Organized crime/Mobster theme???

Just curious how many people would be interested in doing an RP about organized crime. Something in the 1920s during prohibition. I suppose a good example would be the show Boardwalk Empires (sort of my inspiration xD). I would like people to play both sides. Good, bad, in between. Everything.

Sounds interesting. I'm very tempted to join.

This Is awesome. I love the response I'm getting. We should start brainstorming on a plot. Once we have a good enough starting plot, I'll put it up.

We are part of different gangs old gangs and meet eachother in a raid thing and slowly uncover a conspiracy between one of the new gangs and the FBI working together to destroy our gangs and put the new gang in power.

That could be quite interesting.....

Perhaps the FBI is in alliance with the older gang(s). It seems more likely that the older one(s) would be able to pay off the FBI and would have had more time to form an alliance and almost a friendship with the leaders of the older gang(s). But I definitely like the idea of corruption in the FBI. It certainly would make for a much more interesting story.

I was thinking the new gang with the FBI because they are more willing to do things with the FBI to get power whereas the old gangs are already established.

That would make sense. Or perhaps the FBI start their own "gang" to make deals with the older one and find out who all is involved so that they can bust them.

Hmmmm, all credible options.

Well, I'll come up with a starting story and then we can do CSs.

Oh my god! One of the characters could be a newbie FBI agent in one of the old gangs who doesn't know about the high level conspiracy and when he/she finds out he/she will work with the other characters to stop the new gang.
