okay, just letting you guys know that i'm dropping out. stuff has come up that has left me with little time to get online and is distracting me. Schradinger you're now fully in charge, and i wish you the best of luck wit the thread.
and to clear some stuff up, he was launched 10 feet up (since he was crouching that puts hi way over the shots fired and the downward angle that would be required to shoot at him while crouching means the rounds would hit the ground before hitting Schradinger's character. (oh and drallinix how did you easily kick a root sticking out of the ground out of the way?.....)
the overcharge was due to all the energy building up in Lith over the course of the fight. since it was mentioned more than once that my character was putting energy into it, then with it being turned back to it's first form where it can't actually store the energy all the excess was forced through max. if he hadn't discharged it using the bow it would have damaged him internally in much the same manner as electricity would have. the arrow was so large due to him still having his spear. using that as a template he poured all the energy into it. the larger bow would normally be used for punching through heavy armour if it could be achieved for hunting (as the power of a bow comes from the length and draw weight ((the force needed to draw the arrow)) which in this case the length was about 7 feet and the draw weight required pretty much all his strength)
as for the spikes they are 3 feet long (as mentioned) and about a centimeter thick at the widest point. while the electro blade would be able to melt through them it would meet resistance due to the material and with them coming from 360 degrees around the character as well as under him trying to just cut them would leave him without legs and bleeding a lot.
with his exit he dropped down into the same spot he launched from meaning he could easily grab the sword there then run to where the other one was left. then teleport away. as for the two he was holding it's left unsaid but when he fell back down to the ground he slipped then back into his bag and lith was held by his tail while in the air. te reason they're unsaid is i forgot to put that in and only remembered while typing this
