Within 2 weeks of moving to college, i was running around campus in full ninja gear, terrorizing dorms and public domains with people who would be my friends for years to come. :)

Somehow I doubt that'll be happening here, but I can hope and pray I'll get to be a pirate in more ways than just torrenting and drinking rum.

I never forget keys, but I totally will forget my electronic ID card at some point. And I need that for freaking everything, even to take a library book out or get a drink at the union. Ugh.

I miss female company. Not even particularly in the "obvious" way, but just because most of my closest friends were girls back home. And Imperial, being a top-end purely-STEM-subject uni, has a ridiculous male:female ratio. Ugh. Why.

Nope. Edinburgh was my insurance. I got the grades for Imperial, miraculously, so here I am. :3

It was really really bad.

Please don't remind me. X_X nah, I mean, there's plenty of people here who know how to purty hurd, like anywhere, but it's quite polarised - either you're part of that cohort or you're really tame, there doesn't seem to be much of a middle ground.

Don't lie, I've been there. I know what it's like!

You've been to clubs before, and have had sociable friends and know how to speak small chat, that makes you to the coolest person there.

You can't possibly embarrass yourself there.

You're a walking god to them.

I mean, besides the professors.

God they suck up to the profs there.

Did you know x father owns a yacht?

But no hey enjoy your time there, do good and you'll come out with a sling shot more opportunity than us peasant students. <3
