Dear Lord Gideon,
I regret that this hasn't be sent sooner but things had come up. My initial investigation was cut short into the ‘strange’ events on Voltage when the Blood hunter renegades deiced to rear there ugly heads. This entire incident started 12 days ago when I was called by Judge Midmoen …..
====12 days ago====
Roaring through the atmosphere was an Inquisitorial Valkyrie flew towards the Arbites courthouse's hanger. Inside the Valkyrie's cargo bay Inquisitor Maximus Coldsmith was holding tight onto the seat handles with the other hand holding the air sickens bag. The Inquisitor glanced around at the people in the cargo bay his storm-trooper body guards were as normal showing no reaction to the turbulence the craft was going through. Once the Valkyrie touch down at the courthouse hanger the back ramp hissed open and a squad of storm troopers exited creating a perimeter around the the aircraft "clear!" the Sargent shouted into the Valkyrie. Stowing away the air sickens bag before he stepped down the ramp Inquisitor Maximus Coldsmith. The Inquisitor glance towards the far end of the hanger and spotted a Judge along with three other Arbites approaching them "you must be Judge Midmoen. I'm Inquisitor Maximus Coldsmith of Ordo Hereticus," he gesture to the space marine that was with him, "This is Chaplain Mortem now why have you call the Inquisition this world?" he asked.
"24 hours ago a squad of Arbites interrupted a group of cultist trying to cast a spell they manage to get it partly off," the Judged explained.
"So you want me to investigate what were they trying to cast?" The Inquisitor asked. The judge nodded to the Inquisitor, “very well lead the way,” he said following the Judge to the hab-block was the cultist lived. What the Imperials haven’t found out yet is that people from the muiltverse was thrown onto there world.

Lisi awoke to find herself in a dark, cavernous enviroment. Quickly she looked to see if her tribesmen were nearby. No sign of them, no sign of the mothership. Lisi couldnt even remember how she got here. By Sol, what has happened.

Lisi analyzed the atmosphere, her mask's HUD showing a breathable enviroment, but traces of industrial gases. Lisi pondered this, she knew of no industrialized civilizations inhabiting any world that her people were last in the vicinity of. Purging her mask with a loud hissing, she took a breath, coughing from her first breath if gaseous oxygen in a long while.

Tucking away her perflourocarbon rebreather, Lisi walked a ways to see what life was around. She held onto her thermal spear, the deadly pike that had claimed many lives, even before it came into her possesion. She loved the hum of it as it reached its peak temperature, and the feel of it cutting like butter through her enemies. It would keep her safe.

Harman Smith awoke, sitting in his wheelchair with his sniper rifle being attached to the back of it, to make it easier to carry. He looked around, but stayed silent as he went to look for any others that were alive.

Thane opened his eyes to this new world, taking a deep breath. A rich smell of industry, squalor. Looking around at the amazed individuals (some running in fear) confirmed both of these assumptions. He had to get to some sort of hiding place, if people feared him chances are people would fight him. He would also have to find others like him, for some reason he had the feeling that he was not alone in this.

Shrugging his weapons further up on his back he set off at an measured pace

Egwene Al'vere, Watcher of the Seals. The Flame of Tar Valon. The Amyrlin Seat, was the first to come to this....mountain city, polluted by some unknown poison she could taste in the air. She had never heard of a city inside a mountain, even in the Age of Legends, and this choking miasma was horrible. She tried to keep the dignity of the Aes Sedai, but lost the brief fight and devolved into a coughing fit. Then, she was aware of Nynaeve stirring, and tried to stop her coughing, but after a few seconds, it forced it's way back twice as hard. Nynaeve -forwarned by Egwene's fit - stopped breathing and embraced The Source, weaving Air with a touch of Fire. The weave took hold, and a small bubble blossomed from them, roughly five foot in diameter. The fresh, untainted air allowed Egwene to overcome her coughing, and she straightened up, wiping the tears that where starting to show from her eyes.
"Where are we? And, what is the poison in this air?" Egwene demanded, as if her authority would instantly gain an answer where there was none.
"I have no idea. We are under a mountain - and for good reason, outside rages a storm worse than any Cemaros to roll out the Sea of Storms - but where we are, and why the air is so foul, I haven't the first clue. It's not poison though, if it was, you'd be dead." Nynaeve stated, clearly this new world distorted the over-formal speech patterns of the old one. Then they saw Mat, kipping on the ground with his hat covering his face, and threw a rock at him, which woke him sharply. Or though, it was in a rather unintended way, since he sat, drew a knife from one of his hiding spots, and launched it in the direction of the rock. Egwene managed to catch it in her own flow of air, but it was a bare inch from Nynaeve's face by then. Mat looked over after he put his hat on his head, and his face paled. The foul air didn't seem to be making him cough, only grimace with every breath.
"What am I doing with you two? I fell asleep in a tent, not a...." He looked around, and the words died. The mountain city was amazing, and even he had no memories of such things. Oh, there had been fortresses carved into mountains, but never a city inside one.

"He brings up a good point. You and I where in the White Tower last night, but Mat was leagues away, with his Red Hand men" Egwene commented generally, before turning. "Well, if this is a city, there will be people. Let us go and find someone" she ordered, still the greatest authority of their current party. Mat picked up his strange, raven-marked spear and followed, curious.

Mortem stayed grimly silent throughout the briefing, and throughout the entire jounrey towards the hab-block. An interrupted spell could mean many different things. Some unkown horror of the warp could be stalking the city as they spoke, or perhaps some foul malignancy was released to taint the air. As his 1,534 pound armored footsteps echoed down the halls, he looked to Inquisitor Maximus.

"We must exercise more caution than normal, Inquisitor. There could be anything waiting for us in the hab-block."

The Inquisitor looked at the space marine "I agree Chaplin some unknown horror of the warp may have shown up. But if we extra support we can contact the chapter on this planet." he said as they made there way down to the hab-block.
====
As the new arrivals to Voltage got over there initial sock of being transport to the planet. They found that the buildings had tall dark Gothic style buildings and Manufactorums towered over them extending up or beyond the barely visible walls of the inside mountain. On many of the buildings were large statue dedicated to hero's of the Imperium, eagle shaped gargoyles, banners carrying Imperial Aquila, and many forms of Imperial Propaganda were all around them urging citizens to join the Imperial guard. The citizens them self's were ether milling around the place or heading to one of the Manufactorums for there shifts the majority of them are wearing respirators and baggy clothes.

"Still, I doubt they will be able to support us in time if we encounter anything. Emperor willing, we'll see this incident over quickly." Mortem said, glancing at citizens as they passed them. Any citizens they came across immediately bowed in Mortem's presence, no doubt a reflex built over generations of subservience to this planet's chapter. Sort of as a preparatory action, Mortem cocked the bolt back on his bolter, and drew his crozius arcanum. A distinctive style, developed over centuries of faithful service; Bolter in one hand, crozius in the other.

Lisi came across what appeared to be...humans? The girl was confused. They did not look like any that she had encountered before. They were quite...primitive looking and unevolved compared to her people. But what were they doing here? Sol had forbidden all humans from ever settling on a planet permanently. The fact that they had built a city here would be an affront to sol himself. She had to find the answer to what was going on. And without futher investigation she went up to a nearby civilian and asked him what was going on here and why they were living here. Unfortunatly, she was only able to speak to him in her mother tongue. "Kawi kitarkwan isi?" She asked him, trying hoplessly to extract and answer from the man.

THe party moved down the road, Egwene and Nynaeve protected by the bubble, but Mat walking on the outside of it, not bothered by the smog. They did see some people walking down the street with these odd contraptions on their faces, and quite a few of them pointed at Egwene and Nynaeve's fine silk dresses, as much as they did at Mat's Ashandarei. However, they where paid no mind, and continuted to travel down the road until they saw a poster, one that encouraged joining the imperial Guard.
"Imperial guard? Is this a Seanchan place?" Nynaeve asked, looking around. She couldn't see any Sul'dam or Damane, but maybe this was one of the places where they where absent.
"Tuon didn't mention anything about a mountain city, but it could be" Mat muttered, not giving the frowns at the mention of his wife - gods, he had actually gotten married! despite all his efforts to avoid such an act - and so walked into the street and spoke to one man.
"Mia calichniye ti asa din" he said, trying to greet him, but instead accidentally speaking in the Old Tongue without speaking. To Mat, who had flawless understanding and comprehension of that language, it did not sound wrong, but to others, it would probably be confusing and broken High Gothic.

In the far distance, an Imperial Guardsman could be seen, slowly walking.. From what could be made out from the person, he/she would be holding a laser rifle, and standardly-supplied flak armor, nothing else, though.
