Well Links heading back to castle town, the detour for the horse is over and now he can get back on track, aka finding out what the hell is going on... Also possibly standing trial for military desertion of which normally the sentence is death. Also would be awesome to get a Impa... Of and my other character is Epona because it's easier if I play my own horse and I'm pretty sure she counts as she is shown to have a bit of personality and pull some crap, like the time see escaped moblins and then had to calmed down by Link.

I was going to make the Happy Mask Salesman and ass, but I think, as of right now, Midna has that covered. Though, it's too early in the story to argue that. Let's give her a chance before we attack her too much.

If you can submit enough posts to justify her being a separate character, then she's fine. I have no doubt that she could play a serious role in the story, though we will have to somehow overcome the fact that she does not speak. Post a picture and I can put her up as your secondary character... unless you wanted to play Impa?

Honestly, I am having trouble keeping with just Link so I'll hold off on playing another character for now... Might play a slightly less plot essential character, heck maybe Vaati or Dark Link to give Ganondorf some back up.

So I guess the triforce is common knowledge among our characters? I didn't mention it because I wasn't sure if it was something that was going to be revealed or not.

Well Sheik and Zelda are part of the royal family. That knowledge would definitely be passed down that line. And Fi is the Master Sword, so of course she would know it.

Edit: And this is why I had Sheik suggest going to Castle Town. To disclaim all the bullshit Midna was saying. Besides, Zelda isn't weak. In Super Smash Bros. I refer to her as the ultimate destroyer.

The Triforce is part of Hyrule's history. Surely most people are aware of it. The ones who aren't are likely uneducated or foreigners.

Yeah, so what I think we have a good plot going, a good side story with secondary antagonists and primary antagonists along interesting side characters.
