All right, Jedly's out. Apparently he doesn't have time for us anymore, since he'd busy posting in other RPs.

To anyone who's left: Think we can push though this? A timeskip might be in order, unless someone wants to take over Jedly's character. Otherwise, we could reboot the whole thing.

I still want this. I can actually request a few members from another site of mine to come join if they want, considering there's an SAO RP that'll be starting up over there (nowhere near as good as this, though). I think we can pull it off. Since the GM wasn't very active I think we kinda just went freeform anyway and it turned out pretty good. Timeskip is a great idea (can't believe that's an actual term!). If you want, I can kick off a scenario or somethin'.

I'm cool with time-skip. Just not too far. We're on 39, so something like floor 42. Maybe those three floors took us a lot longer than the previous ones combined.

Do we have at least 4 people (including me)?

I believe so. Even so, we can still go with 3-4 people. Oh and btw how far ahead should I skip time-wise? Two weeks? A month? Half a year?

Go for it, mate. The GM ain't around so I suppose this is GM-free unless someone wants to step up to the job. Then again, there wasn't much of a GM to begin with. It's more of a democracy XD

Just gonna say that the highest level character is in the mid 40's in this RP, and I'm not sure about him being level 51. That aside, I don't mind your character, though considering nobody can officially approve it then you can basically just go with it.

I apologize for the delay, I have been a tad busy, I would like to speak about the supposed level issue. A few things I would like to mention on the matter: If the party is currently averaged in the 40's, but there is a few-floor timeskip coming up, then his being 51 would be no issue in the matter. In SAO they make it very clear that several levels can be gained in just a few floors if a person is active and works on all fronts(EXP kills, skill leveling, and hard work) to raise their level. My character is that type of player, he work day-in and day-out to train his skills, get kills, and raise his combat level.

I suppose. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone else's levels grew, too. We'll all need to make sure to state our new levels on our timeskip posts.

Also, how long is the timeskip gonna be?

Let's see, if I recall properly, the Canon's events during the Manga and Anime from Floor: 1-70 were described as a two year period, I may be slight off but I do recall it being a year to 2 years, at least and at most.

So, a few floors could be anything from a few weeks to a few months, depending on how difficult we want to make them.

I think having a certain floor (like, 42 for example) get us stuck for 3 months could make an interesting plot element. The players were missing something important, and our characters band together to do a special mission that gets it done. Also I dont want to get to the lvl 50s already (it feels too early to be halfway through the level system already). I think mid 40s is still good.

I was gonna go with 42 also, and was thinking the last few levels were exceptionally difficult (with the whole 42nd floor being a major 2 month setback). Getting to floor 50 by now would feel too quick, and it might help to try and re-align with canon in terms of floor clearing.

My post'll probably be up tomorrow. Too tired now.

Well, I had hoped someone would have posted the Timeskip by now, but I guess not. I can only give this so much of my attention, I will hope within the next three days it sees activity, if not I am moving on from it.
