Today I found out I have NCD. Nickel Contact Dermatitis.
Which means I am allergic to coins.

I think I had an allergic reaction to nickel once.

But that was only after wearing a necklace with nickel in it, though. So it would make sense that my skin would get irritated after rubbing up against it all day.

I can't recall dying after touching a coin, though. Just try not to fondle the things excessively and I don't think you'll notice.

Yeah, the rash and rings only appear if I have held the coin for a certain amount of time. If I just pick it up and set it down, it won't do much.
At least I am not like some of the unfortunate people out there with NCD. I've heard some have had asthma attacks or lung problems when coming into contact with a coin.
