So I came from this really horrible place right, it's called facebook roleplay. And what people normally expect is the cybering anime crazed little kids and stuff like that but what it's really about is much worse, at least where I'm from. I've tried it for too long, I've tried Rp.me but it's all the same. On Rp.me I've faild to find writers that don't want to only pursue romantic relationships and even sexual ones(gag). I want to go on adventures, I want to describe scenery, I want to do it all and facebook is much too limiting for that. People there are only in a popularity contest, trying to fill the voids in their life where there are no boyfriends or girlfriends or whatever kind of friends. And that is something that I no longer wish to be a part of.
I've been in group roleplays before and they can actually be quite fun as long as everyone's invested and everything is relatively planned out and their characters were developed for more than the purpose of being their new personality phase IRL. *sigh* But I digress. Until very recently I hadn't been familiar with the multichara account concept. I made one and it was actually pretty handy dandy but, for now I will only have two and my main is a troll. That's right, he's a troll.
A few of the settings I've found to be the most fun are ones involving sorcery, the paranormal, and the creepy. I've enjoyed zombie hunting roleplays and steampunk ones the most out of any that I've done and the ones I always tried to plan only ended up with me and one other person. Oh well. I hope to find a better experience here as I'd like to grow as a writer and not bother with the ego stroking. One lines are okay by me but don't be surprised if it turns into semis heh.
