I did enjoy it, but really I don't think anyone sustained injuries other than Bridgett from the falling rocks and Gren taking a few chinks to his armor from its gunfire. GBAK/BKGA didn't really allow the mech to damage any of its members heavily. Sustaining heavy damage = More dramatic actionPlus, after a while the adrenaline wears off and you kind of want to move on and develop your character more, y'know?

That's Trico's fault for letting scrubby Beowolves take her down. GBAK/BKGA took down an entire hulking mech with its members relatively intact, though I'm curious to see how Laura, Auriel, and Emlyn will do against the Datura Treant o3o

Thing was with the mecha, it was a huge target, not very mobile, and had limited weaponry. By keeping its attention constantly engaged and disarming it, we kept it from singling out and obliterating a target. A big Grimm is more likely to move around constantly, to be unpredictable, and generally more versatile.So the mecha, while deadly and hard to damage effectively, wasn't hard to take down once we had a strategy going. This was almost exactly the case in the series when team RWBY took on Roman in the huge mech suit.

Well, unlike everyone else, I like to keep my characters balanced. Plus, the mech may be strong, but its a many vs one situation, while as Trico had the opposite. So unless you spawn omniscience then there will be times when you can't keep an eye on everything at the same time.

It's cool. But I have always been one for causing harm to my characters, and then either graphically or not so graphically describing the harm.

I typically enjoy mentally unstable or psychologically damaged characters.
