I will admit, some are more difficult to defeat than others, but the weaker ones still have some mean tricks up their sleeves.

Hey, don't forget about me. Though i suppose if 3 people is the absolute maximum i'll give you precedence, drillinix, as you got here first.
Until we get an answer to that, i too will vote for Diabolus.

I don't feel comfortable with the power levels required to defeat a behemoth impervious to artilery fire, so i'll vote for Asmodeus instead of Diabolus.

I was gonna have Beelzebub as second choice, but i can agree with Asmodeus too.

Unfortunately, the character I have in mind could probably go toe to toe with all of them except Diabolus on his own... The Demons I envisioned him fighting when I created him were 10-50 tonners with anywhere from human to mach speed.

The Mage one would probably be the best match for multiple opponents, especially if it took place on a fresh battlefield. The others seem too specialized to center a multiple participant attack around. They'd likely end up engaging one at a time because they wouldn't last long otherwise. With her ranged abilities, the Mage could feasibly hold of multiple attackers better than the others.

Schradinger has a point, all the demons are weaker than i would have expected. Even Diabolus, if our characters have the right move set to exploit his weaknesses.
I'll have to use a different character than originally planned, but i can cope if you guys can.

On a different point, Adramalech's stats kinda confuse me. How come he has 25 tons of grip strength and 50 tons of swing force, but only 600 lbs of lifting strength? It's the same muscles that attribute to all three of those.

I have returned from the long weekend. You have all brought up some interesting points. I may need to add a few things to their stats to make them more powerful, or at least able to handle multiple attacks a bit better. As for Adramalech, I may need to tweak his stats. I think I added the lift strength before I started doing the math to calculate his attack power.

And just to be clear, my demon hunter would be outmatched against those 10-50 tonners and would have to rely on skill, cunning, speed, and agility, along with his powers to defeat them. So he's not a character who can outright rival 10-50 tonners, just one that can beat them with intelligence and preparation.

If need be, I could add more than one Demon into the fight, if you want to use the character you had in mind originally and want that extra challenge. I can bend my own rules for that.

I'll get to reworking his abilities and post him here (probably tomorrow), and you can look him over and see where he's at for yourself.

Alright, I was able to get him edited tonight (mostly). There was another ability I was going to include, but I then realized that it would be roughly the equivalent of 50 tons of TNT exploding... Just a wee bit overpowered for this fight, so I left it out. Not sure how the rest of his abilities stack up, as while his max hitting power is effectively unlimited, he has to spend time to build up energy for anything beyond 10x normal striking power (and I'm not even sure how much power that is, given his one-ton lifting strength).

Wait, you say he casts a spell on a trap disk to activate it, but the only thing he could cast on it is essence binding. Or did i miss something?

Now, he's still not all that much weaker than the demons, it seems. He either needs to be further nerfed or the demons must be buffed. I'd vote for the second option.

Yeah. That other power I mentioned would be the second trappable power. Though he could feasible charge a trap with essence transfer then throw it at something, and when it hit all the energy would be shoved into the target and feel a bit like a freight train. Or if he placed it on the ground and they stepped on it hilarity would ensue. Lol.

And I vote for buffing as well.

Yeah. Using a character clad in tank armor and shouldering a naval cannon is the absolute max i preffer, but Diabolus, whom you even want to buff, can take a dozen of artillery shells without flinching and obliterate a city block in a couple of swings. Way out of my league.

Diabolus is not intended to be attacked directly though, and our characters aren't city blocks. It's like a Shadow of the Colossus battle, his great strength is offset by being cumbersome. He can be defeated by characters of the same power level as required for the other demons, as long as the characters are suitable.

Edit: I suppose we just gotta experiment around. I've got characters suited for this power level and for a higher one, so in the end it's up to Laios.
