Speaking of drugs, I had a small party in my dorm with 3 people I just met like that day and I got offered a brownie lol. Like the "potent" kind.

I never got on with brownies. Too much of a smack in the chops, not enough happy giggly times.

I recommend if you ever get passed one of those nice old green cigarettes, you put "UK BN advert owl" into youtube. I won't embed it here because frankly, you shouldn't see it sober first time if you don't have to. The others: crack on. xD

ADVICE: Sweet jesus make sure you don't do it on an empty stomach. You can and will pass out. I've done it and managed to keep it together to get that "Everything is so intense in the best possible way and the world's amazing" sensation. My flatmate managed to do it so he passed out when he stood up and smacked his head off the kitchen counter. I then personally supervised him for the 24 hours like you're supposed to with suspected concussions - two days before my exam.

James probably wouldn't be able to, if he's studying medicine at a junior level (it depends how far into his seven-year course, I suppose) and not pharmacology. Certainly those people in my age-group doing medicine study the biology of the medical process and clinical procedures and wouldn't have a chance at diagnosing drug usage from symptoms alone.

INCIDENTALLY (jesus, this post goes on and on), how old are all the characters? At least, roughly? It'll affect the interaction between them (of course), and, apart from assuming James is early twenties and Henry is late forties, I have no idea how old the group is. Benji is late twenties. :)

James is 21. And jesus Jig, I turned them down lol. I've never liked the whole weed stuff or anything affecting the mind. I like to keep a clear head...

@Biggie: I'm going to agree with Jig on the fact that James probably wouldn't be able to decipher that they've been drugged, much less what kind of drug has been used (and I didn't really have any specific ones to go on, I just put down the effect I wanted them to have LOL). Besides, James couldn't have known how much alcohol the three victims had consumed before entering the ballroom, so for all he knows they could have just thrown all caution to the wind and knocked back some serious damage prior. As for Henry, he might be able to try and pick out what the drug was, but he's probably all too happy to just go with the ride.

Henry sounds like he's been having the tramadol I was given in hospital. I once found some tramadol in an ex-colleague's desk that I was clearing out and obviously kept it for special occasions. It was fun at work. In hospital, the same made me feel like a puppet with my strings cut.

Pro-tip: if you ever are in a traffic accident, and you're offered morphine or (laughing)gas&air (also known as Entonox), go for the latter and make the most of the experience. Trust me.

I'd say the best part of half an hour. Five-ten minutes to get there, five-ten to natter with Nathalie and five-ten to get back.

Henry is 42. Also, in general even when people seem a little off, most people's first assumption is rarely "It's got to be drugs" Especially since all he's really done is jump off a stage and dance his ass off!
