Powers:
-Able to summon land animals to his aid, although he doesn't do it often as he feels it's intrusive on their lives.
-He has two Familiars, that he regularly calls upon, both are dogs, ones name is Sniffer, a tracker that can use any item to track the opponent. The other is Rasubosu, Final boss. The fighting dog of the two.
Weaknesses:
-He loves his two familiars, and will protect them no matter the cost.

Personality: An entertainer, he uses a silk smooth voice to tell jokes and entertain crowds. Incredibly hard to get on his bad side, he's very understanding of all opinions and tries to walk a mile in somebodies shoes before he judges them.
History: Clarence was born to a very normal family, they lived in a drab two story house. His father, a desk jockey for the police, always with extra paperwork. His mother was the stay at home type, having inherited money from her deceased parents. Even as a stay at home mom, she was never very involved with little Clarence, instead she attended book clubs, and talked on the phone. Leaving the boy to watch movies and do chores. One day, while cleaning his room he thought back to a movie he had just seen the day before, where some yucky princess summoned forest animals to help with the cleaning. Oh how he wished and wished he could do that, control nature to do his bidding. suddenly his door opened, and the family dog came in, and went to work folding blankets and making his bed with it's mouth. Birds tapped on the window and he let them in, they picked toys up in their beaks, and placed them in their respective toy boxes. As quickly as it happened, it was over. Leaving our small friend Clarence in awe.
It was only a matter of time before the secret got out and it put him directly in danger, he conversed with animals constantly, learning the language of dog and being able to understand most of the animal languages. Home was a terrible place, his shallow mother couldn't stand to have her baby be different and fell to the drink, making Clarence stop by the Police station everyday after school instead of facing his mother wrath. Suddenly, with both his parents dead (To be told in Rp if allowed) he was thrust into the life of an orphan, but with powers such as his, he was no ordinary orphan, instead he was picked up by Dinah Lance, Black Canary as a secret protege. He excelled under her tutelage, learning combat skills and survival skills faster then normal. Then he was given to his guardian up until now: Beastmaster an adult who had the same skills as Clarence, except he used the animals he controlled as devices, only weapons. He constantly looked for friendship and found it in two dogs, which he appropiately name Sniffer, and Rasubosu. He speaks directly to them most of the time, and he uses their minds to help form strategies.

Appearance: Approximately 6 foot 2 and 195 pounds, Clarence is one of the taller people at the high school, He has short, soft brown hair that he pushes up and off to the left, he has a soft face, and his build is athletic. His skin tone is a peach white and constant throughout his body, although he is a little bit tanner in some places then others. His eyes are normally Royal blue, but change to a Forest green whenever he is using his control over animals. His outfit when fighting crime as Dirge is as follows: Loose black fatigue pants (Think army pants) Tucked into boots, a Dark dark blue, almost black hoodie with a flak jacket over it, his pants and flak jacket have pouches that are filled with equipment. He wears a domino mask that has a black outline and white eyes, When crimefighting he gels his air straight down and disguises his voice from a smooth radio voice, to a gravelly voice.
