There was a weird feeling in Wheatley's limbs. A tingling feeling. Like millions of bug crawling all over his skin. He opened his eyes slowly and thought he must be in sleep mode. He was definitely on the ground. That was obvious from the pull of gravity. He could feel that he was on the ground. His surroundings were blurry even though, by now, his eyes were completely open. He brought a clumsy hand to his face and, with difficulty, straightened his glasses.

Everything seemed off. First off, why was he not in space? He brought himself up into a sitting position and looked around him, taking in the scene. Tall green grass as far as the eye could see. The gray, cloudy sky hung low, making everything seem dark and evil. And that was it. No panels, no Thermal Discouragement Beams, not even GLaDOS' glaring camera.

Perhaps the most disconcerting part was... him. He had hands. Since when did he have those? Or two eyes? Or glasses? Or anything other that his management rail and his useless flashlight. He began to tremble. What was going on?

He was glad to be out of space. That was for sure, but he wasn't particularly fond of the vacuum's replacement. It was too dark and uninviting. At least in space, things were quiet. He could see forever and know if there was something or someone there. Here, the grass moved in the wind making an odd brushing sound. And there were creatures making noises and he couldn't see any of them.

Suddenly, there was a flash of greenish light. It only blinked for a moment and, to Wheatley, looked vaguely like computer code. And then it was gone. Was it some kind of lightning? He'd never seen lightning, but he supposed a flash of light would certainly fit the bill.

He tried to stand up so he could get a closer look at the spot where the strange light had met the ground, but almost as soon as he got up, he tumbled down again. He never had legs before either and they were proving quite difficult to control.

He hit the ground with a muffled oof. He landed face first in the dirt and he was not happy about it.

"Ugh this is awful! What is this stuff? This is bloody nasty- oh what is this?!" He picked up a muddy stick and examined it. Water dripped off and fell into a pool. His eyes followed it. He screamed and jumped when he got a look at himself. "I'm human? What is this?! This is ludicrous- what did she do to me? I -"

He was cut off by another flash of light.

The first thing John heard was sound. The soft continious sound of tall grass being manipulated by the wind. The inconsistent tweets of the birds flying over head. And the very faint but existant voice of a man. Next was the sight. John's eyes cracked open slightly, allowing the bright sun light to sting his eyes. He was slowly awakening. Soon he eventually began to move his arms and legs, pulling his torso up to look around. He saw nothing but a wide open feild...perhaps a humanoid figure in the distance but he was too far away to tell. He tried to remember the last thing he saw...the last place he was. All he remembered was locking the barn door back at home, when he got a terrible head ache and sat down before passing out. Which raised the most prominent question; where was he?

Standing to his feet, he suddently remembered his hat - somehow that hat had stuck with him through everything and he wasnt about to lose it. Miraculously, the hat was resting on the grass, right near where his head had been. Taking slow and large strides, the confused Marston made his way through the tall grass and closer to the figure he could faintly see in the distance. When he began to near the figure, he decied to call out to it. "Hello?"

Wheatley stood up again, feeling a weird dizziness that could only be described as blood rushing to his head. This time, he was able to maintain the standing position. He looked down at his feet and eyes them curiously. Feet were weird. They were difficult to deal with. How on earth did humans use these without falling on their faces all the time? A voice pulled his attention back to his original curiosity. "Hello?" It said. It sounded like a man's voice. Wheatley's head snapped in the direction from which it came and saw him some ways off, not totally clear. He turned his whole body toward the man and straightened his glasses for a better look. "H-hello." He started off, giving the man an awkward crooked smile. "You don't happen to know what's going on, do you? I certainly don't. I just woke up in the grass and was like, 'this isn't space!' and i stood up- oh standing! what a challenge that was! How you people do it so effortlessly?- Anyways. That's not the point. Do you know where we are?" By now the clouds had started to clear and the sun poked through them, birds casting shadows as they flew overhead. The wind had died down a bit too.

"Baaaaaaaaah!" A bellow, full of surprise and confusion, echoed across the meadow. If either John or Wheatley glanced at the area from where it had resounded, they would find a huge man sprawled on the ground. For a few moments, he floundered about, until he seemed to get a hold of his senses. Rubbing his broad forehead enthusiastically, Ivan sat up and took a look around. Immediately he noticed all of his stuff scattered around him, and with a short cry he rushed to reclaim his things. As he gathered his weapons and accessories, he tried to figure out what had happened. There had been a blinding flash, just like traveling through one of the Engineer's teleporters, but instead of the opposite side of Cactus Canyon he had appeared...here. His confusion continued as he surveyed the surrounding landscape with wide eyes. This wasn't any place he recognized; he had not fought here before. The grass was novel enough in itself. Ivan could not bring himself to remember the last time he was anywhere aside from dusty badlands, endless pine forest, or freezing snow. His wonderment quickly vanished. His team needed him. What was he doing here? He needed to return to the battlefield, and kill his foes. The unintelligible murmur of conversation not too far off drew his attention, and when he looked that way he spotted two men talking. Ivan tipped his hat, hoisted his Tomislav, and set off toward them. "Here I come!" He roared in a thick Russian accent as he approached. "Which one of you babies can tell where canyon is? Must get back to team!"

Something was wrong. Terra could feel it before she opened her eyes. She could feel grass beneath her but she remembered falling asleep on the airship, the gentle rock of the ship lulling her to sleep. Terra opened her eyes. She was lying in a field of tall grass that waved back and forth in the wind. It seemed to stretch on for eternity. Perhaps the airship had crashed without her waking. Could this be the afterlife?

Just then a bird flew right over Terra's shoulder startling her. She gave a slight yelp and as she did so sparks snapped and crackled between her hands. She raised them up to look, she couldn't stop starring. It couldn't be, they'd destroyed the Warring Triad, the Espers and all of the worlds magicite had returned to the earth as energy. The esper part of her had returned with them so how could it be that she still had magic.

Feeling scared Terra raised her hand and snapped her fingers, a small flame lept up in her palm. She gave a yell and the fire grew encompassing her hand. She collapsed to the ground, opened her mouth and let out a blood curdling scream. The flames responded to her terror growing larger and larger until they were an enormous fireball encasing her. She did not fear that the flames would harm her but rather that they would destroy everything else.

She curled herself into a tight ball. "No no no, stop, STOP." she said to herself over and over. She tried to picture something to calm her, the inside of Figaro Castle, the orphans of Mobliz Village. None of it worked until finally she remembered the night before she'd woken up here. She'd stood on the prow of the airship, let her hair down and let the wind rush through her being happy in the knowledge that she was free. It was not so anymore but the memory was enough to douse the flames leaving her curled in a ball in the center of a huge scorch mark were her flames had incinerated the grass and cooked the earth. She muttered to herself over and over rocking band and forth. "Calm, safe, collected, calm safe collected." in an effort to keep the magic from rearing itself again.

"Team? No, mate. This- I'm certain of it- is a very elaborate trick. *She* put you here to get back at me. She's mad." Wheatley started shouting, looking up at the sky and stretching his arms out. "Well I get it! You can stop now! I'm Sorr-" A screech sounded and the surprise from it knocked Wheatley back to the ground. "What in the-" He didn't have a clue what the source could have been, but an eerie lump of concern lodged itself in his throat. Whatever it was was not happy and was probably very scary. He stood back up and looked at the bulky man. He made all of Wheatley's six feet and seven inches look small. Wheatley felt it too. He felt frail in comparison. He ran a nervous hand through his hair and gave an unnaturally large smile. "I s-suppose that is probably something *bad.*" He chuckled. He looked at the smaller man and felt a little more comfortable with his size. "What do you think? I think I've learned my lesson." He took one more look at his surroundings. His entire life, the scientists had warned him about Android Hell. GLaDOS had threatened to banish him there time and time again. He figured that this must be it. It certainly fit the "scary" part. It confused him though. It seemed oddly peaceful. It was also missing one vital thing: ALL OF THE BANISHED ANDROIDS. He ran his hand through his hair again. What a mess he'd gotten himself into this time.

A new green flash of digital codes appeared however this time it was not on the field, no this code appeared in the sky and stayed in the sky before it disappeared. For a long while nothing seemed different, but suddenly a voice came from the sky. "INCOMING, ALL NON-DUPS GET OUT OF THE WAY" When looking towards the air a single person came falling down, clearly from a very great height. The moment he crashed on the ground, well nothing happened, he landed on his legs and bend his knees to catch the impact to simply stand up again. Looking around Delsin wondered where he was, the last moment he can remember he was climbing the space needle for kicks using his new powers of Video, next moment he was falling from a height that can only be from a sky scrapper and while the thought of doing that seemed pretty awesome, Seattle did not had such a high building, besides since when did Seattle had this much green and so little people. "so... eh... directions to Seattle? I kinda need to kick some DUPs assess and save my tribe by... eh never mind, just point me to where I need to go" Delsin said looking around more then facing these people around him.

John stood around awkwardly as more and more people - not all necessarily human - joined the cluster in the middle of the grass field. But nonetheless, all these humanoid figures were collecting and making John a tad awkward. He was a long way from home and he had never seen people who looked like these before. He heard Delsin mention Seattle and perked up instantly. That was a name he recognized. That was a large city in a state in America. Regardless if they were both talking about the same Seattle, John figured it'd be worth mentioning. He wasn't sure if any of the others knew where Seattle was. Or even America for that matter. "Ah, mister, do you mean Seattle, Washington?" John asked Delsin.

Wheatley stared in awe as another man fell from the sky and landed, unharmed, on the ground a little ways off. That right there was proof that this was an elaborate game GLaDOS was playing on him. The man must have been wearing Longfall boots because the fall didn't kill him. As the man approached Wheatley and the others, he noticed that he *wasn't* wearing Longfall boots. This boggled Wheatley's already shaken mind. What on earth was going on here? "Washington? You mean to tell me we're not in Michigan anymore?" The pieces were, however jumbled and confusing, were actually starting to come together and paint a some-what sensible picture. This really wasn't GLaDOS' doing. "Sheesh. I think I'm losing my mind!" "*System overload. Reboot in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...*" A metallic voice came from Wheatley that wasn't his own voice. He didn't have long to react before his eyes rolled back and he collapsed again. With in a minute, the voice came back. "*Systems fully functional. No viruses detected.*" Wheatley sat up, pressing a palm to his forehead. He looked at the people around him. "Sorry about that. I wasn't expecting it, otherwise I would have sat down *before* the reboot. Hell, I didn't even know I *could* reboot. I guess I'm not as human as I thought." He chuckled nervously. He was going to continue, but he got the feeling that the others were getting annoyed.

Delsin Looked up when a man, a cowboy asked him something pretty obvious. "uh, yeah, is there an other Seattle" he replied sarcastically "and btw Dude, whats with the outfit, are you playing in some kind of western movie or something?" Delsin then looked at the other person to reply but before he could the man started to freak out and suddenly had a second voice coming from him before dropping on the ground. He waited a little before the man woke up again and apologized for falling like that. "yeah, remind me not to absorb your power, cause that is one hell of a messed up conduit power, then again, if you got any other interesting tricks to channel out the down side of rebooting like your a freaking computer... actually being like a comp sounds pretty sweet"

Wheatley chuckled awkwardly at the man's comment. "Sweet, huh? Let me tell you. Being a computer is *not* fun. I'll be honest. It comes with loads of problems. Like auto-rebooting." He chuckled again. "I honestly have no idea what I can and can't do. I never looked like... like *this*." He made a sweeping motion with his arms to emphasize the fact that he had limps and a head and a face. "I guess- What I mean- Ugh. I'm *human*... sort of. I didn't even know I was still a computer until just now. Crazy, right?" He smiled nervously at the new man and began fiddling with the knot on his tie. He looked at the others. He still didn't know what caused the screeching sound and he didn't really want to find out. He hoped that, with the arrival of this man, the others had forgotten about the sound. Someone falling from the sky was certainly attention-grabbing.

The sound of burning, rising steadily into the cacophony of an inferno, caught Ivan's attention before either the cowboy or the tall, skinny one could respond. Wheatley's offhanded response went ignored as Ivan watched the growing blaze through squinted eyes. Finally, when the fireball had reached monstrous proportions, so much so that it wouldn't have been a hazardous prediction to say they might consume everything in sight, Ivan could be sure. “Aha!” He thought aloud, wiping a bead of sweat from his massive, bare scalp. The air had grown warmer. “Giant fire has Pyro written all over! Thanks for nothing, babies! I find team myself!” Resettling his hat, Ivan once again hiked up his Tomislav and bustled away in the direction of the pyroclasm. Halfway there, the flames abruptly vanish. This did not deter Ivan in the least; he had given up trying to understand how the Pyro operated long ago. Though he was feeling fine, it still took him a fairly long time to trot over to the scorched zone. Along the way, he missed the flash of green high above, and only when he heard "INCOMING, ALL NON-DUPS GET OUT OF THE WAY" did he look up. Delsin's descent was a few hundred feet away, and while the method of his arrival momentarily perplexed the Heavy, Ivan quickly turned back to resume his trek. “Clumsy, painful death for him,” he muttered. Not long after, he arrived at the site of the immolation. Upon witnessing the young woman huddled at its locus, he became befuddled again. Without much consideration, he began to speak in his usual boisterous tone. “Little lady! Where is Pyro friend?” As an afterthought, he added, “And how did you survive burnings?”

Terra cried, she was by no means weak or emotionally unstable but in the last twenty four hours she had thought a curse that long rested on her had been lifted and the next moment had that hope snatched from her grasp. So Terra cried, letting her impressions of time slip away, she let the tears fall. Terra could have sat there cradling herself for minutes or hours or years but no time would be enough to melt the fierce desperate longing inside her, the longing to be able to touch someone without turning them to stone or to be mad with someone and let her anger run free without the fear of her rage turning them to cinders.

Terra didn't remember how long she stayed there in the center of her scorched earth. The next thing she was aware of after the tears was a voice. "Little lady! Where is Pyro friend?" the man's voice sounded gruff and foreign. He spoke like the inhabitants of Narashe far in the north, you or I hearing it may have called it a Russian accent. "And how did you survive burnings?" He added it as a sort of afterthought like it wasn't really his main concern.

Terra gave a sad almost pathetic smile into her knees. 'Little Lady' he said it like she was gentle and safe... and harmless.

"I'm... s-s-sorry." Terra said her breath coming in raged gasps because of her tears. "I-I d-don't kn-now anyone n-named Pyro." She struggled to speak through her tears. Another shuddering sob wracked Terra's body and she clenched into an even tighter ball. When it had passed she moved her head slightly to get a look at whom she was speaking to.

He was a very large man, two feet taller than her and built heavy with muscle, unlike Locke and Edgar whose toned builds had been subtle this man's screamed of the kind of work he did, messy manual labor, combined that with the scars she could see on his arms it was clear what his occupation was, wet work, putting bodies in the ground. He was dressed oddly in a kind of red clothing she had never seen before; it was so bright it seared her eyes. Lastly he was carrying a strange weapon, she'd seen designs for such things before, built into the arms of Magitech armor. That could mean only one thing; he held her former rank as a Magitech Elite. He worked for the Gestahlian Empire. He worked for Kefka.

Upon realizing this Terra hopped to her feet adrenaline running through her system, her fight or flight responses warring with each other. Terra took two steps back. She'd once destroyed fifty of the Empire's best soldiers, burned so hot that not even their bodies remained. She had sworn to herself never again. She would defend herself but if she could help it there would be no casualties today.

Fire burned behind Terra's eyes and flame lept forth over her arms, cloaking them in red hot light. "Stay away from me!" She shrieked at the man. "I don't want to hurt you but I will never go back to the Empire! Kefka will never use my powers again! I'd sooner die!" She screamed for the entire world to hear, and in response the flames coating her arms danced more violently and the fire in her eyes burned brighter, more intense, ready to incinerate any threat.

Wheatley looked from one person to another, settling an uneasy glance on each person before quickly looking at the next. He watched as the bigger man walked away with a sort of determination he envied. "W-w-wait. Where are you going? Don't you think we should stay together? I mean- what if it was a monster or something? Monsters breather fire, right? Hey!" But the man kept walking, paying no attention to him. No one ever paid attention to him. A fiery rage filled his body and the nervous shake stopped. He unhunched his back and stood his full six feet and seven inches tall, towering over the other people. The unnaturally bright blue of his eyes turned an even less natural shade of red. "*System overheating. Emergency cooldown protocol going into effect in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1...*" He collapsed again, eyes rolling back. "*System rebooting. Cooldown complete.*" "Bloody hell! What's the point of even having emotions if I can't even *use* them?" He stood up, the anger on his face much more controlled. "Pointless, right? I suppose it makes quite a spectacle." Just in case this *was* a trick GLaDOS was playing, he looked up at the sky and shouted. "I Hope you're suitably entertained because I'm certainly not! Jeez. Damn computer has the worst sense of humor." He shook his head. He looked back towards the man and saw that he was no longer alone. There was a girl with him. So the noise had come from another person. Was she the cause of the fireball or a victim of it? Wheatley was still too focused on his hurt feelings to really think about it much, but the questions still laid in the back of his mind, coloring his anger with confusion. Then all of it went away. She backed away from the man, igniting once more in brilliant fire. All confusion and anger melted into complete and utter awe. As frightening as it was, it was beautiful.

Delsin looked as the girl started to burn. "Guess she's not used to her powers yet" he said as he started to run to her. "oh, easy lady, easy, breath and calm down, you get used to your powers, just calm down and breath, it helped when I was freaking out when my powers came in, I am sure it would help for you, If you want I can help you, explain what being a conduit is really about, not the lame ass bio-terrorist the DUP's call us, were Conduits and were not evil, we control that our self, easy" he said as he tried to calm the lady.

Wesker stood with his arms crossed, a favorable position for him in all honesty, one he took when he was perplexed about something but could not figure out the answer to a question he might be asking. Honestly he did not know where he was or how he had gotten hear, in fact all he really remembered was falling towards crashing rocks below, because of that bitch Jill had tackled him out a window overlooking a cliff, once again taking the satisfaction of killing Chris from his hands. When he had awoken here he had been alone, but as he stood at his usual height of 6'5" upon an a small hill he watched, other strange beings had appeared here too. Most looked human but he could not help but think they acted very peculiar for humans. No to mention... some of them seemed to have powers, the girl was the one he pointed this towards the most, he had watched her engulf herself in flames, in fact he had been watching her since she woke up, it was her screaming that had drawn the others towards her. She probably did not notice him however for he was standing a rather long distance away, his eye's however gave him the ability to see long distances as if he was actually there up close, however he would be a small black dot to them. It was a rather useful ability which had come in handy more then once in his long existence. That fire ability reminded him of Alexia, that overpowered bitch of a T-Virus sample. Did this woman possess the T-Virus herself? Was that even possible at this point that there was someone whom he didn't know about who could handle the virus? No... there was no possible way, it was impossible, the only last know samples were in a place only Wesker knew of and no one would ever be able to get them. Which begged the question... if she didn't have the T-Virus then what did she have? Wesker silently drew his eye's off the small rag tag group as his vision returned to normal, replacing the pair of sunglasses on his face he tried to think back to where he had been before he woke up here. There had to be some kind of logical assessment that would determine how he had suddenly found himself in this grassy hell. Closing his eye's he went over his last few moments before, the only things he remembered. [Skip to one minute](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuYUK5Ttg5U) Opening his eye's he remembered when he was falling, but he did not ever remember landing, in fact from the moment he was launched out the window it was as if his memory went blank. But what did this even mean? There was no real explanation that he could come up with for why he was placed here, or how even he was placed here. But there was one thing he did know however... that if he got put here, then there was a way back out of here, and he was going to find it because no one traps him like an animal in a cage. However currently Wesker wondered if any of these misfits knew anything of why they were here, removing his sunglasses again he concentrated and restricted his eye's, when he had a clear view of the group again, the same woman from before was now in a defensive position, fire was violently licking her arms, a large man was in front of her and he seemed to the be the one she was going to attack. Wesker watched the scene unfold as a man came up to her what he was saying was unknown to him, but from his demeanor he looked as if he was trying to calm her down. Maybe it would just be better if he kept his distance from these others, and figured this out on his own. After all he was better off working alone... he never did get along with others. An judging from the scene in front of him, they did not seem like they knew each other, at least not well, which if conclusions served correct, that they must have mysteriously awoken here too. That meant they were useless to him, for he did not want nor need help. However... he would keep an eye on them, perhaps they would end up being of use to him in time.

When Ivan saw the flames erupt once more, wreathed around the young woman's arms like burning sleeves, he instinctively began to move backward. It was basic training that whenever something spouting approached a mercenary, be it Scout or Sniper, Spy or Heavy, he had better start backpedaling. Thinking about exactly why he was putting distance between himself and Terra brought Ivan to a radical new conclusion; coupled with the color of her clothes, there could be no mistake. At that moment, the one who had fallen from the sky a moment earlier -and yet was not, as one might expect, a red stain on the earth- rushed up and starting talking to her. “No no no, is useless,” he said to Delsin, dropping the Tomislav on the ground and pushing him aside so that he alone was standing in front of Terra. His eyes narrowed “Oooooh, I see now! Little Pyro has come out of suit at last!” He didn't seem to be taking Terra's threats seriously—but why should he? Teammates couldn't hurt one another, no matter how hard they tried. In his line of his work, he had been bathed in harmless flames every hour of every day by Pyros checking for spies. Ivan rested his chest in a huge hand, adopting an air of sophistication that clashed with his hat and scarf and, overall, suited him very little. “Pyro is more pretty than I was thinking.”

A chillingly now-familiar sound and flash of light just barely caught Wheatley's attention. The girl was still on fire, but the flames had lost some of their, for lack of a better word, *charm.* With that being the case, he saw the light and heard the noise that signalled the entrance of another being. The man was blurry due to distance, but he was unmistakeably humanoid. Wheatley tugged on the sleeve of the nearest person, the man in the "cowboy" clothes. He didn't really know what made clothes "cowboy," but he knew that this person would be likely to have a good idea. "Do you see that man?" He practically whispered the question. He kept his gaze on the distant figure, half out of curiosity and half out of concern. He turned to the rest of the group, deciding they should all know about the new arrival. He opened his mouth to say something, but stopped himself. They were all focusing on the woman. "Excuse me ma'am. If you don't mind my saying, we're all in the same boat here- or at least that's what it looks like. No one here is after you. So... do you think you could put the fire away? Please?" He smiled awkwardly and then chuckled a little when he realized how harsh he had sounded. She was clearly terrified. "I-I mean, it would probably be unwise to spend all your energy on protection that you don't really need at the moment. Besides, there's nothing here to be scared of. Just, you know, grass and *air.*" He ran his palm across the top of the grass for emphasis and then proceeded to wring his hands nervously. "So, don't worry. You're safe." He never sounded so hypocritical, but he was trying to calm her down. He had a nasty habit of giving out false assurance in the most pressing of situations. It had almost gotten him killed dozens of times, but he didn't know how to stop. It was like it was *programmed* into him. And it probably was. After all, his sole purpose was to come up with bad ideas and do everything in his power to make sure they were executed. He hoped, however hypocritical the speech had been, that it would get through the girl's literal firewall and calm her down. He wanted it to sort of hack her mind. He didn't want to *mess* with her. Just *calm* her. It would benefit most people, he thought.

The blaze that Terra had created drew the attention of several other people who seemed to have some sort of connection to this heavy set Magitech Elite. One was tall skinny and had startling blue eyes that sort of unnerved Terra almost as if they were glowing. The next was dressed in rugged travel wear that would have served him well in the Figaro Desert. Lastly was a man with ruff features, his cloths were as strange of the one wielding Magitech weaponry but of much more somber colors.

Terra used one foot to pivot to the side so her flames were turned on every threat present. The one with the ruff features was the first to approach her and though he seemed to be speaking English the words he said made no amount of sense to her. He used strange words such as 'DUP' and 'bio-terrorist' to which Terra could connect no meaning. He seemed to be referring to both of them as something called 'Conduits'. She considered briefly that it might be his people's word for Espers but disregarded it immediately, Espers resonated with one another, even if he was gaining magic through the artificial application of magicite she would feel it.

The next to speak to her was the Magitech wielder, he did not look particularly intelligent which surprised Terra, most of Kefka's guards were at the top of their game mentally and physically. His facial expressions seemed to say he was running through a very difficult problem. When it broke he did the last thing Terra would have expected, he placed the Magitech Weapon on the ground beside him before stepping forward. He seemed to be under the ridiculous impression that Terra was someone he knew who apparently never took off some sort of mask.

The last to approach her was the tall one with the eerily blue eyes. He talked of them all being in the same boat, about how her magic the only thing keeping her safe was unnecessary and how everyone should calm down.

Terra couldn't concentrate properly, there were too many people crowding her field of attention saying things that didn't add up and didn't make sense. She couldn't process everything that was being thrown at her. She couldn't think properly, her tears had dried on her face leaving streaks behind; she must have been a sight to behold.

"EVERYONE JUST SHUT UP!" Terra yelled breathing hard. Looking at the Heavy she started to yell again. His stupidity had finally convinced her he was not with the Empire. "You!" She yelled at him. "Back off or I swear on the power of the Warring Triad I will end you."

Terra took three steps back as the flames coating her arms grew and spread till her whole body was covered in golden fire. "None of you know who I am, and you," she said looking at the man who had referred to her as a 'conduit' "Never again try to label my people just because you are too foolish to understand what is before you, our world is older than you could possibly dream, so just back off." She turned to the blued eyed one "As for being safe," she smiled viciously "I'll never be safe with anyone who wields Magitech weapons without a thought for the blood that when into building them."

Terra felt energized and ready for a fight, her eyes glowed fiercely with fire daring anyone to challenge her.

Wheatley winced. His hacking trick had not worked. They usually didn't and he was well aware of this. He took a nervous step back, his uneasy smile turning into a cringe. "I-I'm sorry... I didn't mean to offend." He ran his hand through his hair (a nasty little habit, really, as it made it stick up in the most peculiar positions). "I... will just go and leave you alone now." Wheatley turned his back on the group and took a few steps forward. He stopped and looked over his shoulder with a sheepish expression. He hoped he wasn't going off alone. He still believed that the group should stick together. He turned back around and moved forward three more steps before deciding that was far enough. He sat down cross-legged in the grass, leaning his elbows on his boney knees and putting his face in his hands. He was trying to think of something to do. A *good* idea. Something he'd never really thought of. He calculated all kinds of complicated possibilities that all ended in the same thought. *Bad idea. Terrible idea. Where do you even come up with this stuff?*
