You guys should go ahead and look for some pictures for your character or start planning it out and it's backstory. Or, advertise the roleplay to friends.

Even as Padawan's and Jedi's in training, you'll get to have Force Powers, just not mastered powers and not that many, less for Padawan's

Can I create very minor npcs? Like some go Transport siths in training? Or transport force Sensitives i find?

Caliban, you are just a Sith in training, not a major/master or knight. If you would want to, you could go to the Empire and try to sway some to your side, though they think all the Sith are dead so they took control. Not even you with a lightsaber or your minor force powers could kill all the soldiers, so it's best not to cross them. Get better until you can threaten them into submission. Otherwise, you can try your hand at hiring mercenaries that follow you. You may be able to get free mercenaries if 1) they side with the Sith/Empire and 2) you prove your are Sith.

Whether or not you guys know each other is up to you.

I mean in the future. I realize i am no dark lord. But at some point after i may become one. If i do i may want to train npcs or if at All Able, other pcs. Since that s he case, my Sith fighter wont really be able to do what is needed.

Find a schematic, have someone build a ship. Use your Sith knowledge to have someone build a ship (which may be hard since it is Sith origin). Purchase a new ship.
