The OOC has the majority of the information you need, and this thread will mainly serve to attract any people who may be interested. But if you want a quick summary, it's going to be a fairly sandboxxy roleplay at a summer camp right on a beach. I do in fact have a few plot ideas brewing as well, but none of them are concrete for now.
