The fifth button on your little toolbar under 'New Reply'. You have to have a link for the picture to insert it. I hope this helps. :)

The cheatsheet is under the text box and gives instructions and examples of the new formatting system. Hint; its confusing as hell. Also for some reason you need to press enter twice to start a new line. /sigh

Yeah, we're temporarily using Markdown (reddit's formatting system, in case you're familiar with that). Mahz is working on bringing back proper BBCode.
