So much evil was wrought onto Middle Earth. So much peril. Gods save us.
It has been 300 years since the last time any sort of civilized city or village existed. The land is over run with Orcs and Uruk-Hai run constantly patrol the roads. Civilizations have gone into hiding, retreating to the deepest recesses of the land. Shelters that once homed Orcs, have been suited for humans. Caves have become favored homes to the homes. Dwarves run from their mountains. Elves affinity with the forests are almost a thing of the past. The only small reprieve being that the darkness has fallen silent. Like it has paused or retreated. Rumor on the wind is, that the rings have been lost, scattered across the land.
The goodly races not wanting to waste what appears to be an opportunity call a summit. You have been chosen by your people to attend.
The premise is going to be an almost post apocalyptic/salvation or destruction of Middle Earth. The rings causing so much havoc and chaos for so long have really destroyed or abandoned much of Middle Earth.

This RP is taking place in Tolkiens' world, so I want to assimilate to that. Races can be human, elf, dwarf, hobbit and half-breeds with my approval. I would really like some variety. I.E. not everyone has to be like Legolas, and I truly hope that they won't.
