Can another RM take us out of Elasa, or does SOMEONE have to die?
I think an RM would, yeah. Elasa designates a point in the world and says "deathmatch, motherfuckers." An RM would remove the combatants from Gaia's reality, so Elasa wouldn't be able to effect those in it. If you mean Berserker's Rome thing in particular, then I'm not so sure, because that's stated to be a Marble Phantasm, not a Reality Marble. Even if a MP lets you warp reality, you'd still technically be inside Elasa, whereas a RM would shifts you into another world entirely.
Like I said, Damien+Caster could wreck Elasa, if y'all want to go that route.

I should point out, the Twins aren't allowed to actually defeat you, Alumni can't fight first years to the death its forbidden.
As Gabby and Ella are powerful shamans they should have some resistance to spiritual/ghost attacks, would that factor into Elasa?

Probably, but these would still be spirits summoned by an NP, so I don't know how much that resistance would matter.

Oh its started! I completely zoned with Korra coming back so suddenly.
And I wanted to move the fight away to have William and Nicola vs the Twins, siblings vs siblings and since this attack on Nicola was meant to be an insult to house Hel, but I can see you guys are really itching for the kill and I would hate to take that from you, but we should be moving on to more first year fights between our other characters.
And they expected some Rhea students to take over the fight for them.
