For an incubus, the eye thing does make sense lore wise. However, in a player controlled environment, an arena sense, it's a bit at odds with everything. Some chickie fighting for her life, glory, and riches beyond belief, probably won't just stop and go "Hmm. That dude's got some killer eyes, Imma go bang." Frankly, a drill penis would be much more useful combat wise, and then LeeRoy has nothing to say about the whole emotion forcing thing.

By champion athletes do you mean boxing or weight lifting? Because that's two totally different veins of strength, though both of which would barely put you into Tier 2.

20x the running speed of a normal human is only 160mph. Again, within the range of Tier 2.

So combine all these abilities with this character and I see this as an upper middle Tier 2 character.

I say that, cause you forgot to give him a tier, or accurate numerical values.

If this is how able he is, I think he'd be acceptable.

He seems like he should be in tier 3 to me, given that he's just under the max in literally every single rating (except skill, where he may very well exceed the max with his ability to strike with melee attack and perform acrobatic feat, heavily implying that he knows them all and can perform them correctly).

Well, that's just not really true, is it, really.

He's actually quite a bit under the durability and speed checks, and his skill is only comparable to a human in every feat he can partake in. (The fact that the skills are more effective due to his superhuman attributes doesn't change his ability to carry out actions any human can do with some practice.)

Hell, I didn't even make him a superhuman sword-fighter, which would be stupid, because everything in Arena is down to my actions anyway, and I know I'm no brilliant sword master.

So yeah, he can deliver the strikes I decide with brilliant (for a human) poise and precision, but considering that's only considered a T0 skill in this system, you're just blatantly wrong eh. Except for the strength check, which I only specified as being able to lift a man (with some effort) with one arm. I would only put his max lift at roughly 800kg.

He's an upper end Tier 2, but still a Tier 2. He's well within the realm of possibilities and I'd say he's accepted.

I would assume he means wrestlers, as that's the example he gives to help quantify the strength.

I was also under the impression that the limit for tier 2 speed was 80mph.

Oops, mighta fucked that sentence up. Yeah, that's a tier 3 then. At nearly twice the speed of a Tier 2.

If he says that all that's accurate, and marks him down as a Tier 3, I'd say he's acceptable.

Just to clarify, the ability to perform any action a human being can perform isn't a tier 0 feat. Not even close (unless LeeRoy decides otherwise, that is). There are all kinds of humans that can do incredible things that I could never hope to mimic, and yet I'm just as human as they are. Could I deliver a punch with good poise and precision? Sure, but without training and the knowledge of how to properly apply that in a fight, it won't do me any good. Can I move my limbs in the manner required for good grappling skills? Most of the time, yes. But I still can't manage it in a fight until I learn how and practice a ton. Unless a character has actual training or a huge amount of natural talent, their fighting skill shouldn't be anything greater than "I swing my fist at his face and hope for the best", regardless of how well you write the combat.

So while your character may be able to perform any action a human can perform, having him do anything outside of normal day to day movements would require training, and increase that particular stat in his CS. Going for a jog? Tier 0 feat. Fighting like Georges St Pierre? At least a tier 2 feat, if not tier 3.

I just ask that you keep that in mind.

Tier 0 is your average every day Joe Schmoe walking down the street with no ambition, no talent, and no training.

A Tier 1 is your average unprofessional boxer, or maybe a scrappy street fighter.

A Tier 2 is a professional MMA fighter.

A Tier 3 would be a monk from the mountains, a legendary Samurai. So on and so forth.

Tiers 0 - 3, at least regarding training, are what humans are capable of reaching. A great warrior with trustworthy steel and an iron will could fight on equal terms with the other equal tiered opponents who are maxed out in the other 3 regards. Strength, Speed, and Power.

I would like to submit this character as a tier 3 entry and would enjoy playing him more than Adrian.

name: Storm

gender: male

age: 19

size/weight: He is 6'2 and weighs 210 pounds with his armor on.

appearance:

race: augmented human.

Tier: 4

equipment:

stats/ abilities: These are due to the disease he was born with. However when he received Martyr training they enhanced them even further. On top of this the augmentations he went through during Martyr training stopped his aging process.

strength: He is able to lift seven tons and throw it with effort. He can lift up to nine tons but must remain stationary to do so.

speed: He is extremely fast and can barely be seen when in combat. To a normal human he would appear as nothing more than a blur of black and silver. His gunblade bringing death and desolation. His maximum sprinting speed is around 300 miles per hour. He can swing his sword fast enough to block bullets and his reaction time is fast enough to allow him to do so.

Endurance: His body underwent changes during the process of becoming a Martyr and the disease changed it as well. He can take multiple shots from handguns and rifles, but with enough fire they can bring him down. He has the same vital spots as humans but his muscle is denser and harder to cut through. He does have to rely on skill, because if someone does shoot him enough he can and will die.

dexterity: He is able to multi task effortlessly. He can shoot and fight with his gunblade while moving 600 miles an hour on his motorcycle. His reaction time is almost instantaneous able to analyze a situation and react in mere fractions of a second.

bio: He was born with an extremely rare disease that killed all but .5 percent of those who got it. However those who survived were immune to toxins, and had enhanced attributes for all of their lives. A government discovered these people and using them as what they called "Martyrs" took over the world. Storm was raised as a child to be one of these Martyrs. He was one and underwent all of the training, he even ecame one of the best amongst their ranks. As he trained and grew up he had two friends that followed him. When Storm finally saw the corruption of the government he broke away and started a revolution. One of his friends followed, but the other a boy named Creed did not. Creed remained loyal to the government and led their armies against Storm and his few followers. The second of Storm's friends was named Revelation. They met on the battlefield and though Revelation disarmed Creed he couldn't bring himself to kill him. Creed quickly grabbed his blade and plunged it into Revelations heart. Seeing his closest childhood friends fighting and then seeing the one he considered a brother murdered before him Storm snapped. His anger turned to bloodlust. Storm and Creed met upon the battlefield surrounded by burning corpses and broken memories. Storm's rage granted him strength that even Creed couldn't match and Creed was defeated. Creed begged for mercy at Storms feet, but the Storm cared not. Storm plunged his blade deep into Creed's heart and then pulled the trigger ending his life. Thus ended the revolution Storm had lost. All of his men were dead and there was nothing left but to run. So Storm disappeared and now searches for a way to end this government.

lootable items: He carries four stones that each glow with a mystical aura. These stones each allow the user to augment a weapon of theirs with a particular element of its stone. He can only use one of those stones and it is unlootable it is the fire stone. However there are three that are earth, wind, and water. He cannot use these, but if another combatant defeats him they can take them and use them. When used the allow the weapon to fire or throw lines of them at an opponent.

stones:
(non lootable) fire: This allows the user to project an incendiary blast from the weapon. In the case of Storm it allows his blade to fire flaming bullets. These bullets burn at 2200 degrees Celsius. This does not alter the round it still has all the power of a normal bullet with the added burning benefits
.
earth: allows the user to slam the object into the ground making a line of spikes jut out towards the target. The line of spikes is three times the length of the weapon augmented and the spikes are the size of the weapon.

Water: the user can make their weapon throw lines of water at the opponent like whips that cut them. They can only make one whip at a time and it is nine feet long maximum.

air: the user can sheathe their weapon in wind making an ultra fine cutting blade. On top of this they can make the weapon deliver gusts of wind with each slash. The wind speed on these gusts are roughly 40 mph.

Added a couple sentences on his general strength, and clarified his powers a little better.
Edit: Also expanded on his equipment a little. He really doesn't have much to take, so I'll opt not to lock any of it.

Creed and Revelation? There's a pun to be had there.

My humble contribution: the info on those lootable stones is rather vague. I assume the fire stone makes the sword hot, but how hot? And the others are even vaguer. How do you infuse a weapon with earth? Does it turn into stone? That doesn't seem beneficial. It seems far more logical to replace water with ice too.

So.. Storm is basically a final fantasy character? Gunblades, and Materia-.. Err, I mean, elemental stones.

You probably want to add a mention about his durability. Sure, he's strong and fast, but what happens if someone drives a truck into his face? Also, the ability to utilize big weapons doesn't exactly tell us how strong he actually is. Should probably elaborate.

An extremely augmented human is no different from an augmented human, in terms of racial profiling. You'll be better of calling him an augmented human. Since that's basically what he is. (In the same sense that a -really- strong superhuman wouldn't be called an extremely super human. And a heavily modified cyborg wouldn't be called an Extreme cyborg.

Eh. It was just an advice. No need to get defensive. If you wanna call your augmented human an extremely augmented human, you're well within your right to do so. It's just the sort of thing other characters are going to react to. Like calling a cyborg a manborg, other characters are likely to go "So.. what's the difference exactly?" - If you don't mind that, then go right ahead.

Mikael is accepted, Tantalum

A couple things are needed to accept Storm, but let's start simple.

An indestructible sword? No. That's beyond a Tier 10 piece of equipment, as indestructible isn't allowed even at the highest possible tier.
