I would actually find that fantastic. If there's one thing you all are going to find out about me it's that I LOVE character development. As such I try to initiate it as soon as possible. But I digress, I think her part in it would be very interesting, perhaps he identifies her quickly and starts following her around? A Guardian Unit needs a ward :D

That would be the best idea ever! XD I also am very into character development, though I tend to keep as much information about my characters to myself as I can and then open up the floodgates as the rp goes on :P

Understandable, keep the mystery alive. The hardest thing I find to do is that when designing a character, to talk the talk, you have to walk the walk. By that, I mean, if someone has a character who's a nuclear physicist, they need to KNOW something about nuclear physics for the character. Keep it as real as possible.

Agreed. I tend to do a LOT of research when it comes to my characters background :)

Honestly, roleplaying a robot is both the easiest and hardest thing I've had to do. You can take a naive look at things, have fun. But at the same time it's all logic and calculations. Emotion is illogical, for now, at least. ;D Foreshadowing!!

I would like to give some of my rough ideas on what technologies this cyberpunk world has.

-Kevlar Skin (surgery): Tough skins. Usually found used by long-experienced gang members (the surgery ain't cheap).

-Turret-Mounted Security Cameras: These security camera are self-explanatory. But the tech quality differs between D0-9, and D10-17. For example, D0-9 cameras could hover around, and was replaced with a tranquilizer, rather than a turret (cause they don't like things to be messy).

-Cybernetically Enhanced (Police) Dogs: Very self-explained. Though rarely used by other than the police.

-Wheel-less cars (working name): They hover instead. Cause it's the future. And if they did have tires, it would get stolen very often anyway.

-Trackers (though called something else, commercially): Recent technologies that could be found implanted on younger children's brain. This was made to "Prevent" crime. It's illegal to remove it, one way or another.

-Black-Sphere: This world's equivalent to the PS3/4 and XB360/O. It's a game console that's a small and light sphere, that could be carried on one hand. Colors out so far are Red, Black, Silver (plain), Green, Navy, and Turquoise.

-Barricade Shield: An advanced version of a barricade tape. Only police are allow in and out. It opens up it's shield when it recognizes a police ID. Otherwise, it'll stay shut. And trying to touch it burns, since it's closed off areas with a laser wall.

Hey, what are good places to get pictures for characters? I don't want to use any celebrities, and I'm horrible at finding pictures sometimes..

I use Google honestly. The picture I used for Sektor (and my own avatar) is the Geth from Mass Effect. I always loved their design. It really depends on what you're looking for.

James and Mason have lived what many would call a very privileged life. They are the sons of a prominent Politian in Ancora, and have lived in District Zero all their life. They were waited on hand and foot by servants, and got the best education possible in Ancorda. They attended the best parties, and were dressed in the best clothes. Everywhere they went, the two boys never separated.
As both of them grew older and moved into high school, they still stayed together, but not as much. James continued to hang with the upscale crowd, whereas Mason started to hang with the “bad” crowd (the drinkers, smokers, etc.). They easily became the popular ones in both their small groups, mostly because they both threw the best parties, and had the best alcohols and drugs available.
When they graduated high school, both of them had grown tired of living in the same, sheltered environment of the Zero District, and wanted to move out. After talking it over with their parents, who were very reluctant to let them go, the boys were able to move to District One, the safest district, aside from District Zero
