I am tossing around a few character ideas for this, probably only going to start with one though. Trying to figure out a good fit and still not quite there.

I'd push to say that there ought to be limits to her teleportation, such as distance and so on, and the sheet doesn't specify that. I'd also insist on being unable to teleport matter in places where matter already exists, since the contrary is not actually possible and would probably result in some sort of paradox that we really don't want happening in any circumstance, because that would be a very bad thing to happen. I mean, there's also the possibility of putting magnets in the intestines and thereby insta-killing somebody, but, you know, priorities. Maybe the character's disposition would prevent her from doing that, but limitations on distance and the "matter can't exist where there is already matter" issue I brought up.

Other than that, she seems to be a fairly sweet character. She's got an interesting personality, a realistic appearance, hobbies and interests that - hopefully - will remain unique through the roleplay. I want to know what her affiliations are with the Vanguard, though. Like, how does she know them, how long has she been acquainted with them, and her overall opinions of them, and so on.

Yeah, that power could use a little tweaking.

It needs more drawbacks, weakness, etc, etc. Especially since it can be a pretty powerful ability, and if used right, she'd be nigh-counterable. I also want more details about teleporting objects. Like, how big of an object can she teleport? I don't want cars being dropped on people. I'm also going have to veto objects being teleported inside of people.

Also, I'm considering becoming a Neutral thorn in the side of BOTH gangs.
With little power as a Super System army veteran who's sick of both sides.
Will likely have an incredibly small amount of power, making him only naturally above average for everything, physically and mentally, but only slightly above. His powers never developed, and at 45, likely never will.

Interesting. I should note, however, that the gangs have never fought before, so I don't know how "tired" of the fighting he can be.

@Engel: Accepted I appreciated the leg day joke (leg day is some ass). She'll jive quite well with the Vanguard fighting style.

@McHaggis: Also accepted. Very interesting power. WIll you be making Malcolm as well?

@All: I also need to mention to all of you that I'm adding some powers to the ban list.

The following abilities are now banned:

-Time manipulation
-Blood manipulation (if the blood is not the user's)
-Roleplay manipulation (More or less synonymous with reality manipulation)

More may be coming once I speak to my mods and managers. I will not add any powers that someone already has (lookin at you Matt Detmer).

EDIT: Allen has convinced me to take precognition off of the ban list.

\o/ I will be making Malcolm at some point in the near future, but he has short range precognition that's a reflection of a supernatural ability to read body language to predict things. I hope that's still okay!

Well I just took Precognition off the ban list (allen is very persuasive when he's twisting your nuts), so go on ahead.

@Cruiser: Interesting sheets. It was a neat idea to make identical twins with identical powers. However, I'm not sure I quite understand your characters' powers. I mean, the way you described it to me before was like bullet time, where the character slows down his own perception of time, not someone else's, which isn't OP because just because you can slow down time doesn't mean you can still dodge things. If he changes other people's perceptions of time, then I can't allow either of them because that's basically auto-dodge. The time erasure is okay with me so long as the target can still react during the time period (like they forget it afterwards, but if the character strikes at them with a sword, they can still parry).
