Band Role Play Anyone?

Hey so I've been wanting to do a band role play. I am going to be a members girlfriend, I'd prefer the lead singerto be a male. I would like to be the lead singers girlfriend.
Spots:

Lead vocalist, Bass player, Drummer, Keyboard, and any band member's boyfriend/girlfriend

Let me know if you're interested, and what spot you want. If we fill all the spots, I'll make the rp.

I'd definitely be interested in this, but what would we be role playing? Would it be a slice of life role play of the band before and after shows?

Damn, wanted to do lead vocals but I only play female characters, still interested and would be up for guitar if this gets off the ground. I just need to know what genre of music it is. Is it like Punk/Noise/Garage rock type stuff a la early Sleater-Kinney or Black Flag? Or is it more chill lowkey stuff like Yo La Tengo or Bunkbed? Or maybe somewhere in between?

I figure pop rock. Positions still open are as follows: lead vocal (must be male), drummer, and any members boyfriend/girlfriend (beside lead vocal).

I'm still trying to set up the 80's cartoon version of this with lasers and stuff. Not having a ton of luck, I'm glad to see that not everyone is having that problem.

There's an RP I'm trying to set up—I won't link it here because I'm not out to steal players—that's basically people using instruments to shoot energy blasts and in true 80's cartoon style use music to fight off monsters from other dimensions.

I'm not having much luck so far xD

I'd take the lead vocalist spot. But most of my band characters end up being womanizing charmers. Sooo...yeah xD
