Name: Yuriko Hangetsu

Age: 67 (appears 18)

Species: Kitsune

Appearance: Yuriko's usual human form stands at five foot ten, with waist-length blonde hair that accentuates her slender frame. She usually keeps her eyes yellow, but changes them to green and hides her ears when she really needs to pass as human.

Backstory: Yuriko worked as a member of the Voice for most of her life, relishing her interaction with humans and watching their society progress.
When the Elder disappeared, she joined the Enforcer task force sent to search Japan for him, and acted as their intelligence officer. On her last mission, however, her squad was completely wiped out by a massive mountain oni aligned with the Saviors.
Now, Yuriko seeks revenge on the Saviors and any Fey that would rise against peace in the world.

Motivation: Yuriko has witnessed the brutality of the Saviors firsthand, and wishes to strike back against them before they can do any more harm.

Arsenal:
- Mangetsu and Shingetsu - Twin 9mm pistols. Mangetsu (full moon) fires incendiary shells, while Shingetsu (new moon) fires iron-tipped rounds.
- Zetsu - An antique tanto dagger that is inhabited by the spirit of a famously bloodthirsty warlord. Very good at striking the weak points in armor.
- Various fuda - Paper spell seals that have a wide range of effects. Not very powerful, but good for illusions and protection.

Specialisation: Killing Eastern monsters, working with magic, working with humans

Name: Giovanni Giorno

Age: 152 (Appears 19)

Species: Vampire

Appearance: Gio is described as having "a face like an angel, but a body like a monster truck." His features are strikingly handsome, with sharp blue eyes, a strong jawline, thick, dark hair, and a normally cool expression. However, he is also a rather tall man with a thick, muscular frame and limbs like young tree trunks. His typical attire is quite outlandish by some standards, with a long, dark coat with a high collar and matching cap. Under this, he wears a dark three-piece suit (minus jacket, of course) with a snakeskin belt and loafers. He is adorned with numerous gold accessories, including rings, a watch, buttons on his coat and hat, and a large, heavy chain that hangs down from his collar. His fangs are quite large, even by vampiric standards, and his bite-scar from his turning is at the base of his neck.

Backstory: Gio became a vampire in a very different world from today's. Warlords with illusions of high class ruled all, and one either paid them tribute or slept with fishes. Due to his raw strength, he was originally a soldato, a warrior for these kingpins. However, his ruthless cunning was underestimated, and he was able to work his way up to becoming an underboss. His ambitions did not end there, but his superiors' tolerance for him did. Rather than see him rise any further above his station, they turned on him, intent on getting rid of him entirely. They put him in an iron coffin and threw him to the bottom of the sea, where he spent the next twenty years. Gio was fished out of the sea by a human boat, thinking that they had discovered lost treasure. How wrong they were. In his efforts to become reacquainted with the world, he came across the Ultranumb, and quickly made up his mind to join them.

Motivation: Gio wishes to reestablish his reputation among the vampires nobility and hopefully end the lives of his betrayers through his exploits with Ultranumb.

Arsenal: .45 autorevolver, numerous throwing knives, a custom motorcycle, "L'Orrore di Caccia"

Specialization: Gio specializes in undead and parasitic creatures, and has a particular fondness for killing demons.

Lin is somewhere around 450 years old but appears incredibly youthful.

Appearance:
Lin is a slender young woman with beautifully defined, elven features. She applies scarlet lipstick to her plump lips and black eyeshadow to her almond eyes to make them appear smoky. She has long blonde hair that she allows to do as it pleases. Her fashion sense is very Parisian. She wears all black or occasionally white asymmetric and angular clothing which make her look like someone involved in the Fashion Industry.

Backstory:
Lin was born a witch with no magical abilities. In Witch culture this is viewed as an unparallelled embarrassment. Thus, from the get-go, she was considered a disappointment. Witches are an exclusively female race so as you can imagine, Lin's life was rife with (for desperate want of a better word) bitchiness. People who are afraid of witchcraft obviously have never encountered bitchcraft, the much eviler of the two: Young witches are fearsome. Lin grew to loath her kind and decided to leave the world of the Fey behind and see if she could integrate with the humans.

Lin was killed during the Salem Witch trials. She was ironically accused of being a witch and drowned by townspeople. Her limp, lifeless body floated down a river and was eventually found by a Native American witch doctor whom in his hatred for white people, cursed it, to live forever as a rotting corpse. Lin awoke from death lethargic and sore but ultimately thankful. That is, until a couple of days later she realised that her mind was inhabiting a dead body that was continuing to rot. She hadn't been fully revived, merely zombified.

Having been dead for quite some time, Lin decided after much deliberation that she must seek help from the Fey. Her body was becoming utterly useless and eventually she would become a living pile of mush if she didn't do something about it. She was eventually drawn to a traveling merchant whom also happened to be a demon. He told her that nothing he or anyone in his circle of acquaintances have ever possessed have the ability to revitalize a dead body however, there were stories coming from South America of a water source dubbed, The Fountain Of Youth which had the ability to grant immortality. He reckoned that something of that caliber could only be beneficial.

It's common knowledge that Witch Hunter Lin uses water from the Fountain Of Youth to reverse the effects of death on her body however Lin is very secretive when it comes to how she discovered it's location. Some call her selfish, which she is.

In the 430 years she has lived since becoming a Witch/Zombie hybrid, Lin has grown notorious in the Fey world as a Witch Hunter. Even the Fey that literally live under rocks are aware of her existence. Being so sinisterly renowned for her work, the Government approached her and asked for her assistance in curbing the unruly behavior of troublesome Fey.

Motivation:
Lin is a famous Witch Hunter, hence her name: Witch Hunter Lin. She's simply motivated by glory.

Arsenal:
As a Zombie, Lin has a somewhat macabre ability that allows her to interchange her own body parts with those of her defeated foes. For example, Lin could exchange her own hand for that of a werewolf's, allowing her to utilize claws. On her person she currently carries two witches' tongues which are particularly powerful because she can use them to cast weak spells, a feat she wouldn't be able to achieve otherwise. She also carries a vial of water from the Fountain of Youth.
