Rolling Networking Autonomist to get in touch with Van Gogt:

http://orokos.com/roll/219294#

I rolled a 37, which is a failure by 2 points, unless GM decides modifiers are the case.

Also this is the first time a play PbP, so I hope I am doing things right.

One thing I like to do is to use BBcode to have it directly in your post like this: 1d100 37

Ok I'll try now.

How my arrival on Locus plays out depends on the response I might or might not get from Von Gogt. If she ansers yes I'll be resleeving at ther facilities, otherwise I would contact the Professor Ming and ask him to indicate a safe receiver.

At any rate, I'd be looking for my usual Swarmanoid morph, and here are the integration and alienation rolls.

Integration test: SOM25*3 + 20 from Adaptability + 30 familiar morph.
Negatives, can you please rule which should apply?
Synth Morph -10 even if I always sleeve in synths?
Fork -20 even if it's an Alpha fork and at this point my character has completely lost track of who is the original around. We are all forks all the time.
Exotic -30 even if it is my usual fork?

at any rate, the rolls:

Integration Test SOM*3+20 trait = 95: 1d100 91
Alienation Test: 1d100 76

I'll pass the -10 for synths and -20 as your character is already a bit fucked up by forking (Assuming that's why you took mental illness)
The -30 still remains since its so different from a human body.

If I cound correctly, you roll against 125-30 (75+20+30) so 95, so normal sucess: -10 for a day.

I'll allow resleeving at Von Gogt. No problem with that.

Ok thanks. And yes both mental illnesses are related to excessive forking and re-sleeving. Basically we don't even know who the original is any more and we don't care either. As long as one copy of us lives on the others are happy to die in a fire (Phoenix trait). Although, if we found out that a copy us was held captive in an accelerated time torture simulspace we'd probably go completely mad and do everything we possibly could to free that copy. But we don't know that since it never happened to us.

Cheers,

Mefis.
