention away from Overlord would turn his attention towards the tree and doing almost a complete 180.

I'll have a post up in a bit.

In my head, he was never between anyone and the tree. He would have been able to see Overlord in his peripheral vision (as indicated by the fact that he saw Overlord kill the mage, then immediately after fired a bolt at Drall behind the tree without any significant change of orientation).

But meh. You wouldn't be the first in this fight to take advantage of a temporal flux... And I know that wasn't your intention so you're good.
