It had been a long time since Gwen had experienced so much happiness in such a small area. The fiery red head had just watched her best friend get proposed to and her fiancé he connect with his little sister he hadn’t seen in years. According to Michelle, back when her obsession with the band Lords of Captivating Hearts was at its worst used to go on and on about how horrible Jack’s ex was by keeping him from his sister and using him for publicity. Now the nine year old girl wasn’t just brought back into Jack’s life but Michelle adopted her, fulfilling her dream of becoming a mother… something she never thought she would do.
“Come on in, we’ll discuss everything here at the dining table.” Gwen said gesturing towards the table as the wedding planner followed her inside in awe of the impressive large house.
“The house it a lot bigger than the magazines make it out to be in the magazines,” The designer said stumbling over her words as she followed the redhead into the house. The little brunette lady began to lay her piles of papers and books onto the table top of the dining room still in shock of the side of the inside of the house. “Anyway, I know you’ve got a lot to think about but here is a list of caterers I’d suggest along with cake designers.”
Gwen laughed as she took a seat at the table and grabbed the flowers books, “Actually my father runs a restaurant and wishes to provide the catering and wedding cake for us. But I will be looking for flowers and a dress as well as the other designs.”
“Oh okay!” The woman said in a chirpy tone as they began to look through books and books of designs for a wedding. It wasn’t long before Gwen had her dress picked out but the caramel eye colored red head had her hands in her hair as the lady went into way too much detail about flowers, the design of the place, where they should do it, who should hire, who should play at it and on and on she went. How much went into planning and wedding, she needed help! She mentally screamed out for Jack to help her, she needed her fiancé for the rest of this!
Michelle had just been proposed to by her boyfriend Robert Gaffinger and she couldn’t imagine her life without him. And the fact that the twenty four year old just adopted a nine year old girl who was Jack’s little sister he hadn’t seen in years and since her best friend was engaged in him and she was engaged to his best friend, he was going to see a lot of his sister, even though she was legally his. A smile moved across her face as she and Robert entered their house with her daughter and the soon to be his daughter as they went into a suppurate room that had the detailed plans for Michelle and Robert’s dream house they were building near Gwen and Jack’s house. Sadly she had revealed that she would not be able to bare any children for Robert but he didn’t care, he still wanted to be with her and that meant the world to her.
“So we’ll have the horse stables here.” Michelle was showing Amanda the plans for the house. “I’m sure we’ll get you your own soon. I don’t think Robert will let you grow up without your own horse.” She said glancing up at her fiancé with a wink before she looked back at the plans. “It will be a seven bedroom house, a video game room, a library, four bedrooms and a gym. You will have your own bathroom and so will your…” She stopped, looking up at Robert, a twinkle was in her blue eyes that she thought she never would have, “father and I’s bedroom will have one as well.” Her attention moved back to the plans with an irremovable grin. “two guest bathrooms, a large living room, a huge kitchen where I’ll teach you how to cook many many good foods and fattening goodies, and a family dining room. You’re going to love it. I can’t wait to get this built.”
