His awakened form is sort of irrelevant. He has ability to have 100% control over his Yoki(Yoma Power), even though he's a Yoma. So he could have the same power in his human form as his awakened.

Even if he did, which I also doubt since he's extremely rational, he wouldn't ever agree to anything anyone ever brought up to him. The other Abyssal Ones are the only exception. He seems to think that he's the overlord and that all must obey his opinion.

He'd know every last tiny detail about you as soon as he saw you. He might have seen your intention and just decided to be generous for once.That makes sense actually, because if he ever gives you anything, he makes you work for it. He's acting oddly, though.
