Hi there! So I'm pretty much new to the scene on this site but I've been roleplaying for at least 6 years. However, as of late I am struggling to find RP partners, so I thought I might post publically, see who is interested in a 1x1 Roleplay.
Anyway, bit of backstory on me right now - I'm unemployed but starting work experience soon, so for the first month, you might only get one or two replies a day from me. But I'll be free on Tuesdays, and weekends. Don't think I've abandoned an RP if I haven't replied in a while, since I sometimes get distracted with real life.
Other things to note is that I am a pretty shy person so 1x1 RPs will be done privately through PMs and any plot discussion can be done with OOC posts. Now, onto the best bit! The ideas.
I'm quite flexible when it comes to what role I play but I won't do Romantic MxM or Romantic FxF. Not cause I am homophobic, but because I don't quite think I'm right for those sorts of couples. I just can't portray that. So as such, most of these ideas are going to end up as MxF, and since I am pretty much carefree, I'll let you pick whether you want to be the male or female.

You arrived late after a study session in college ran on far too long. Coming home, you saw the police cars, you saw the ambulance, and you saw the cloth put over his face... The face of your brother.
"There was nothing we could do"
"We're very sorry ma'am,"
"Please come with us..."
"I will catch the killer. Whatever the cost, I will make him pay for killing my brother!"
--Two Years Later--
The victim has moved out from the scene of the crime, as to be constantly reminded of that night...It hurt. Moving in with the best friend of her brother for a fresh start in a new small house would be for the best, or so she thought. But the constant haunting thought of her brother's death and the fact the killer is still out there...It keeps her up at night.
"I will catch the killer. Whatever the cost," Her own voice haunts her every night, and her roommate tries to reassure her that the killer has left the sleepy little town...But it doesn't do anything to calm her fears.

"Frost Elf? Just a Children's Story. Elves are long since dead,"
In the first era of the land, Elves were a common sighting. But after winter, they were no more. Some believe that the mighty Frost Elf wiped out his/her own kind due to evil temptation, but some others believe that it's just a children's fairy tale, to remind the little kids to behave or the Frost Elf might strike again. A child who has been told this story countless times has thrown the lesson out the window now that they've grown, and as he/she walks through the forest path on a cold winter's evening, the chill in the air begins to pick up. Dang. Better turn back. But as the wind howls through the trees and the freezing fog gets thicker, the human can't find his/her way back home...

* Hunter x Humanoid Creature
In a time of sword and shield, a brave warrior stands up to a looming creature that threatens to destroy his/her home town. The barbaric beast has already claimed at least ten lives from the small village, include this hunter's family. At the point of their death, he/she swore revenge on the creature and now the time has come. Fighting upon the perilous cliff side with the horrifying monster, after months of training for this day, the hunter strikes the final blow with his/her enchanted bow, causing the creature to stagger back and fall onto the sandy dunes below. Fearing that such a powerful beast may survive, the hunter makes his way down the steep side, only to find no body. No monster. However, the body of a young male/female laid in the sand, bruised and wounded...
