WIP. I don't quite get how to chose skills from the tier.

Class: Cronomancer is a supporting magical class, able to manipulate time for their own desires. This class mostly focuses on healing and curing, with some defensive support abilities as well. Obtains some offensive attacks at a higher tier.

Basic supporting time magic
Revert, active. 0 second CD, 1 second Cast time: the damage gained by the last thing to attack it is restored (so if the target was hit for 150, he would be healed for 150).
Remove, Active, 3 second CD: The target is returned to a period before they gained the status ailment they currently possess.
Splice, active, 10 second CD: Gives the target 20% additional health for 20 seconds.
Weak Distortion, active, 15 second CD: A weak version of the 'Distortion' spell, distorts time around the target, and grants 10% evasion for 10 seconds.
Supporting time magic, has some passives.
Restore, active. 2 second CD, 1 second Cast time: Restores 10% of the target's total health.
Crono-sensitivity, passive: increases the effectiveness of all Time-related spells on any target in a medium area.
Slow Reverse, active, 10 second CD: Grants 20% hp over 10 seconds.
Strong Support, with some debuffs
Distortion, active, 15 second CD: replaces 'Weak Distortion'. Grants 15% evasion for 10 seconds.
Future Revert, active, 20 second CD: Gives 'Future Heal' buff, Heals the target for any damage done, as the damage is done.
Greater Remove, active, 20 second CD, 1 second cast time: Removes all status ailments in a sort area around the healer.
Slow, active, 20 second CD, 1 second Cast Time: The enemy target moves and attacks at half the speed for 10 seconds.
Advent of offensive techniques, powerful support
Loop, active, 30 second CD, 2 second cast time: traps the target in a loop of the past five seconds, for 15 seconds. Damage breaks the loop.
Greater Restore, active, 10 second CD, 2 second Cast time: Restore 15% of all allies health in a medium range.
Time's Frost, active, 20 second CD, 2 second Cast Time: The enemy target moves and attacks at half speed for 10 seconds, while taking freezing DoT every second.
Powerful Distortion, active, 30 second CD: Replaces Distortion'. Grants 20% evasion for 10 seconds, and gives 'distorted' Debuff on any enemy that hits, taking 20% accuracy from them for 10 seconds.
Time Field, passive: grants 5% attack and movement speed in a small area to allies, while taking 5% attack and movement speed from enemies.
Powerful Supports for allies. Strong offensive skill.
Mass Splice, active, 40 seconds CD, 3 second Cast Time: adds 25% hp to every ally in a small area, lasts for 25 seconds
Kronos' Distortion, active, 1 minute CD, 3 second Cast Time: Grants 25% evasion to all party members for 20 seconds. Any enemy that hits during this time receives 'Kronos' Rage' debuff, and takes pure damage DoT while being slowed for 20 seconds.
Strong Time Field, passive: Grants 10% attack and movment speed in a small area to allies, while taking 10% attack and movement speed from enemies.
Kronos' Blessing, active, 1 minute CD, 4 seconds Cast Time: Heals the target for 40% of health and mana, finishes all Cooldowns, and grants a free use for all skills that have cooled down.
Chrono-Blizzard, active, 2 minute CD: deals potent freezing DoT every 0.33 seconds for 5 seconds in a medium-large area, while slowing their movement by 50% and attack speed by 20% for 10 seconds.
One Spell. Total Devestation.
Twilight's Eve, active, 24 hour cooldown, 10 second Cast time: Uses all remaining mana to expose a target to the Time Void, causing 50% of the total health (not health remaining) and if the monster is killed from this effect, healling 1% health on everyone it has attacked for every 800 mana consumed.
Abilities/Magic:
Sub-Class(es): [You can have up to two, the second one unlocked upon reaching level 50. These are more like complimentary-production like things, like Blacksmith or Chef. Similar to the main class, a Sub-Class also is divided in 6 tiers, however, sub-classses don't have sub-tiers.]
Sub-Class(es) Mastery Level: 0 - 600 [You can reach 300 here, obviously, those 300 distributed between your two if you have two. For every 100, you get access to a new tier and also get a perk point. Like, if you have Blacksmithery, at 100, you get Iron Forging, at 200, Steel forging, and so on. I will inform you every time you reach 100. The tiers can be upgraded with perk points as well.]
Stats: [You gain 10 points for every level gained. Simple maths, 10*Your Level to get this and distribute it through your stats.]
Strength: 10 - 1000 [Increases Melee attack damage]
Agility: 10 - 1000 [Increases Ability to dodge attacks and speed.]
Vitality: 10 - 1000 [Increases Max HP]
Dexterity: 10 - 1000 [Increases damage with long range weapons and/or casting speed]
Resistance: 10 - 1000 [Increases defense in general]
Intelligence: 10 - 1000 [Increases speed to learn new abilities from zero and increases magic attack power]
Stamina/Willpower: 10 - 1000 [One or the other, depending on whether you are a mage or not. Gauge used for using special attacks/casting magic]
