Describe the System: The Corleonn-Warrus-Grudden-Nollin Alliance are four independent Duchies led by a dictator would usually assume a role of supreme general amongst all of the alliances’ military assets. When it comes to the legislative matters of each duchy, the Grand Duke along with their respective People's Parliament would be settle matters accordingly. The alliance itself also has a central governing system led by the four grand duke and representatives of their respective people's parliaments. They form a council that dictates every action of the alliance. At the head of this council is the appointed Head of the Alliance.

Description: The Corleonn-Warrus-Grudden-Nollin alliance was once a series of small duchies in service to the Sofon dominion long ago. No one governor could ever effectively control the entire region because of the different ethnicities of and the terrain of the area. The mountainous region would always deter invading armies and the thick forest would always make the movement of cavalry and artillery almost impossible. By the year 1583, the different duchies managed to stage a rebellion successfully, repelling the large wave of attacks sent by the dominion. After since then, they have managed to repel other invaders with the small armies they could usually summon, with the battles usually costly. They have made a reputation for themselves as the unconquerable people of the north. Sometime later, with the threat of another revolt, this time a civil one, the duchies changed their government from totalitarian monarchies to parliamentary monarchies. They were always awakened to treats from the outside and formed a coalition to protect themselves from would-be invaders. An alliance pact was formed on the 12th of January on the year 1609. Their alliance would state that each nation was independent but was part of a larger alliance who were obligated to aid their fellow duchies if under threat. They would appoint a dictator, a supreme commander of their entire military asset and a Head of the alliance from one of the four Dukes to lead them in their endevours. From this moment on, the alliance was born. The alliance has never ventured far from its borders and has isolated themselves from other nations of the continent. They would occasionally make diplomatic moves with those of the outside but it would usually be economic in nature.
The lands of the alliance are not good for farming as it is filled with high mountains and ragged cliffs. With this, the alliance's economy is largely dominated by mining for metals, both rare and common. They are then sent through the port town of Jesper to merchant ship to be traded across the continent. Because of their reliance on their merchant ships, the alliance has build a formidable navy. The alliance has never fought other nations on the high waters but is confident of their fleets. The current dictator however, Supreme Commander Karol Lipeche III wants to not only improve but elevate the status of the alliance's armed forces. Lipeche would show the world that the alliance could challenge foriegn power, proving the strength and unity of the alliance. The people of the alliance are also highly religious, putting their God above all else and the Dukes draw their power and respect from what they perceive as their divine rule, although this is mostly ceremonial now.
